I'm looking now to get a device for length (as manuals are fairly ineffective for me) . i was thinking of getting the Malehanger as its cheap and seems effective, anyone have any experience with it?

I am happy to hear there was no real loss of gains, this is very encouraging to know you have made permanent gains. Your routine sounds great and if you are no longer getting blood spots it means you have completely adjusted to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words]. yeah about the red spots i dont even think it was an adjustment issue. ive been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] on and off for a while and was still getting them. i think my issue was going in to the first set and by the end of it (roughly 5 minutes) trying to hit max pressure of around 19cm (in the tube). instead now ive been going a lot slower. so in the first set ill pump up about 50% pressure, leave it for a minute, then go a little more, leave it, then go up to around 18cm. this seems to get me a very small pump but makes me plumper when i get out of the tube. then when i go in to the second set, im a little expanded, and it actually feels like more blood can be pulled in and expand the tissue. before i was going to fast and it just felt like my dick was too tight when pumping, likely because the blood couldnt properly expand the tissue.

Currently i just do a [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] session 5 times a week. when my hanger comes i will be hanging a few times a week as well and doing a few basic stretches.

I'm getting back in to the routine and feeling good. had a very good workout yesterday, it was one of the rare occasions where i felt i could take more pressure than the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] was giving. usually it gets painful if i pump too hard. I think this may be because i had taken some Hemavol earlier on for my workout, but cant be sure. ive taken some today as well so ill see if it has the same effect.

ok so i restarted a couple of months agobut hadnt been seeing much progress. This was a combination of doing no length work (manuals didnt work for me/ caused injury) and not taking enough time with the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. i was getting sore in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] and not expanding much.

ive switched things up recently and am taking 5 minutes extra in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. this extra warmup affects my expansion massively. I've also now figured out how to wear the hanger without too much pain - ive been trying to use it for a couple of weeks but it was just too painful. these last couple of sessions i've been working up to a couple of short sets with 3.75kg (~8lbs) and its feling good. basically thats what my program will be from now on, the same [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] routine as before, but now hanging as well.

As for frequency, im basically trying to do it whenver i have time rather than on set days. the aim is to get at least 5 hanging workouts and 5 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] workouts in a week.

As for my stats now, im currently at 19.3cm (bpel) x 13.3 (mseg) or 7.6 inches x 5.24. Theses numbers are lower than my last measurements for a couple of reasons. i dont have any pump so thats why the girth is slightly smaller (only about 0.1 inch). As for length, I used to measure with a fabric tape measure, which as i have an upward curve meant the measurement was a little larger. i now am measuring with a ruler as i dont want to cheat myself and think it will be more accurate.

I will probably measure in a month, really want to get past 5.5 inch mseg and 8.25 BPEL, not too sure how long this will take me with the new routine

So close, you have to make it!

No so far to go on length but, yeah, girth is going to take a minute but in the meantime you are already massive:)

haha i wish i was already massive! im nowhere near where i want to be.

I stopped for a few weeks again, combination of frustration with the hanger, lack of time, lack of privacy and lack of laptop.

I am a little strapped for time - i am usually out of the house for around 14 hours on week days so i dont have a lot of free time. these past couple of weeks ive not done any girth work. ive just been trying a few things with the hanger and i think ive finally found something that works with it. ive been able to get at least 1 ten minute set in almost every day. i can comfortably hang 6kg (13lb), and have been trying to hang 7.5kg. although im able to do 7.5kg, it usually only lasts a few minutes due to slippage and/ or pain around the glans. once i can get up to 15 minute sets with 7.5kg i will add some weight weight again. current goal is to get up to 10kg (22lb).

once i am fully comfortable with my hanging routine, i will start adding in some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and a little clamping. i will measure at the end of this month. im not expecting much if any increase in girth, but hopefully length will have gone up.

goals are still currently the same, really hoping i can reach that short term goal soon as ive been stagnating

hahaa no im back now. Ive been off and on coming on to the forum recently, mainly because so much in my life has been changing.

currently i leave the house at around 8am, and get home at 9-10pm. very long day. fitting in p.e. is a real mission as i ony really have maybe 2 hours a day to shower, cook, eat, leisure and then fit in some p.e. i've got to figure out a program to get around this.

ive been ill this week so have taken a few days off. moving forward i will continue hanging as often as i can (aiming for daily). when i can find a good routine to do and a time i can fit it in i will add in girth work as i am desperate for more girth

My schedule is quite hectic, i only have around an hour free every day. Im making it work though, i just pray i can keep it up.

