Hi, This is a very simple yet effective routine that I made that is actually fun and easy to stick to which is the most important thing. It took me years to figure out and this is basically the finished product of constant tweaking. I found this routine really flows and is very simple and to the point. I'll keep it short and sweet here it is...

- warm-up (opt.)

- Bathmate 6 min.

- LM 5-10 min. ( your stretch of choice, I personally like a variation of downward or btc stretches and the mother lig stretch for good measure a long with DLD's PA internal stretch, you don't have to make the stretching session long just short and intense so you bang it out quick. )

- after the quick stretching set I get ready for a nice Bathmate session, I like to get ready by doing some ball stretches for a nice long sack ( the only sack stretches I do are the ones where you grab the skin just above the sack with one hand and pull downward while at the same time pulling the penis upward with the other, this is an extremely good sack stretch and the only one you really need for a really long stretched out sack )

- once the sack stretches are complete, hop in the Bathmate for about 20-30 min. ( I love doing a variation of hard kegels in the Bathmate for a boost, when I'm ready to take it off I do Bathmate hardcore stretches for 1 min. )

- after you have a nice pump from the Bathmate it's time to do some erect work to make big fast gains and expand the tissues just like DLD's SRT theory states. I usually edge with a cable clamp at the base and under the glans for no more than 20-30 min. the cool thing is you can mix any other girth exercise with the clamps on to make your edging session into a crazy girth routine. Like maybe every 5 min. you can throw in some SSJ or ulis to add to the intensity. While doing this I almost always end up with a dry orgasm.

This is pretty much it, after the edging session your done. You can choose to warm-down or throw on a cock ring. Maybe add some extra kegel work here and there for good measure. You can also repeat the whole routine really quick when your used to it and want to have really nice gains. Let e know what you guys think. Thanks :)

BTW this routine does not include the SG for a few reasons. Basically I'm looking for more girth so the routine is more so based around the Bathmate. Instead of waking up and putting on the SG or stretching then putting on the SG to heal in the length state which is a wonderful thing to do if you have the time for it.

Right now I'm in girth mode so instead I'll wake up and go straight into a Bathmate session and bang out multiple Bathmate sessions a day so I would be too thick for the SG and VLC. It's easier for me to just jump into the Bathmate when I wake up and do erect girth work to see my gains until I get the penis master pro further down the road and get a steady schedule going.

Im into girth too atm.
I just clamp, jelq and use the Bathmate every hour and switch the intensity and time under pressure every day.
I think the Bathmate is enough to at least maintain length. Adding the Lm seems a bit too much.

How often do you do that routine a day?
 
Thanks dickershwanz, you have a hilarious name btw lol. You have a similar routine than me except you clamp before the Bathmate. You do the Bathmate every hour wow how long do you stay in for? Yes I agree the Bathmate is enough to maintain or even gain some length, yeah the LM is intense that's why I said I wanted to bang is out fast with only a few stretches like btw and the mother lig stretch and a internal stretch real quick.

Well a typical day I will probablt do that routine just once and just do a couple more Bathmate sessions a day because it's easy to just throw on the Bathmate and see some nice girth when I get out. But yeah sometimes I skip the LM and just do the Bathmate and edging.

Very good looking routine. Moved and stuck in newbie section because I think its well put together for newer members but still powerful.
 
Coming from you Red that really means a lot! I figured after the Bathmate people would have a nice pump and be horny enough to edge for some time. Using the cable clamps at the base is wonderful for edging and is fun at the same time while looking at ���� and choosing scenes it just comes natural. When you get used to it you do some SSJ, ulis, erect bends, ect every couple of minutes while edging to make a light but effective erect routine. The only hard thing is learning how to keep up with the LM/manual stretches before the Bathmate. Like dicker said it's a little much so maybe just start with multiple Bathmate sessions a day followed by edging and some good kegels worked in.

The Bathmate is going to be your best friend in this routine lol so if anything do 2-3 Bathmate sessions a day for 20-30 min. and work in some SSJ and kegels with edging and your good. Worry about the SG later when your happy with girth the SG is very advanced even for me the SG is on another level so I just keep it in the fancy box chilling there like a treasure waiting to be discovered.

I forgot to mention a really good kegel routine I found around here that I can't find anymore so I will post it again for anyone that came late and doesn't know it. A good way to do this workout below is to have a pillow between your legs like doing a fowfer with your penis tucked between your legs and legs crossed. A good time to do this is when you wake up, before bed, while brushing teeth, or in the Bathmate.

- 100 reps of 1 second hard and fast violent kegels doing each rep as hard as you can and fast
- 25 reps of 2 second kegels
- 5 reps of 20 sec. kegels do these extremely hard as possible where your picturing that your lifting up your entire head/glans upward as if doing erect kegels
- relax pc muscle for 45 sec.
- kegel burns - as slow as possible squeeze your pc muscle painfully slow for as long as possible and breath while you squeeze ever so slowly towards a full power squeeze.
- when you get to the full on squeeze after doing the kegel burn try to hold it to failure

This is a intense kegel routine so try to start with doing it ad least once a day preferably with the pillow between your legs or in the Bathmate. If your in the Bathmate multiple times a day you can dumb it down the way you want so it's easier to follow.

just fatdick in german lol.

I cycle the Bathmate. It means one day 4 mintues intense every hour and on the other hand of the spectrum 20 minutes very light every hour.( I experimented with very long sessions like one hour Bathmate but it makes no sense without breaks.)

I believe regular daily Penis Enlargement(with the occasional off day) in different Tension/Time frames with different approaches to attack different cells/parts in the dick is king ;)

That's an awesome idea to go light on some days and heavy on others that probably shocks the hell out of the penis and forces it to grow I will have to try that. It's hard to take a full day off when you have the Bathmate :).

