I had a belting session late this afternoon and its been my first in approx 2 years.

as for you Admiral...i'm not as knowledgable about clamping as Red but I did read his guide a few years ago and when i do actually to my routine incorporate clamping...when i first get back into it...i try to go for no more than 15min...with maybe four clicks left...but after some time the clamp gets tighter and the duration longer...the most i ever went was 45 mins...that is with kegeling in new blood every couple minutes, massaging, and also have a heating pad wrap around my shaft for a minute every five minutes or so...good luck to you both
 
Thanks guys. To answer the questions. My gains are all still here touch wood and have lost nothing. To start with, go for 10 minutes and see how your penis feels and adapts. Not too tight and have the area trimmed of excess hair. If you want have a wrap to prevent soreness but I never bothered myself but it can HURT when you release that clamp after a while around the base. Start with the simple standard constrictor, which is keeping erect the whole time by gentle masturbation of the glans or whatever you prefer. Keep at full erection as much as possible and add in squeezes to it and push your girth past its normal size. I'm back on the path now and have faith in it. Update - my second session was lastnight and I again pumped and clamped afterwards. 20 mins pumping at medium pressure with at times high. Used a different seal than the fist session which made the suction more tight. Noticed slightly more fluid than the first session but it wasnt anything bad. Alright mate, yes I own two. Used them years ago with some small success but wasnt using them long enough in my opinion. I found them uncomfortable and distracting at times. I did X2 sets of 5 mins with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words] doing Blue_Whale's mandingo stretch to attack the ligaments. I held each stretch for 5 minutes useing a cloth to help my grip.

For the first set I was semi erect and that was the most intense, really felt a very good unique stretch with this. When I applied the revere kegel and sucked bu tummy in like a vacuum it intensified the movement.

he second set was done more flaccid, but again very good albeit my penis was sore where the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] had been previous. Once I finished this I did 5 minutes of flaccid [20% erect] horse squeezes, trapping areas of blood in the middle of my penis and holding it in the region for several seconds.

Also I'll do clamping with length exercises done in that time such as the under-rated TCS\CTS - Tunicae constricted stretch or Constericted tunicae stretch which stretches that tunicae very nicely while clamped, you can feel it inside as you do this .. more so than ANY flaccid movement.

I can visualise my 9 inches length comming along and have 8 inches cemented now from 2006 which has kept with me touch wood.

Honestly mate never really had serious injuries touch wood. I did 15 minutes of various stretches in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words].

* Expressive stretching
* Squat stretch
* 'A' stretch
* Mandingo stretch

I felt all four very intense in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] and did short very intense holds in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] for as long as I could until my ligs or tunicae could take it no more and I would switch to another exercise.

Used the reverse kegel during the exercises as well and felt the burn throughout.

Something I did notice was the squat stretch which I brought to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]mos[/words] forums years ago but never done it in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words]. Well I tried it when I was doing the mandingo stretch and noticed I could get the same setup but when I squated down it used a similer work ethic and VERY intense indeed ... try it, search for the squat stretch and get your member setup inside so the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] is behind the legs and pull down over the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] and squat.

Gets most intense at the top of the movement.

The expressive stretches were just fucking awesome and I yanked as hard as I dared with them and held on ... could feel in the area between the anus and testes that it was very tight and being stretched.

Once I was done I could feel soreness in my ligs and the areas I had stretched and that soreness is still slightly present today albeit I had a massive erection this morning when I woke up which is always welcomed and positive.

Things looking good and I aim to hold the stretches for longer but need something to aid in grip perhaps, used an old rag but might use my lifting gloves nextime.
 
Did some Mother of all lig stretches by Blue_Whale located here lastnight to get the feel for them and man are they intense!

I've NEVER done a ligament stretch that so quickly and effectively isolated the ligament on the penis like that did and I see massive potential in this and where Blue_Whale is comming from when he says these are the 'mother'.

Just got to get it in my head and manage a stronger grip around the ligament but be prepared if you try them for massive burns like when you were a newbie and that for me was in 2001!!!

Did 15 minutes of Blue_Whale's mother of all lig stretches, where you 'hook' the ligament and literally try to pull it from its attachment.