For hanging ive been working up to 7.5kg sets (16.5lb). I cant hold it very long at this weight due to both pain and slippage around the glans. Current aim is to work up to longer sets with this weight (~10+minutes). i started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] again. took my time with it last night and did 4 sets, got very nice expansion. I also want to start clamping; i bought a cable clamp but got the wrong size so its useless. theyre so hard to find in the uk!

Im just trying to get the best bang for my buck as i dont have much time free. Gonna work at it and hopefully i can keep it up, if so i will measure at the end of october.
 
last few days ive been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] like normal for my girth. my sets are going well, im hovering between 19 and 19.5 inside, aiming to get olid sets in at 19.5. my only issue is testicle tubes getting sucked up which cuts some sets short. temp girth is about 0.4 inches, i feel it should be more than this but dont really know how to get more expansion. I want to start clamping consistently but i cant find any cable clamps in the uk.

I took yesterday off from hanging, but other than that its been every day for the last week. today i worked up to:

1 x 11min @ 5kg (11lb)
1 x 3.5min @ 7.5kg (16.5lb)
1 x 4.5min @ 7.5kg (16.5lb)

I need to perfect my wrapping technique and get used to the pain around the glans. its coming in slowly and im edging closer to the 7.5kg set for 10 minutes. i think once i get to that i will have made some gains, but we will see.
 
Hanging is so tedious. The wrap just makes things crazy. Once you get your wrap down, you might be able to add even more weight. I did when I got mine down. Added 10lbs in a week because it was that much more comfortable. Got a few things I'm gonna try as well to add to comfort. Keep going brother.

yeah ive improved my wrap already, which has allowed me to add a fair amount of tie to my workouts. i dont find hanging tedious tbh, compared to manual stretching i love it. i always feel like it takes ages to do manual stretching, and i never got anything out of it. with hanging i can put it on, then just leave it for a few minutes and watch some tv or youtube videos, all while feeling a really good stretch.

out of interest, what weight did you start hanging with, and what weight are you on now? (and what gains did you get from the increase?)

they always get sucked in, but sometimes they get sucked in a little different and it becomes painful (like someone yanking on my balls!). i think i just need to work on the position

When you are wrapping do you squeeze all the blood out of your head before wrapping? This could be a reason for head pain. I am glad you are mastering your Wrapping Method. To those looking on visit the Wrapping Forum to get great ideas on how to wrap.

no i dont squeeze the blood out of the head. i know the pain is caused by the pressure of the blood in the head, however if i squeeze the blood out i dont get a good enough 'shelf' on the glans for the hanger to sit behind, so it slips off (way more painful). catch 22 really, but i think i will get used to the pain in the head as it isnt too bad.

yeah my wrapping has gotten a lot better, and my [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ujw[/words] wrapping has also got a lot better which is good

i havent tried that, does it eliminate the issue?
 
For me the part that is pinched I think is called epidermis because I squeezed it by hand, and it feels identical to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] pinch. It happens when the balls are sucked up too far, and it crushes the side of them, so keeping that scrotum aced is the way to avoid it.
 
I started with 5 and went up to 20 after 3 weeks. I think since I had a few years under my belt of manual work with growth, I was able to start higher than a newbie. I gained flaccid stretched length but stopped since I got in a new relationship lol. I don't think it's tedious, just the wrapping part. I wanna get in it and hang, not wrap, see if it's good then hang or start over lol. I love hanging and PE, that won't change lol.
 