Good Evening Crew!

I followed all the instructions truant gives and well let me say... Great!

In my plan i'm searching for more lenght than girth but this routine is absolutely amazing, i started the 6 min on Bathmate then doing 10-15 min stretch. I used the Bathmate for 25min and then clamped two times for about 5 min with a 2-3 min break between the reps (no uli or SSJ were added just to try the efficency in the short term) and finally the kegel that make my PC muscle to scream. After the whole things my shaft was thicker that i can barely grab it in an ok grip with thumb and middle finger.

So i'll continue to use this routine to see its results for this month but i believe it will be easy to achieve some! ;)
 
DXX3 I am flattered that you tried the routine and posted such good things about it! BTW what part of Italy are you in? I'm curious cause my ancestors were from Italy and my last name is also the name of a coastal town in Sicily.

Do you have the LM or do you do manual stretches? Glad to see you did the Bathmate for 6 min. that acts as a little warm-up before stretching to make the tissues more pliable but you can do up to 3 sets of 6 min. if you wanted in the future but it would take a little more time.

Sounds like you took it easy on the clamping to start which is great. The way I do it is I just put on the clamp on the skin without padding because I don't have it on too tight. I keep it on the 3rd from fully tightened or maybe 2nd but just enough to keep a 100% erection. One clamp at the base and another below the glans (glans clamp is looser) then put on some ���� and edge. After about 10 min. I'll loosen the clamp to let fresh blood in then tighten again and keep edging for ad least 15-20 min. but 30 min. is a really good session.

For everyone who has the LM, I found out a way to create strong leverage for the mother lig stretches. First you put your penis through the PA then screw on the bundle chamber. Next put your foot up on your bed or someplace high as if you are doing a lunge. Now all you have to do while grabbing one handle, place the other handle of the PA under your leg so it's resting on your upper hams and around your butt.

That will create really good leverage as you do the mother lig stretch aka Blue whale stretch. I found it gave me a lot better leverage than just using my hands because the PA actually acts as a lever while your pulling on your triangular ligs.

But yeah DXX3, if you do that routine ad least once a day that is good enough to see gains. I'll do that whole routine once a day as quick as possible. After that I just have fun and do as many Bathmate sessions as I want and maybe watch ���� while I edge more if I'm horny.

Well worth the compliment, i feel really satisfied about this routine! Anyway i live in Calabria next to Sicily glad to know you're a bit italian hehe ;)

Anyway i do manual stretch most of it forcing the lig downward i feel it is more effective to me. Yep so i understand the purpose of the 6 min, i had imagined, not seeing the warm-up written anywhere, and yes i don't do clamping really often so i prefer to go slow with it.

My current routine is 5 on/2 off and as i said i'm looking for more length, but i think i'll do this at least 3 days in my routine so i can focus my time on the lenghtering exercice.
 
Why thank you DXX3 your making me blush lol. Cool your from Calabria yeah that's right near Sicily that's awesome your english is really on point lol. Yeah the warm-up is optional because it takes a longer time to for me to fill the big bowl up with hot water and use the wash cloth wrap. It's good to make the tissues even more pliable and warmed up but I think you will be fine with the just the Bathmate especially that summer is coming, it was so hot in my room today it was above 80 degrees outside so the balls are sagging like crazy LMAO.

Also I want to mention if you want to add the SG to the routine you can simply put it on as soon as you wake up and make breakfast or something or do whatever you have to before you start the routine. Or you can stretch first thing and then put on the SG if you want to heal in the lengthened state after the stretches.

I would probably do the first thing because it's easy to just wake up and throw on the SG while I go make breakfast and sit around talking to friends on fb. If not then just wake up do a Bathmate session while your testosterone is spiking and skip the stretches if you find it easier. Then chill until your ready for the routine it's up to you the modify the routine the way you want it's very flexible.
 
DLD had a great idea about doing kegels through out the day and before a workout to pre exhaust the muscles. Today I was just experimenting with doing 100 - 1 second kegels while doing my ball stretches. It worked out really well and is easy to do before a Bathmate session. Then doing kegels in the Bathmate after that is a good way to work the pc muscle. I also want to get used to doing DLD blasters during a quick LM session before the Bathmate to further exhaust the pc muscle. Kegels during every exercise basically if you can and often through out the day like DLD says.
 
Hi guys i'd like to post my experience about this routine, i was satisfied when i try it and after a month, well i'm impressed by his efficiency in this short term.
My current grith get to 6.25 inch so i gained 0,15 inch i feel it chubby and heavy like never before :D Thanks for this great routine!

Hi, sorry for the late response. Thanks DXX3 for the kind words! I'm very happy to see that this routine a pe in general is working for you. I will be coming out with a new edition of this routine.

I want to make it more detailed including every product I use, and detailed amount of sets and reps. I will also be aiming to make the routine as easy to follow as possible and keep in mind that people work and have lives.

My plan is to make the routine very flexible and fun. For example, if you wake up and don't feel like or don't have time for wearing the SG for hours on end. Simply don't do it, bang out a couple Bathmate sessions in it's place. The point is if you don't feel like doing a certain exercise, just do something that you like in it's place. Maybe set up 3 days per week were you hit the SG hard for many hours.

And the rest of the days your only wearing it for 2 hours. I will also be describing on how I make my progress charts with a pencil, ruler, and paper. This includes drawing a calender of the current month and using the "don't break the chain" motivational calender used by Jerry Seinfeld.

By marking the days I accomplish some form of pe with a big red X. On the back of the paper is the log for the month were I put the dates and what pe I did on those dates. All this will be coming soon on this thread. Thanks