Very intense and I know something positive will happen with this exercise i.e. gains as my temp length flaccid afterwards was longer and FSL was too which indicates a very good sign and one that Blue_Whale himself noted we should see.

That was all I did and is enough as the ligs were sore from that and no need to hit them anymore and overtrain them. Will hit the area again tonight with the other stretches I have been doing.

My flaccid length during the day feels longer already and the sorness on the ligaments is still evident now, over 12 hours since the exercise was done.
 
I was just skimming that lig thread. I just added squashes to my routine to get some more thickness going, but those blue whale mothers sound good too.
 
They are good but they leave a mark and by this I mean a MARK haha as I shaved today around the region I notice a large red area that is bruising under the skin in the area of the ligament thats slightly sore to the touch. It must be when I was digging my fingers into it.

Okay I have been doing allot of testicle health massages and scrotum stretching these past few days and will continue to do so now to get rid of the turkey neck that has plagued me for years.

I've adopted my own variation of dld's extreme scrotum stretch which I will post up shortly too. This variation is for guys who have a turkey neck that has already kicked in if you will and they want it sorting with more skin being stretched from the area, away and towards the ground.

The stretch is pulling the skin well away from the region towards the scrotum and testes and in time it will become part of that region, giving me longer hanging balls aswell.

Doesnt hurt either and you can hold it for ages. Did 20 minutes of them lastnight and noticed my balls are hanging allot lower already.

Lastly I have been getting rock solid erections in the morning and woke-up with a fucking great woody ... havent had these for ages and its very nice to start again.

20 minutes of intense scrotum stretching useing my variation of dld's method.

I'm seeing really good results already with this, as my balls are hanging lower already.

Should start to see the turkey neck 'die off' at around the 3-4 week phase when the skin has really started to move.

15 minutes of extreme scrotum stretching followed by ...

At the end of the session I rubbed Cosagrande premium cream around my shaft, glans and testes to heal and get my circulation going.

Everything is going good so far. My balls are hanging looser than before, and I can see very slight lines on the scrotum going down which indicate where stretched skin has started to move perhaps.

My flaccid size feels bigger in the day too.

The mother of all lig stretch I did, which was posted here by Blue_Whale and targets the right side of the main ligament to the penis by hooking it, so its pulled in a tug of war fashion, so it has immense stress placed upon it ... this stretches it and in time yields more length.

I did that stretch via the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words], which I havent released how to do yet as its tricky to explain and I will need to do some illustrations which I'm working on, like those dld does with his methods.

Really, its bloody intense and I have never felt my ligs like that before except the odd time when I was a newbie ... very intense feeling in them and the burn that comes is like someone has took a flame to the area and is burning you.

What I do is perform as many of these as I can in that 25 minutes, mostly on the right side but a few on the left until I can do no more. I noticed sores developing on my right side from the intensity but they heal quickly.

Temp length was longer than normal afterwards aswell, dont know by how much but I could tell it hung longer than normal after I did all that.

I want to hammer some expressive stretching and dld 'A' blasters aswell but as I'm very weary now of the turkey neck and removing that thing, it makes you paranoid about intense exercises that involve lots of skin stretch.

My new method on all stretches is to pull my foreskin back and grip underneath the glans and than stretch. Grip slips sometimes with this but its getting better, the skin doesnt stretch like it used to.

9 inches length is comming.
 
Had two days rest from the last session but on the early hours of the 9th May I did 25 minutes of the usual scrotum stretching with my own variation plus afterwards 15 minutes of that blue_whale mother of all lig stretch, which I will now refer to as The Hook-Stretch as its current name makes no sense.

As usual a good workout and I feel more confident with whats going on than I have alongtime. I know that I can finally do this and get the goal I want.

My scrotum and testes are looking longer and hanging better than before, plus the turkey neck is getting worked and I dont worry about it as much like I did, although it will take time for that to fully grow out.

The hook stretch as always is insanely intense when done with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words].
I did all the work to the right side with the odd stretch to the left. I felt some very powerful sensations as I stretched and could feel a burn like I've not felt before.

