That's funny DLD yup your exactly right I read a post a while ago someone mentioning that technique and Peter north LMAO. I thought it was kind of interesting cause that lifting motion is the good form but its hard to always stay erect. With the fowfer kegels I can be flaccid and get the most out of the kegel workout. I was thinking for a girth workout we can do the SRT girth workout but be doing hardcore stretches the whole 10 min of each Bathmate set? Also it would be easier to follow if you just wake up do 3min Bathmate hot water warmup then do a quicker stretch session bundled either left or right. After that put the Bm on for 1-2 more minutes of intense heat and jump in the shower for the SG. The quicker stretching session is to give motivation to get in the SG faster and log more hours than more stretching is optional as you go a long such as in SRT. Btw the kegel workout is coming soon.

Hardcore Stretches should be done independent of pumping. They should occupy their own 10 minute session.
 
Hey truant , I'm kinda of a newbie so I just wanted to ask you a question. Are you saying that while you're edging which I guess is masturbating but not ejaculating you have on a cable clamp at the base of your penis? Is that what you mean? If so, do you leave it on for the whole time?
 
Well your going to want to cum before the SG extender so I would assume you take it off. I mainly use the clamps for after I use the Bathmate so the girth session is better. You can leave it on after a girth session if you like to act as a cock ring. When your edging before the SG the clamps are optional. When I'm not cumming that would be after a girth session and I'm using the clamps to make it easy to have a dry orgasm without cumming and lose my horniness.
 
DLD yeah I agree I'm going to do more Bathmate stretches gradually I love downward as well as adding kegels in the Bathmate session. A good 10-15 minutes of those are probably better than 45 minutes of doing nothing in the Bathmate. I've been trying do do manual girth work as well such as edging, ulis, and SSJ added to the mix. I noticed myself fall into a pattern routine that suited me. It was simply edge for as long as possible and releasing. Then take a shower and put on the SG and VLC. Then just patched up my top and frontal area on my glans and ridges with medical tape. While wearing my donut weight ( best size 32mmx20 donut ball weight) highly recommended. Wear the SG for as long as possible after that maybe do a lil girth at night some kegels and call it a day lol. I've been slacking but noticed good newbie gains mainly from the SG and VLC (fore skin), LM, and kegels. The Bathmate would be the icing on the cake at night after a nice few hours in the SG. An update will becoming soon the MOS brotherhood seems like its really progressing its good to see and great to be apart of. :)

BTW on the ball weight size. Unless you have noticeably above average balls or into ball pumping your not going to need over a 32mm. The 30mm works but is on the snug size for the guys and I'm wearing the 34mm now it works but I would not wear it if your doing something adventurous cause it has popped off while driving and felt like it when I was in the parking lot when I got out my seat so 34mm is a bit too large. I'm going to get the 32mm next and its probably going to be my best fit withouta doubt. After owning a 38, 30, 34, I now realize the lucky number is 32. I hope this saved people a lot of hassle. Also credit to the divo-suites I wear them 24/7 and the 4 suites I got that I cut in half are still going strong. Thank you

The 34mm ball weight just slipped off now when I got out of bed and also I noticed they tend to slip when the weather gets warmer so I would not bother with a 34mm unless you really think you need it. The 32mmx20mm seems like its going to be a great fit for a long time and for a lot of other guys who want that goldy lox fit in a ball weight. Just make shore to take it off and clean it ad least twice a week it collects grime you might not see if you don't take them off.
 
Hey guys, back with another update. My routine is always changing and I believe this is the best version to date. I've been spending more time on MOS lately and it has given me a great boost of motivation and I'm more dedicated than ever. The reason being I just became more fanatical about getting a huge penis and it's something I really desire in my life and I love the reactions girls have. I will post the full routine with side notes below. But first to give a quick description of what I'm doing right now. The bulk of the work would be wearing my SG with VLC and divo-suits constantly. I'm wearing the SG with a big bar and a medium bar at 0 tension to get my foreskin loose and conditioned before increasing tension and bars. I just try to be a beast with it wearing it hours on end and now I'm at the point where I can see serious restoration taking place and it's simply amazing what this setup can do in a short amount of time. My plan is to have all the bars on at full tension with the VLC and when my foreskin is fully restored I will move onto the penis master pro setup. For this routine I'm going to put down the tools needed, and side notes I've gained from around the forums that have became lost in the archives.

