When you’re experiencing fatigue you’re going to experience low EQ but this is not a time to be wasted, this is the best time to stretch as no muscle will hold back this stretch. They can’t hold back because they’re too fatigued.

Yeh definitely feeling fatigue creep up. It's strange as i didn't feel fatigue as much in my ligs previously despite me hanging at higher weights, but now i do. I've also noticed its way easier to get a good grip with the hanger if im doing consistent girth work, so this is making the hanging easier.

I'm currently alternating days between hanging and clamping which seems to work well with me. Really not sure what my long term should be, im 6in girth when clamped which im feeling wont be enough when i get there, im thinking maybe 8.5x6.5, but i guess ill see. Current short term goal is 7.8x5.5, will measure on Sunday and see how close I am

I actually got almost all my info from your posts. I've pumped for years and not been able to keep any gains, and temp gains are never that good, just doesn't seem to work for me. Trying clamping now as a last resort and its been immediately positive, and its just all round more enjoyable than pumping or any other manual work ive done.

Where did you bought your clamps in the UK? I’m looking for clamps in the Netherlands but it’s hard to find decent ones.... Maybe I can order some from the UK
 
Definitely possible to order Cable Clamps from UK. And of course E(vil)bay is around.
I am not sure if Stillwantmore has his Male Clamps left anymore. That is for when you really want to be advanced when it comes to clamping, as you can dial the pressure much better than with Cable Clamps.
(More fine tuning available with Male Clamp.)

A little disappointed length hasn't changed, but happy that girth is continuing to creep up. Very close to my short term goal of 5.5

Once you get to your girth goal you may want to switch over to a length exclusive routine. I can put something together that will bring you an answer within six months, guaranteed!

You’re almost at the same girth size as me. I’m 5.7” EG (14.5 cm)

I’m gonna concentrate on length only in the upcoming months with the Silistretcher2.

It’s harder to gain length if you are thick like 6” erect girth. It takes longer to get to your length goal.

Yeah i've heard a lot of people doing that, but I want girth more than i want length and over the years i've given up on p.e. many times, so I wan't to stick with it as long as i can this time which i only think will happen if i make some good girth gains. What's your current length out of interest?

I’m currently at 7.0” (17.8 cm) BPEL and I am hanging all free hours of my day. 7 days per week. After work and gym/running I strap in to do my hanging sets. I am in a phase in my life where I have the time. So it’s now or never. I clock like 20-25 hanging per week. 2-3 hours on monday till friday and in the weekend like the whole fucking day.

I’m shooting for 10” BPEL. I am doing Slow Squash Jelqs after every hour of hanging to reduce the fluid retention in the glans. Just 2-3 sets of 30 seconds. Because I am prone to girth gains my girth will increase along with my length even though i’m not actively training girth.

I got to 6” erect girth 8 weeks ago, then I quit hanging for like 6 weeks and now i’m back since two weeks. I’m gonna stay here till I reach my goal and beyond.

I'll be starting up again tomorrow, hopefully i haven't lost anything. I'm not too worried as it seems like a recurring pattern that i have 2 good weeks and 1 bad. I'll get back on to the same routine tomorrow, but I will start doing my girth workouts much earlier in the day. I'm currently doing them later and sometimes before bed, which makes me rush sometimes and also I think affects me getting good sleep. Hopefully doing the workout much earlier alleviates both of these issues

It’s a very smart move changing the timing because it may change everything for you. And smart to stick with this routine if you feel it’s working just adjust the time tables so all issues to alleviate are corrected.

I got a blister on my glans a few days ago from hanging too much with the SiliStretcher2.

I ignored the countdown timer as I was surfing the web and I was feeling a really nice tunica fatigue. I was riding the fatigue and I felt gains coming in but you have to make sure you check your glans every hour !

So I overdid it and when I took the Silicap off there was crystal clear fluid in the Silicap and vaccuum chamber. The blister already popped lol.

So now I am in a recovery phase, i’m doing my kegel routine and 100 jelqs every day for erection hardness and health purposes.

I got this injury weeks earlier as well and it sets you back for a few weeks. Watch out. The SiliStretcher is a very strong product.

Especially if you’re already hanging for 5 hours, take your time to check your glans every hour.

