ah man, i used to be a little into being 'aesthetic', but i just dont really care anymore. dont get me wrong i like looking good, but my main focus is performance. i train for powerlifting and will be competing at some point this year in powerlifting. although i wont get paid for it it will be a lot more rewarding than a bb comp. i dunno, just doesnt seem my thing to get a spray on tan and pose in speedos on a stage. plus the dieting would wreck my strength. thanks for the suggestion, but bodybuilding just isnt my thing :)

hopefully i can put up some decent numbers in powerlifting in the next few years!

Good luck with your powerlifting goals. If that is what you enjoy doing I am sure you will have more success than getting into body building regardless of the possible income. I personally do not care very much about strength other than how it makes my body look, and if strength was my only goal I would lose motivation quickly.

It would be funny though if a guy from this forum gained like 4 inches and got on stage in a speedo. That'd give huge publicity to PE lol.

and yeah i never thought about that. i reckon the dieting and dehydration must have an effect on the bodybuilders package. if you had like a 6-7 inch flaccid it probably wouldnt even fit into the speedo!

13/01/15 - half length routine (was busy during the day). full girth routine

14/01/15 - full length and girth routine. also did 20 minutes of clamping after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] session, however i wasnt getting rock hard expansion from it which i should have.

gonna finish up my routine for today, and tomorrow will be an off day. ill be measuring tomorrow, hoping for another little nudge in terms of gains. without knowing my measurements yet, i feel like my girth may have gone up slightly, but i dont think ive gained in length. i'll know for sure tomorrow...

I'm excited to see your measurements, but I have to throw in some lifting talk since you got me back into the mindset :)

I wanted to give you one tip that I heard about and tried myself that is particularly useful if one is bulking or trying to gain strength/mass. I assume you are taking your whey post workout. Add a bit of sugar to your whey either by mixing in sugar or in my case adding powdered Gatorade. Sugar helps the body lay down both muscle and fat, meaning your body will absorb the protein you take post workout even quicker than taking whey normally would. I can't say how big of a difference this will make with your lifting, but I suggest you do a bit of research on this.

i have indeed already done a lot of research into it :)

i dont take my whey post workout, i see no benefit to do so. protein synthesis post workout ('anabolic window') peaks at 24 hours post workout, meaning there is no real need to get in protein straight away (atleast not directly after). whey protein on its own is also very insulinogenic, so it wont require a carb source to increase the speed of absorption, as it already absorbs pretty fast. either way, the ability for it to be absorbed quickly is fairly irrelevant as it wont impact on muscle gains, due to how long you have to use this anabolic window (which iirc is upto 48 hours after training). as far as im aware, carbs directly post workout also blunt the insulin sensitivity from the workout which is undesirable. in any case, due to how long food in general takes to digest, pre workout nutrition is much more important. what you eat 1-3 hours before you workout will still be digesting as you workout and after, so thats where i put my focus.

i used to do the whole whey protein and carb shake within 30 minutes post workout when i started. after doing research on it though, i stopped, and havent noticed any difference from it. now i just have a shake whenever (which is usually a scoop of protein and a scoop of oats), to fill in little gaps in my diet. sometimes this is a shake post workout, sometimes its for breakfast, sometimes before bed. just depends on when i need it to get my desired calories and macros for that day. meal timing is fairly irrelevant, total calories and macros is what changes boyd compisition. in terms of performance in the gym, i find i cant put numbers up on an empty stomach. i will usually have a decent sized meal (usually 1500-2000 calories) 2-3 hours before i workout. this gives it some time to empty my stomach, so i get both the feeling of being full, aswell as not being bloated and feeling too full, which both help my numbers. it also helps the preworkout i take to absorb more cleanly. in general i try to keep things simple though, makes it a lot easier to live a normal life

measured today, my fabric tape measure is in cm's, which gave me measurements of 13.7 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x 20[/words].1. this converts to pretty much 5.4" MSEG x 7.9" BPEL. so ive gained a tiny bit again, which is a good sign, but i think i need to step it up. i also think my eq could be better and i think ive been masturbating too much, so im going to cut down to ejaculating a maximum of twice a week, and limiting adult entertainment. moving forward, i will be changing things slightly just by adding in some more volume. i will add 10 more dld blasters to my length routine, and 10-15 minutes of cock ring jelqing to my girth routine. my routine will therefore look like this:

-basic stretches

after reading back on some old posts, ive realised my starting size before any p.e. was 6.75 (nbp) x 4.75 (mseg). although i havent made massive gains due to inconsistency and an on and off style of working out in the past, being at 7.3 x 5.4 now is quite exciting, as its only really about 3-4 months of consistent work. this is an increase in volume of 39%! at my starting size i was in the 97th x 54th percentile (length x girth), and now im at 99+ x 91st percentile.

if i gain the same amount again (0.55 x 0.65) ill be at 8.45 (bp) x 6.05 (mseg). this will be a massive 102% increase from my starting size, which when i get there will mean i have more than doubled my size! it will also put me in the 99th percentile for both length and girth. its all very exciting, and if things keep going the way theyre going it shouldnt be too long before im the size i want to be!

yeah i ended up taking two days off though, as i was just so tired on sunday when i got home. bit annoying but ill back on it today.

as for the measuring yeah ill be measuring for that thread. i measure every two weeks, so at the end of the month and the middle of the month, but i'll measure again for zams thread or just use my mid month measurement.

usually the blood comes from a tear in the urethra. Since its inside the penis this is difficult to see where the blood is coming from. Some men take some time off but others don't. In my case I took about 3 days off and when I returned there was no more issues. It hasn't happened again.

that past 2 week block was a little inconsistent as i was away both weekend. i emasured twice on two different days and was getting different measurements, so im just gonna go with saying i didnt gain, and measure properly after the next 2 week block. i also think im gonna start going in to more detail about each session, as well as how good (out of 10) i feel my expansion is for any given session. hopefully this will help me pin point what works best for me. im not feeling my length routine is very intense but ill keep doing it anyway. i will probably buy a device for length (most likely hanging) in a couple of months

Well if you are satisfied with your length there is no reason to do length work. Girth work will produce length also so you can still expect some gains in length but more girth gains. I hope this blood issue resolves itself.

thanks! yeah i was making good progress at the beginning of this year and it was the most consistent i had ever been. unfortunately moving job twice in a short period of time messed up my schedule and made me rearrange my priorities. i dont plan on moving from my current job for a while as it suits my lifestyle, so that should help rekindle my routine.

ive just been doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] this week and already feeling good. flaccid is bigger and im more full. i plan on getting a hanger, probably the malehanger as ive seen some good reviews on here and its quite cheap. from there my routine will be predominantly [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and hanging, with a few manuals. hopefully this will net me good results but i will have to see

thanks! yeah i was making good progress at the beginning of this year and it was the most consistent i had ever been. unfortunately moving job twice in a short period of time messed up my schedule and made me rearrange my priorities. i dont plan on moving from my current job for a while as it suits my lifestyle, so that should help rekindle my routine.

I hope you can rekindle that dedication, now that you are settled in I would start up again.