DAY

1.) Warm-up
Tools Needed: Bathmate, Wash clothe, big bowl of hot water
Level 1 warm-up: shower
Level 2 warm-up: hot towel wrap 5-10 min. OR Bathmate w/ hot water 2 min., shower
Level 3 warm-up: hot towel wrap AND Bathmate 2 min., followed by shower

2.) Full stretching session all directions, w/ or w/o LengthMaster (after shower)
Tools: LengthMaster, hands, 1 divo-suit or ace wrap or what-a-grip (underwrap, divo suit being my favorite underwrap), thera-band strip (wrap, a must)
Tip: Apply a small dab of lotion onto your penis after the shower then lightly dry the excess moister and apply the underwrap (especially people with dry skin)
- After putting on the underwrap and wrap now your ready to stretch
- basic stretching directions list: out L/R, up L/R, down L/R, BTC L/R, Lazy ass stretches, mandingos
- opt exercises to do with stretching: rotations, reverse kegels, bundled stretching, rolls (LM)
- Personal favorite stretches: heavy down and btc stretching, modified lazy ass stretch (feet on floor and sitting on bed with penis BTC slowly lay backward until your flat on your back giving you an intense internal stretch, thrust hips outward for more intensity), squat downward and btc stretching, DLDs internal stretch method w/ PA (I like to add the LM chamber as well with the PA internal stretch)

3) Size Genetics extender
Tools: SG extender off course, VLC tugger method, TLC-X, PMP method, Velcro method SG Notes:
- rinse off lotion if using VLC tugger for better grip (opt.)
- start at 0 tension, sneak up tension when conditioned, add bars after used to full tension w/ original bars
- medical tape (non paper) to protect glans from VLC, TLC-X
- aim for 12 hours
- if feeling discomfort at SG base, readjust base and do a T-health massage
- use a ball weight with the SG
- do quick intense BTC or lazy ass stretches between SG breaks for extra gains
- maybe do another stretching session before girth if you couldn't before
- kegel throughout the day while wearing the SG and when readjusting the SG, and whenever you think of them, become obsessed with kegels
- edge for as long as you can and cum before the SG so you don't have to worry about being semi when wearing the SG
- use a heating pad while wearing SG especially during winter

NIGHT

4.) Girth
Tools: Bathmate, cable clamps, hands
- warm-up to prevent injuries (if doing an intense girth workout I recommend you wrap your glans in a hot towel, dip the glans with the towel wrapped around in big a hot bowl of water and massage
- 5 min. Bathmate warm-up with Hot water (always doing this warm-up method before girth)
- if you want to be quick just do a Bathmate session for 20-30 min. watch ���� and mix in kegels than Bathmate hardcore stretches at the very end for 1 min.
- if you want a girth super set routine do DLDs SRT girth workout
- Modified girth SRT routine:
- Bathmate 10 min. w/ 1-5 min. hardcore stretches after the 10 min. mark
- Manual girth work 5 min. (I personally like clamped manuals for extra intensity, clamped SSJ with the slow jelq method and horse squeezes are my favorite)
- Repeat for 3 sets
- lastly to complete the day if your feeling horny is another edging session 10-30 min. clamped w/o cumming

5.) divo-suits
Now that your finished girth and everything it's time to wind down and get ready for bed or relax. At this point your going to want to put your divo-suits on for the night. Use 4-8 divo-suits and a tip from me is to use plastic wrap with the divos. Using plastic saran wrap is a miracle cure for people with dry skin especially for the penis because you can easily wrap it. If you do this the divo-suits will never touch your skin so you won't have to wash them. On top of that your killing two birds with one stone because your skin will be restored from a day of pe and become smooth. Also you can put lotion on before wrapping with the saran wrap.

6.) main kegel workout
- lay down in bed, legs crossed for blood flow opt.
- book or other weight over penis and watching ���� (I watch it on my phone)
- while hard or semi do the kegel workout on page 1
- used your head to lift up the weight and try to breath and relax your body as much as possible
- you will know your doing the kegel right because your lifting up the book with your head while erect or semi

7. Penis enlargement hypnosis before bed (opt.)

Hey guys, I just want to post what I believe to be the holy grail of kegel routines that was lost deep within the realm of the pe archives. Rumor has it this kegel routine was forged by an evil �other forum� place member than brought to MOS and stuck only to vanish without a trace a long with it's bringer. Luckily I still remember it by heart and will post it in it's true original glory without any modifications or side notes. My mods to this will come later but with this you can make your own mod too.