Reviving this again. I've been doing stints on and off this whole time, but never saw a tonne of progress (especially not girth) which means ive not been consistent for longer than say a month or two at a time. The time workouts take for what seemed like little to no return discouraged me.

2 weeks ago i started back up. This time was just SSJ's and jelqs, and as of a week ago consistent clamping too. I've pretty much abandoned pumping as it doesn't seem to net me anything permanent. I'm currently doing 2 days on 1 day off, with a girth only routine (i may start adding in some stretches too).

Two weeks ago i measured as 19.5cm BPEL x 13cm MSEG (7.7x5.1). I measured in today as 19.5cm BPEL x 13.4cm MSEG (7.7x5.3). this 0.2 gain in girth is the quickest i've seen growth, so I think clamping is what really works for me. Will be very interesting to see if i can keep up this rate of growth. This measurement was 24 hours after my last workout so I feel is a good indicator of progress.

Feeling very motivated after this increase, and mainly looking for girth. Short term goal is 8x5.5 - although im not too bothered if i reach the length goal before the girth goal.

I've also been cutting for a couple of months and lost considerable weight (around 12 pounds) with my fat pad being almost non existent now. Feeling good all round, so just need to keep it up

This is wise. Pumping isn't for everyone, and neither is clamping, but it sounds as though you two get along :)

I actually got almost all my info from your posts. I've pumped for years and not been able to keep any gains, and temp gains are never that good, just doesn't seem to work for me. Trying clamping now as a last resort and its been immediately positive, and its just all round more enjoyable than pumping or any other manual work ive done.

Thanks DLD, the encouragement is nice. I've actually read through the SRT post before and implement elements of it. Whenever i do any length work i essentially do the exact initial length workout you outline in there. I also wear a cock ring for a couple hours after any girth work (or longer, if its not before bed and im at home).

My current routine looks as follows:
150 jelqs
3 x 1 minute sets of SSJs (unsure if im doing these right, but my grip tires after a minute then i switch hands)
3 x 15 min clamping sets (i rest a few minutes between sets)

With the clamping, i add in a few bends and squeezes and just go with the feel. I also constantly measure while clamped, aiming to increase the thickness with the logic that if i increase the girth while in the clamp gains will follow. Unlike pumping i get absolutely no fluid retention from clamping.

I do the above 2 days on 1 day off, feel fine with this frequency but may eventually go to 1 on 1 off. I'm just now adding in some basic stretches on the days i dont do girth. I have a malehanger that i haven't used in a while, may give hanging a go. I've heard some have gotten length gains from hanging which baffles me (unsure if its true or not), and im unsure of where/ when in my program its best to fit it in, so any guidance is welcome!

Edit: I've also out of curiosity just checked that penis visualizer site, and im twice as big as average by volume, which is a really cool fact to know for myself
 
Routine looks pretty good and I don’t really have much to add to it but to stay consistent with it until you see games. With hanging people to gain girth but it is only at the base of the penis. The penis visualizer can bring great confidence!

While I am measuring constantly, i will do an 'official' measurement in 2 weeks time, to see if the program is definitely working. im going to be travelling for work next week so wont be able to get any workouts in i dont think, hopefully this doesnt set me back. I'm going to bring my cable clamp with my anyway - if i can get 2 workouts in during the week that should be enough to maintain me.

Noticed some mystery blood a couple times this week. It's mystery in that i cant workout where its coming from. When i started today's session there was some initially, but it had coagulated so i assume it was old blood and therefore internal. During the workout at point some blood would collect around the frenulum (im uncut), but i was still producing clear precum, which makes me think its not from the urethra... however this also doesn't make sense as there are no cuts anywhere.

My eq is fine and i have no pain so am not too worried about it, just a little strange

Blood is simply a nick or a cut in your urethra, this happens from time to time and a small amount of blood will come forth until it is healed. It feels in a matter of days. I can be a scary thing looking down and seeing blood but understand most of us have gone through this.

I had blood again today, not as much though. It doesn't hurt so i'm not worried, if it gets worse then i will slow down.



