Yeh definitely feeling fatigue creep up. It's strange as i didn't feel fatigue as much in my ligs previously despite me hanging at higher weights, but now i do. I've also noticed its way easier to get a good grip with the hanger if im doing consistent girth work, so this is making the hanging easier.
I'm currently alternating days between hanging and clamping which seems to work well with me. Really not sure what my long term should be, im 6in girth when clamped which im feeling wont be enough when i get there, im thinking maybe 8.5x6.5, but i guess ill see. Current short term goal is 7.8x5.5, will measure on Sunday and see how close I am
