Update: Training hasn't been going well the past few days, I thought it would be better this week but I guess not. I'm having problems with bloodflow/ eq, and i have no idea why. I get morning wood just fine, and can usually get hard fine, but It seems harder than normal to maintain an erection. I also don't seem to be getting as 'full' as normal, I don't know how to explain this but im just not getting as much blood in and don't feel the same '
weight' as usual. Because im not getting as hard or full (maybe 90-95%), i'm having to masturbate more to get the expansion and not lose any EQ when doing girth work, which then also leads to me ejaculating more and sometimes cutting workouts short. Seems like a loop that will be difficult to fix.
I'm not sure if doing workouts earlier in the day negatively effects it but i cant see how. Maybe also stress is causing it, but i'm usually fairly stressed so again shouldn't matter too much. Other than this, im healthy, eat very well, have a fairly low bodyfat, and exercise 4x a week, so diet and health shouldnt be a factor. I also had a slow week last week so doesn't seem like overtraining.
Ive ordered some Sildenafil, it should arrive tomorrow. I'm going to take that, for a few consecutive workouts, and almost eliminate the adult entertainment i watch, and see if that helps. Open to suggestions from anyone if theres anything else i should try or what could be causing the issue
