Device routine with pump

Good day to everyone.

I am new to this and just starting out with a routine. I have a traction device and the PF and have those down fairly well. I have just ordered the Mityvac. Which I should have by the new year. I want to start incorporating this in to my routine in January and was curious what the best route was to go.

I was planning on using the traction device for 45 min to an hour and then pump and repeat. I am not sure how long to pump or if it is even advisable to use a pump after using an extender. Once I get the pump into the routine I will order a lengthmaster. I am just not quite there yet, since I have never done manual stretches or anything like that before.

To be honest I have never used a pump either. 2 months ago I did not even know this world existed (mind blown!). I was around 7" in my 20's and am now about 6.5". Probably due to gaining 30lbs over 20ish years. I really just wanted to get back to 7+ but l feel like after seeing what you all are doing I may keep going. Thanks in advance.

Welcome on board brother. You should have bought the length master instead of those extenders. Extenders works but they are cumbersome to use.

If you intend using the extender, you need to wear it for 4 hours daily and that's the minimum.

You can do the 5x5x3 girth routine for your girth. Try to add some bundled stretches to your routine as well.

I know. I bought the QEP before I found this site. Then bought the PF from MOS before reading the threads since i was getting frustrated with the QEP (which I am now more comfortable with and like more than the PF). So I guess I'm just going to end up spending 1k total and have everything in the end. Live and Learn.