I went away a couple of weeks ago so didnt get to do any workouts. When i came back i was 1mm less thick, but it cam back quickly and i think i may be larger now. I will wait till the end of next week to measure (14th).

I've been doing 2 days on and 1 off, mainly clamping. I think im really getting in to the groove of things now, ive had a few bad workouts with poor expansion but i feel like i now know what i need to keep doing to get gains. When i had been going straight in to clamping i wasn't getting great expansion and it wasn't feeling too good. I had to cut out jelqing as i'm trying to get rid of a small turkey neck too. My routine is now 5x 1 minute SSJ, clamp for 10-15, 3x1 minute SSJ, clamp for 10-15, 2x1 minute SSJ, clamp for 10-15 minute.

I have a malehanger that i bought years ago, i just ordered some weight plates too so i will start hanging from next week. Im not too concerned with length though so i will spending less time than i am on girth (i want to gain about half as much as girth)

While clamped i mainly just edge and do some squeezes. Today I got up to 14.7cm MEG clamped, with my normal girth being 13.4cm. This amount of expansion for me is great, better than pumping and with no water retention
 
If it has lessened then I think you’re on your way to healing. But as you said if it does get worse you will need to take a break.
 
Annddd blood again yesterday, more so this time. I played about with a couple things and now I know for a fact its due to SSJ's. Sometimes i move a bit in different directions with the SSJs and this is what seems to initially create the blood. I guess i am expanding in directions im not used to. It's interesting as even after there is blood, if i continue to SSJ i get more blood, but if i clamp to max intensity afterwards the clamping produces no blood whatsoever.

I'm taking today off for girth, and when I go back tomorrow i am either going to go minimal on the SSJs or leave them out completely. Seems there is a small tear internally that keeps reopening, no real pain from it though.

EQ hasn't been as good as i would like the last few days, but i did reach another PB clamped at 14.8cm so maybe it is in my head. Really hoping when I measure on Sunday this translates to actual gains

I've been trying to get back in to hanging but I just can't get the wrap that comfortable, and I also have a bit of a turkey neck that i feel the hanging will make worse.

Anyway, i plan to measure again in another 3 weeks, hoping for a similar gain again! I will be very happy once i get past 5.5inch mseg

Sweet, your back at it again. Its all about finding your own sweet spot, and sounds like you have it now.

Yeah it's all the little things like how best to wrap, warming up, combinations of exercises etc. Feel like im in a good groove now


General update:
Girth workout have been going well. Have changed things slightly for simplicity, i just do 3 sets of 3x1 minute SSJ's then 10-15 clamping. I've been trying to hang but i cant get it that comfortable, working on it so hopefully wont be too much longer before i get the wrapping down.

I hit 14.9cm while clamped yesterday on my final set, so close to 15cm. This is a good insight in to what 6 inch girth will look and feel like, which im starting to think may not be enough...

Very good, i've been more consistent now than i ever have been. Few little blips but overall going well. I think the issue before was I mainly wanted girth (which is still the case), so i used the bathmate on and off for years and never really got much of an increase from it (maybe MAX like 0.2inch). Im not pumping at all this time round, just clamping and SSJs and it seems to be doing a lot more for me.


Last week wasn't so good, missed a couple of workouts, but in general things are going well. Reached 15.1cm while clamped yesterday so it's going up. I haven't been doing any length work as i've never gotten much out of manual stretches, and i cannot get hanging comfortable with any weight, so I need to work on this
 
I think I've got hanging down now, I seem to be able to get some fatigue now which i couldn't get before, it was just discomfort at the head. I've done 5 sets of 10-15 minutes this week, will get another few days in before the week is done. Currently up to 4.5kg.

EQ hasn't been great lately but I managed to get a good girth workout in today and up to 15.2cm when clamped. I did my SSJs for a little longer so I think that has helped. Going to add an additional 1.5m of SSJ per round and see how that goes, so it will be: 3 x 1.5 minute SSJ, 10-15 mins clamped, all repeated 3x.