When I do the hook stretch I get right up against the pubic bone, so to grab as much of the ligament closest to it ... blue_whale advised me of this and granted it works very well indeed.

I'm working on something to use instead of my hands to grip the glans, because that is the weak link and if you remove that than this could be made more intense, with longer holds which means more time under tension and more stress placed to the area, and I dont have to spell out what this is in the longrun!

Something else I have been doing after my testicle work is to jelq very lightly my scrotum area from the top going down and I find this helps to get the circulation going again and the area nice and warm afterwards. I'll type up a brief thread on it in time.

Lastly, makesure you check my ligament thread here and learn what your targetting when it comes to the ligaments, you may surprise yourself.

11th May - 25 mins scrotum stretching followed by 15 mins of Hook stretching or whatever folk like to call them.

Can notice now my balls are hanging MUCH LOWER its awesome and funnily enough my base girth seems thicker haha and I can see the corpus spongiusm [middle tube where uretha flows through] muich better but this could be from all the extra kegel work I've been doing.

Going to step up consistency tonight with dld's 'A' blasters mixed in with the hook stretch.

Can't remember if it was the 13th or 14th May

* 25 mins scrotum stretching
* 15 mins hook stretches

I have also tried tonight and on the previous session, bundled scrotum stretches which are really useful and not painful. You just bundle your scrotum around about twice and get a good grip and go for it.

The hook stretches were good but I went for the right side mostly tonight.

I didnt use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] either and just went with my hands and tried cable clamps via the ends as they hook but they didnt help and just dug into my skin.

My flaccid was longer afterwards and in the day is longer plus my erections is very firm.
Something else I have noticed is my girth seems thicker, especially around the base.

I'm also working on a new width exercise which is done clamped and is unlike anything seen before, trust me but is the best width exercise you can do and is the fucking bee's knee's.

The method will be unleashed soon to the world and it will be this method that gets me to 7.2 inches girth mid-shaft and the wider penis I want.

* 25 minutes of a brand new [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]power assist[/words] stretch that works on the same principle as the mother of all lig stretch or what I called 'hook stretches' but this exercise with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] doesnt use the hooking motion and instead uses another method to attack the liagament, but working on the same principle to get right at the base of the suspensory ligament closest to the pubic bone and attack it at some an angle of attack it stretches more than it would normally.

Not saying the later stretch is obsolete but I like this [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] method best now as its easier for me to use as I have access to the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] plus I can get more intensity into it.

Will post this exercise in the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] section this week and its very intense indeed, the burning feeling you will get from the extreme stretch has to be felt to be belived and its like being a newbie again and with no skin stretch!

Noticeing that my balls hang lower and this is very apparent when the exercise has been done plus its working on that turkey neck, slowly but surely as I can see 'slight' movement of some of the base skin where it starts.

I think that I'm going to start doing the ligament stretch more often from now on.

Observations thus far

I've noticed that my base girth seems larger than before I started this new phase.

I'm pulling away the extra base skin from the shaft [Turkey neck] with the scrotum stretches and this is than uncovering the true size of my base girth? or it could be some extra growth as we do see girth gains from length stretching but certainly my base girth seems thicker and its great to see this in the mirror and makes me feel much better at the moment.

Length is growing it seems mostly in flaccid size and staying larger throughout the day than it used to i.e. keeping at approx 5-6 inches allot more than it did and it looks more fuller, infact at times [quite often] its getting uncomfortable in my pants when I'm out as it's literally sometimes being squashed inside the underwear and pants I'm wearing so I have to wear looser pants around the waist.

I'm thinking that erect length gains will come in say 6-8 weeks when the ligaments have fully started to recover and I hit them more intensely starting tonight with more sessions on them but at times when I get a maximum erection I see slightly more length, so its comming slowly over the 8 inch line.

Testicles are hanging lower, this is great and makes the penis look more manly and larger plus stretches that excess skin from the base aswell.

Morning wood has also improved too and comes allot more often than it did.

Overall its looking very good and I will keep hitting the scrotum and ligament stretching but more regularly and also incorporate my new clamped width exercise too and see if I can get more girth with that via width measurements.