1 sec. kegels x 100 reps
2 sec. kegels x 25 reps
5 sec. kegels x 5 reps (kegel as hard as possible on these)
relax pc muscle for 45 sec.
1 kegel 45 sec. or to failure

Watch what happens if you do this ad least once a day. My changes would be to make the kegel to failure an intense slow kegel burn to failure. And to go a bit longer on the 5 sec. kegels so maybe a full 10 seconds to create a slow power kegel. Also you can do this routine erect with a book or other weight on your penis.

That means a lot especially coming from the grand master of the MOS brotherhood! It's a process and I still have much to learn and research before I become a pro. There is much more to meet the eye with pe and some knowledge only comes with experience. For example when I started the thread I was saying that the Bathmate was going to be the main tool. Now I'm doing mostly passive pe work with the Size Genetics and VLC, divo-suits, ball weight, and kegels mixed in through out the day. The only time I'm not wearing my SG and divo-suits is when I edge or do girth.

Funny thing is I'm so caught up in logging in long hours in the SG and VLC right now that I don't do any other pe. But that is usually what happens when you try to aim for 12 hours in the SG and VLC to restore your foreskin. The thing is with restoring your fore skin with the SG is that it's addictive and rewarding. Not only are you making your penis look and feel healthier, you are making length and girth gains as well and I have to say the gains came quicker than expected with this setup a lone not to mention other pe which I'm going to gradually start again like I'm a noob. I urge guys to log in long hours in the SG and start small with other forms of pe until your logging in long hours in the SG on top of doing lots of the non passive heavy work the DLD says to do 2 hours of a day.

Because once you have your fire skin restored with many hours logged into the SG it's all uphill from there and adding other pe slowly as well as well as the long hours into its going to shock the penis into growth. Ad least that's my theory right now.

Hey, a lot has been going on lately I been working at this new part time job for about a month. It's perfect because I'm making money and have a good amount of time to myself to do pe. I'm going to be be buying a few pe goodies now that I have the cash. I just ordered (2) 15mm x 32mm ball weights from the chain gang.

These are a great deal because they are half the price of the ones sold at secret leather with the same quality. Also, wearing the two 15mm weights compared to the one 20mm will give a better stretch not only because the increased stretch but also the comfort and flexibility of the 2 thin rings. They will work with each other to create a nice stretch similar to the neck rings you see the tribe women wearing. I'm going to wear them with my SG and my Palmers cocoa butter. The 32mm width will be the perfect, not too loose or tight I found that out the hard way by getting a 30mm and a 34mm.

My future purchases include the TLC-X or PMP and more divo-suits. I'm also thinking about using DMSO/PABA mixture like kingsnake mentions. I'm going to get the 70% solution of DMSO from Jacob labs and paying the $5 extra for the glass bottle. The PABA I'm getting from the pure bulk site. The instructions to mix it is in this link...

Timber also mentions to get amino acids like lysine, proline, glycine, alanine and valine. Maybe add Arginine to that for girth workouts at night. Personally right now I take salmon oil and vitamin D from Carlsons brand and flax from any brand. I might take half of a multi sometimes and in the future I want to get a good vitamin C and B complex. But those are just for overall health anyway. The dmso/paba mixture I'm going to apply to the skin before I start length and SG, ect. Updates are going to be coming soon especially that I'm getting the new items and starting the chemical pe venture.

Thanks for looking out DLD. I'm not gonna mess with the injections until maybe further down the road. But kingsnake has provoked my interest in the DMSO/PAMA treatments. I don't think I would get the 70% DMSO although cause of my bad skin I would try the 50% first. Although I'm skeptical if a cream would really make the tunica more pliable so it's really a hit or miss.

I think the injections only make you stay hard for long so you gain from the erect work not from the injections themselves. So I might have to look into the DMSO and PABA further. I received my 32mm x 15mm ball weights today and wearing one of them with the SG and VLC now and it's a perfect fit. It's great to know I'm streatching my penis and balls at the same time for a nice full package look. I also started adding light girth work at night after the SG.