I have however thought again about what you said regarding gaining length before girth, and it made me think of something else. Is it harder to gain length after gaining girth, or is it harder gaining length having a bigger girth regardless?

e.g. If someone started at say 5 inch inch girth, grew to 6 inch, then started doing length work, would he find it harder to gain length than a guy who started with a girth of 6 inches?

That’s totally dependent on one’s individual tunica. The tunica has 3 layers. Some (lucky) men have 1 layer and gain length very easy. I definitely have 3 thick tunica layers which is resisting length gains at all costs. That’s why I need to hang for long hours and fatigue my dick for as many hours as possible.

Maybe the 5” girth guy who grew to 6” will have a easy time because of his 1 layered tunica. If he has 3 layers, then he will be fucked and doomed to long PE training hours if he wants to gain length.

Update: Training hasn't been going well the past few days, I thought it would be better this week but I guess not. I'm having problems with bloodflow/ eq, and i have no idea why. I get morning wood just fine, and can usually get hard fine, but It seems harder than normal to maintain an erection. I also don't seem to be getting as 'full' as normal, I don't know how to explain this but im just not getting as much blood in and don't feel the same 'weight' as usual. Because im not getting as hard or full (maybe 90-95%), i'm having to masturbate more to get the expansion and not lose any EQ when doing girth work, which then also leads to me ejaculating more and sometimes cutting workouts short. Seems like a loop that will be difficult to fix.

I'm not sure if doing workouts earlier in the day negatively effects it but i cant see how. Maybe also stress is causing it, but i'm usually fairly stressed so again shouldn't matter too much. Other than this, im healthy, eat very well, have a fairly low bodyfat, and exercise 4x a week, so diet and health shouldnt be a factor. I also had a slow week last week so doesn't seem like overtraining.

Ive ordered some Sildenafil, it should arrive tomorrow. I'm going to take that, for a few consecutive workouts, and almost eliminate the adult entertainment i watch, and see if that helps. Open to suggestions from anyone if theres anything else i should try or what could be causing the issue

Yeah what i meant with the stress is nothing has changed, so like for like i should see no change because of stress.The viagra is less to get hard - i can still do that no problem, sex is no issue at all, its more about getting to absolute expansion during workouts (i can get to around 90-95% erection no problem), and maintaining that for 1+ hours.

Re diet, If by meathead diet you mean chicken rice and broccoli then no I don't at all follow a meathead diet. I can't post a diet as i don't follow a set meal plan as I feel this is obsessive and limits healthy eating and a healthy lifestyle. In general though almost all the food i eat is cooked by myself, with the diet mainly consisting of fresh meat and fish, vegetables (usually 4 or 5 a day), fruit (2 a day), some grains (brown rice, quinoa etc). The fruit and veg I eat is varied, and I also try to vary the protein sources between chicken (usually thigh), beef (usually steak), fatty fish (salmon), and then just the other occasional sources. I will also eat 'bad' food when I feel like it, but it tends not to be that often. I would estimate my macro split to be around 35/40/30, P/F/C, by caloric density. I've done extensive research over years on diet and nutrition (include it's effects on hormones), so I am certain my diet is up there with the healthiest It can be. At absolute minimum there is ample fat and micronutrients to facilitate good testosterone production.

I've not been tested recently for low testosterone, but I think it's pretty unlikely i'm outside of the normal range. I am fairly muscular with an FFMI of 22.5 and bodyfat around 11%, and have maintained this for some months. I'm also a similar strength on my lifts in the gym, have a thick beard and hairy in general etc etc so would seem unlikely I have low test. It's a possibility my testosterone is low but it seems unlikely, so if all else fails I will get it checked out
 
Emotions will affect your erection in every way. If you have stress going on in your life this will greatly affect your ability to perform at 100%. Do you want the stress and with the root problem is so you do not have to find yourself in situations. When you really think about it in the moment there’s nothing to be upset about or stressed out about, it’s all the way you see it.

Welcome back Jordey! I wondered where you were. I think a really good method that has just become available for discoloration is the MOSred. When using a water down cream of alpha hydroxy while under the lamp will quickly get rid of deep discoloration and any discoloration that may happen in the future. Make sure you mix your Alpha hydroxy to a 50% mix of water. If you go with 100% alpha hydroxy you’re risking burns so make sure you go with a 50-50 mix. Apply it to your penis and stay under the lamp for 30 minutes a day and you’ll see a great improvement quickly.