* Testicle & scrotum massage
* My new width exercise in the clamp which hasnt a name yet and soon I will post about it
* Will be doing a few standard constrictors ''clamping'' now and again
 
23rd May

I did 10 minutes of the width exercise I've been working on which is done clamped with some other materials added for a non-stop width molding workout, unlike anything I've done thus far. After the 10 minutes which was done at 90-100% erection clamped my cock was much wider and I had no ill effects from it except some litle red marks around the skin which was nothing to worry over.

The penis felt fuller even after just this 10 minutes and so I'm very hopeful that with 25-30 minutes of these done that width will come much more rapid.

Noticed lots of pre-cum with this, felt odd pushing against the penis in the manner it does for that long and when I kegelled more blood in it did feel uncomfortable sometimes but its only to be expecte when your forceing the penis into such a shape.

25th May

30 minutes of scrotum stretching and trampolene stretches for lower hanging testes and removal of the turkey neck.

I used some silicone wrapping I had from my purchases with autoextender.com and just wrapped it around my glans, with the skin pulled back and noticed a much better and longer grip with the execise so that is something I'll be doing for the future on all my stretching .. incl the silicone wrapping.

Slight injury

I've not been hitting the ligaments recently because I have a slight injury to the dorsal nerve which I caught in one of my earlier sessions and not realised at the time, but it is slightly sore albeit getting better, which is why I wont be long before another length session is due .. just to be on the safe side is why I have had these extra days rest.

It feels bigger in pants

Lastly over the past three days especially, being out in the sunshine wearing 3/3 pants that my penis feels larger in the day than it used to and my flaccid size is staying at its larger state longer than it did. To me it looks like its hanging at 5 1/2 to 6 inches in length flaccid allot more often than it did, plus my balls are hanging much lower too. This to me is a postive indication that change is on the way and that my work is takeing effect.

20 minutes of my variation on the mother of all ligament stretches by Blue_Whale useing a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]Power Assist[/words], attacking the very entrance point to the pubic bone as much as possible the suspensory ligament for a very intense stretch.

That pain I have been having has now gone so I commenced with the session and it was damn good, great stretch and I had to break in parts and restart because I was getting insane erections.

Noticed my erection seemed longer for sure, I would say its 8.2 inches now in length but I wont be measureing until early or mid-June ... I'm convinced I've gained in length both flaccid and erect.

My testicles are hanging lower, proof now that they have started to remain like that permanently in seeing how the skin now hangs and the slight small stretch lines in the skin, plus the turkey neck doesnt look as bad like it first did.

I keep saying I will, but keep forgetting to post about my variation on Blue_Whale's mother of all lig stretch useing the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] to attack the suspensory ligament on the righthand side, useing the theory around hooking it to get a better stretch and B/Whale was right ... its the most intensive ligament stretch I've had on my penis and is done so easily without all that skin stretch.

Massive props to Blue_Whale and although I havent agreed with everything he says and does, the guy has surely released something very potent here and I respect anyone who does that.

I'm going to commence regular use of that new clamped width exercise I have spoken about and try it say everyother day and report back after 14 days how my penis looks, feels and functions from them as I see that new execise as very promosing indeed.

The guy I was meant to be buying a pump and penis head cylinder has gone AWOL so looks like I will have to look for another supplier of penis pumps for my next model which will be in several months time with the financial situation at the moment hitting me hard too.

I'm just reallly glad that my length is comming on but its easy to fallback on old habits and get out of doing it, but I tell myself that I want this ... I want that 9 inches and I want it once and for all, damn it I will get it.

Girth base thickness seems to be thicker, as I have said prevous and I can see very slightly a small baseball bat shape to my cock now when erect but its very slight with base being thicker and as it goes up getting slightly slimmer.

Lastly I had an idea to make the ligament stretch I do with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] more intense so that when I grip below the glans and stretch out the penis to get the ligaments tight like a guitar string, I dont have to worry about issues such as slippage because the grip doesnt last long when useing he [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] in that move, so I'm thinking of hanging a weight from the penis and getting into the position I need to be in and than attacking the tight ligaments with the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] which will than be able to go longer and more intense on the ligaments, so more time under tension at high intensity for shorter duration which will lead to more gains.

