I'm also looking into a good cock ring for girth work other than the cable clamps. I'm interested in the black rubber cock rings DLD mentions. I've tried the Osbon ring before but even the largest size snapped within the first few uses and they sent me a new one and that one broke even quicker than the first. Your better off getting a good reliable rubber or silicon ring such as those gummy head rings or black rubber O rings DLD mentions.

Benching the SG has made me make big strides with the Bathmate and various girth techniques. A few I picked up recently and added to really make things legit now. I have a more precise and detailed plan on how to warm up and train girth in a more effective manner than I ever described before. The update will be coming very soon.

You just need the long tubes you may have to cut them down to size about a half inch depending on your flaccid. The short tubes are great for stretching especially with the LengthMaster.

I recommend size 20mm x 32mm

For warming up you will need one of those plastic cylinder containers they sell potato and macaroni salad in but you want the bigger 2lb container. It's the easiest way I ever warmed up, I just fill it with hot water in the shower, dip and massage for about 3 minutes in the heat than fill the Bathmate up with that same water.

This is pretty much all the items you need for this routine. Tomorrow I will touch on how to go about using each item in the routine.

I just ordered the peni master today. I got the upgrade kit 1, 1 applicator hose, 20 large sluices and 20 large diaphragms. I also got the calendar in. It's fairly large so take note. I like it big though it's near my bed so I can see it when I wake up and it works it has me not wanting to break the chain. Apart from the calendar it's a good idea to keep a log book for all the details like SG hours logged. I also need to get a lasko heater at Home Depot so I can be warm for pe in my bathroom for the winter. Also I'm going to use a heating pad while wearing the SG as much as possible to make it more effective. I haven't forgotten about the routine update, I'm putting it together at the moment but it's going to be my most solid routine yet.

Yes DLD will do. It was expensive I'm not gunna lie but I think this is the missing link in my routine. I didn't really care for the VLC cause it was harsh on the glans for me. But if the peni master will allow me to wear the SG for long comfortable periods of time then I already see how the SG and all the other tools will give me rapid results. I already see myself getting very big with this I already know how it's going to happen. So I will write a routine update soon and what I'm going to be doing with the SG and my other tools. This routine is more robust and I pretty much guarantee gains.
 
My routine is this: wakeup around 6. Warmup five mins. Jelq for 5 mins doing slow strokes with a near full erection. then I put on the Bathmate for 5 mins. I repeat this 3x. After school I come home and do the same thing around 7. Would it be too much if I wore the size genetics penis extender during the day too ? I have gained good girth so far but this schedule is more drastic than my old one. I am around 7 inches long not bone pressed.

In your case you should do your morning routine, come home and put on the SG for as long as possible and then do your second girth session. And it's best if you have the peni master for the SG because I don't like the other methods.

Also this is probably a dumb question but if I go to bed around 8:30 and wake up around 4 :30 is that enough time for my penis to recover ?
 
Two hours is perfectly fine, you can do 1 hour in the SG and it will still be beneficial. Obviously the more hours you log in the better but in your case your schedule doesn't allow it. Make your focus more on girth work and your girth sessions you can make more intense. Focus on increasing your libido by thinking very sexual and only cum once or maybe twice a week. Add Bathmate stretches into your routine and also worry about kegels. You can even do your second girth routine before the SG and do a edging session with that as well before going into the SG. If you can't help it it's okay to cum before the SG. And yes that's more than enough time to heal. Just make sure you heal in the silicone sleeves I mentioned on the item list.
 
One thing that got me thinking lately was a comment by kingkong. He said that basically girth work before length work is beneficial. He said like having a prolonged edging session then stretching or extender.

This makes sense the girth work gets the tissues warmed up and pliable to be stretched. My plan would be to do some girth work Bathmate/Jelqs ect but don't get fluid retention.

Then do a long edging session with a cock ring. Don't cum just keep going until you can't take it then still don't cum because you still want the energy for stretching. You want to keep full erection as long as possible using the rings or cable clamps. I use 2 at the base 1 at the glans, you can also do jelqs and ulis with them on too.

Then I would do some stretching with the LM offcourse. Then another edging session for as long as possible again and finally cum if you want.

Then wear the SG until night when you take a shower and start the regular girth session. This would probably make up a full day for me. I also might do a mini girth session before work.

This is happening after work but if I don't feel like doing that I would probably ad least log some hours in the SG after work and see where it ends up.

I found out its best to kegel laying down in bed just relaxing looking at �naked people movies� pics or talking to girls for some time at night before bed to get my kegels in. I let my erect penis hit the top of my pants or lift a book and I might have more weight on cause the silicon sleeves. When you take the sleeve off now it feels easy to do the raises lol.

I'm curious as to what the prolonged forced edging sessions will do with the peni master for overall gains.

I heard about trying to mimic sickle cell disease where they have the erections for hours like on Viagra.

To do the kegels lately for material I've been using image fap animation and pics instead of using video. Another change is that I'm getting a good space heater so I can heat my bathroom nicely for pe.

It might be impractical to use the heat pad with SG like I said before. I guess just loose fleece pants. I also heard of infered heat methods for pe maybe there's some type of pad you can get to put over your lap while in the SG.

Other than that I also put more focus into warming up I love using my little 2 lb plastic cylinder container for hot
water warm ups and massages it always loosens me up and I pee it feels good. I then do quick mini jelqs from the extreme base 2 inches up the shaft going fast or slow and kegel the blood in while erect it feels good while in the hot water and in general. Also keep the seal tight with the palms down ok grip. The black cock rings come in handy here.

My stretching method changed as well. Instead of stretching half inch below the cordial ridge. I'm going to try and see what it's like to stretch with the LM 2 inches up from the base.

Also those power assist internal stretches, and Bathmate stretches to pull out the inner penis are amazing. 😊

I would not suggest using in this way as it will not bring the best results and you will most likely retain a lot of water. The best way to use that 30 minutes would be to break the sets of jelqing and pumping into 5 minute mini-super-sets. So basically you will do a routine that looks like this:

5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes of Jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing
5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes of Jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing
5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes of Jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing

DONE

This is 30 minutes and the difference as you can see is how long each set is. The shorter sets allow for greater expansion with minimal retention. Men who follow this routine have made the fastest girth gains. To enhance it further, follow the other smart techniques that are in the SRT Thread.
