Not really. You need to be so close to MOSRED in order to get the heat penetration that I'm talking about.

Be safe and attempt to cycle on new blood every 10 minutes. Do not exceed 10 minutes. I hate to suggest 10 minutes because you have your conditions, but I prefer 5 minutes at max. Blood clot tends to form around 10 minutes. For some, it's as early as 2 minutes.

This is where your confusion is. Let's break it down just a wee bit more.

Expansion and elongation after pumping:
After your routines, if you're going for length, you want to keep it elongated as long as you can. Key phrase is, "as long as you can". If you performed the routines in the morning, keep the elongation process in wraps or anti-turtling method as best as you can, while not constricting the blood flow. If you look at the wrap methods for healing processes, they are not to the point where you cut off blood circulation. This is the worst thing you can ever do.

If you chase after girth, expansion (not elongation) keeps the penis in a state where the cellular tissues either increase in sizes or duplicate to fill in the missing gaps. During this period, you need to keep your fresh blood flowing. Without fresh blood, you're in trouble.

Morning vs night time routines with post elongation and expansion:

In the morning and throughout the day, you know you have less restriction on either to be in commando mode, use cock ring, sleeve, or whatever devices you want. So, when you want length you heal in elongated form for as much as you can and when you want girth you just wear the cockring for as long as you can. This is what I understood, right? You do NOT wear sleeve after Girth routine and cockring. Am I right?

You have to understand that I am very new to this and all this technical analysis confuses me a little bit.