O yea I haven't mentioned that I also do some scrotum jelq's when I do my scrotum stretches and they work really nicely at getting cirulation to the region and stretch it more downwards and an explanation to these can be found here by Supra.
 
Just a quick one. I now know the growth to my scrotum area from the stretching is permanent because when I was checking the area lastnight its very apparent the area looks slightly different, with slight stretch marks [nothing odd looking]. I was really pleased and the turkey neck at the base has slightly started to become less prominent too.

Going to hit the usual stretches tonight e.g ligaments & scrotum work and around Friday I shall take a measurement of my penis flaccid and erect plus the stretched scrotum/teste size for future comparisons.
 
June 3rd - 30 mins of the scrotum stretching and than only 10 mins doing my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] variation of the mother of all lig stretches because I couldnt stop getting erect.

Consistency is slipping and I need to jump on this ASAP otherwise I'll lose momentum.

Going to also add in the routine Blue_Whales ultimate stretch which targets the ligaments and external tunica very directly and already several guys seeing good gains in 4-6 weeks of regular usage.

DLDs new exercise which is called squat behind the cheeks rotaries and hits the ligaments hard directly like the mother of all lig stretch I do at the moment via the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] but differently in dld's method.

Lazy ass stretches also will be added.

No actual structure to whats being done on what and will just throw in a mixture of the stretches in a 30 minute time frame, which imo is better.

Good news is that I have some gains! measured lastnight and my flaccid length is at a pretty constant 5 3/4 - 6 inches which is really good as before I remember it being around 5 1/2 inches.

Erect length has also risen to 8 1/6 inches [8.3] or 21.1cm at its absolute maximum fully engorged and aroused level I might add but I'm happy with that as I was 8 inches [20.3cm] before I started this thread.

I've been 8 1/8 inches [8.2] in the past around 2006 and this has been my longest erection length in my life until now but it was temp and never cemented that gain for it to become permanent and I had to be fully aroused at my maximum expansion for 8 1/8 [8.2] and it was always more like either the late 7 inch range [7 7/8] or 8 inches spot on as its hard sometimes getting fully erect with such a large girth as mine, all the blood getting inside can be a nuisance and I have found the additional kegel work at the moment a good help for that.

So I'm proud thus far with it being slightly less than 1/4 inch gain in length but here's more to come for me and I have surpassed my actual short term goal of 8 1/8 [8.2] inches.

I aimed for 8.2 first and than go up in small steps before I reach my goal of 9 inches and than it will be the FINAL goal of my career at 9 1/2 or even 9 1/4 inches in erect length but I'll slow down once i hit 9 inches to be honest with you and work on getting my width sorted and head size etc.

My short term goal now is to reach 8 3/8 just below 8 1/2 inches and to get this by early-mid July.

I need to start hitting length 3 days a week and than I'll really see it.

Blue colour = Experimenting with still and not part of the actual routine
Red colour = New additions to the routine
Magenta = Done now and again in the routine

For now its length I'm after so clamping methods take a back burner but I think its important I do at least two standard constrictor sessions each monthbecause I think that will help cement gains by being so erect at maximum engorgement its like filling in the spaces, hard to explain how I think it will work but I sense it'll be beneficial in helping the growth process if done sparingly with my length work.
 
I was meant to have posted that a few weeks back but forgot. I'll get it down soon though and is quite a beuty really but does need technique and patience to master it plus experience at clamping would be good to have. I'm VERY confident it is something very special and havent been this excited about an exercise for several years because after I've tried it you can see the large change in shape to the penis in its width and this stays for awhile, in time it will grow into this larger wider space.

Current width exercises are good but dont work like this one because its working on time under expansion/pressure while at a high erection percentage which molds it, if you like into the shape of more width.

Currently width exercises are like jelqs done to target the area such as ATS rollors which use the rolling pin across the penis to push it downwards onto a hard surface and than the blood is moved to the head and repeated, in time width is created but its not working the same route as my new method.
