My device is shit, it's self made. Nothing special, just a few socks for wrapping and a circle that can be tightened to hold the rope with the weights. A bit like captn Wench's hanger. Sometimes it hurts like hell because it slips to far down to the head, but I got used to this kind of stuff... I love pain, I'm a masochist

My routine looks like this: hanging for like 20-30 minutes at least once every day, with as much weight as I have (currently 33 lbs, but I'll buy new ones as soon as I have the $$).
