Nothing that I know of creates more foreskin other than using weights improperly or doing stretching exercises while not even partially erect... but I could be wrong. You want to exercise the internals as well as the externals, not just one or the other or you'll create deformities. Using the methods provided on the forum will prevent you from having to worry about all that extra stuff. Don't worry/think about it too much and you'll be fine. If you are doing something wrong, if you pay even a slight bit of attention to your body you'll notice something is not right and quickly correct it. Trust me.