The girth work consists of Bathmate and clamping/edging supersets and I've noticed my penis get fuller after only a couple of days of that. A few important things were added too. Now when I edge I only use my fingertips so my penis sensitivity is restored from years of hard right hand masturbation. I also added erect towel raises between Bathmate sets and holding kegels between each pump to feel the burn and my eq and the way my penis looks and reacts has never been better. It's like I'm restoring my penis as well as making gains. I post a new version of the routine soon.

Just want to give a quick update and view of what I'm doing right now if the other version was too confusing lol.

1.) warm-up shower and/or Bathmate and hot water, minimum pressure for 2-5 min.

2.) Option 1: just go straight into SG

Option 2: Edge opt. 10-30 min. (use finger tips to masturbate) also opt. this also can include manual girth of choice, I prefer Ulis, SSJ, Ulis w/ SSJ slow jelq method, and clamped erect work such as clamped ulis, jelqs, horse squeezes, erect towel raises with a hot towel and hot towel for clamping in general, and general massaging the shaft and glands with my hands or with a hot towel added while erect. You can do all exercises or just one and you can release your load if you please at the end as long as you go in the SG after.

Option 3: You can do a length workout before the SG as well. After warming up do downward and btc stretching if anything, doing these should give an extra bonus in gains if done before the SG. I use the length master so I don't have to worry about the stretching power. But you might not be able to get the force you want with manuals. So I would add ad least some kind of hanging like hanging over the side of your lap hanging btc lying down on bed with feat up on a chair with a pillow. Any good length workout with proper technique and force will work great even in small doses.

3.) Now you can take a shower again if you want just to rinse off any unwanted residue down there from the workout and put on the SG. What I do is after I get out the shower I put cetaphil lotion on my penis and balls than dab it with a towel to dry off the lotion. I clean my SG base and VLC tugger from the night before with a damp towel and dab of soap. Then I put on the SG when my skin is dryed off. I also use cocoa butter whenever I feel dry while in the SG. To prolong SG life I don't use tension until my foreskin is very conditioned so I don't really need tension I can just add more bars and increase tension when I only have all the bars on and I'm used to it.

4. Now I relax and wear the SG and all the recreational stuff at home I do is with the SG on for most of the day and wear it until the skin burn is too much. Between SG breaks and bathroom breaks I usually do kegels and ulis just to get the blood flowing sometimes but not much. If you really want to get big you can stretch or hang in between SG breaks but it takes dedication.

5. When night comes I think about getting some girth in but it's ok to miss it as long as you were doing the SG in it's place. I will warm-up with a quick 5. min. Bathmate set with hot water and jump into erect work with cable clamps for about 5-10 min. then another Bathmate set for 10-15min. and Bathmate hardcore stretches, followed by more erect work and edging to end the night but this time don't cum if you already did once that day. A good way to get good eq is hold a kegel between each pump and kegel hard, also do clamped erect hot towel raises while watching ���� and doing the kegel workout a few posts above.

6. After girth you can put on a cock ring, divo-suits, UJW, ect. I Usually then lay down in bed put on ���� and do the kegel routine above with a small book on my lap.

I'm thinking about getting the TLC-X because it looks intense. Like it would give really good foreskin and overall gains on par with the penis mater pro and cheaper.

If you get the VLC or TLC-X, the guy that makes them says to wear it with the extender at 0 tension until you can wear it for long periods of time than sneak up the tension. I'm still at 1 big bar and 1 medium at 0 tension but you can sneak it up a tiny bit if you want to loosen the size genetics up a bit. Right now I can wear this comfortably for about an hour.

When I masturbate I try to not use my whole hands wrapped around the shaft instead I use my left and right fingertips on both sides of the shaft and after a few weeks got used to it. By doing this you are increasing sensitivity and performance in bed as well as redefining your erections.

I would def get the cable clamps in the electrical section at Home Depot too they are really good.
 
The 32mm x 15mm ball weights turned out to be the best fit yet. I bought 2 and I'm only wearing one with the SG at the moment. They are nice and thin and stack well. You don't have to get two of the same size. The 32x15 can be at the bottom and you can have say a 40x15 on top. But I think if your just going to stack 2 weights. Then getting 2 of the same size like I did would work nicely. I can always stack my 38x20 if I wanted too in the future I suppose.
