Thanks DLD, the encouragement is nice. I've actually read through the SRT post before and implement elements of it. Whenever i do any length work i essentially do the exact initial length workout you outline in there. I also wear a cock ring for a couple hours after any girth work (or longer, if its not before bed and im at home).

My current routine looks as follows:
150 jelqs
3 x 1 minute sets of SSJs (unsure if im doing these right, but my grip tires after a minute then i switch hands)
3 x 15 min clamping sets (i rest a few minutes between sets)

With the clamping, i add in a few bends and squeezes and just go with the feel. I also constantly measure while clamped, aiming to increase the thickness with the logic that if i increase the girth while in the clamp gains will follow. Unlike pumping i get absolutely no fluid retention from clamping.

I do the above 2 days on 1 day off, feel fine with this frequency but may eventually go to 1 on 1 off. I'm just now adding in some basic stretches on the days i dont do girth. I have a malehanger that i haven't used in a while, may give hanging a go. I've heard some have gotten length gains from hanging which baffles me (unsure if its true or not), and im unsure of where/ when in my program its best to fit it in, so any guidance is welcome!

Edit: I've also out of curiosity just checked that penis visualizer site, and im twice as big as average by volume, which is a really cool fact to know for myself
 
*meant to say i've heard some get girth gains from hanging, which baffles me. I very much believe the claims of length gains as it makes logical sense
 
Routine looks pretty good and I don’t really have much to add to it but to stay consistent with it until you see games. With hanging people to gain girth but it is only at the base of the penis. The penis visualizer can bring great confidence!

While I am measuring constantly, i will do an 'official' measurement in 2 weeks time, to see if the program is definitely working. im going to be travelling for work next week so wont be able to get any workouts in i dont think, hopefully this doesnt set me back. I'm going to bring my cable clamp with my anyway - if i can get 2 workouts in during the week that should be enough to maintain me.

Noticed some mystery blood a couple times this week. It's mystery in that i cant workout where its coming from. When i started today's session there was some initially, but it had coagulated so i assume it was old blood and therefore internal. During the workout at point some blood would collect around the frenulum (im uncut), but i was still producing clear precum, which makes me think its not from the urethra... however this also doesn't make sense as there are no cuts anywhere.

Blood is simply a nick or a cut in your urethra, this happens from time to time and a small amount of blood will come forth until it is healed. It feels in a matter of days. I can be a scary thing looking down and seeing blood but understand most of us have gone through this.

I had blood again today, not as much though. It doesn't hurt so i'm not worried, if it gets worse then i will slow down.



I went away a couple of weeks ago so didnt get to do any workouts. When i came back i was 1mm less thick, but it cam back quickly and i think i may be larger now. I will wait till the end of next week to measure (14th).

I've been doing 2 days on and 1 off, mainly clamping. I think im really getting in to the groove of things now, ive had a few bad workouts with poor expansion but i feel like i now know what i need to keep doing to get gains. When i had been going straight in to clamping i wasn't getting great expansion and it wasn't feeling too good. I had to cut out jelqing as i'm trying to get rid of a small turkey neck too. My routine is now 5x 1 minute SSJ, clamp for 10-15, 3x1 minute SSJ, clamp for 10-15, 2x1 minute SSJ, clamp for 10-15 minute.

I have a malehanger that i bought years ago, i just ordered some weight plates too so i will start hanging from next week. Im not too concerned with length though so i will spending less time than i am on girth (i want to gain about half as much as girth)

While clamped i mainly just edge and do some squeezes. Today I got up to 14.7cm MEG clamped, with my normal girth being 13.4cm. This amount of expansion for me is great, better than pumping and with no water retention
 
If it has lessened then I think you’re on your way to healing. But as you said if it does get worse you will need to take a break.
 
Annddd blood again yesterday, more so this time. I played about with a couple things and now I know for a fact its due to SSJ's. Sometimes i move a bit in different directions with the SSJs and this is what seems to initially create the blood. I guess i am expanding in directions im not used to. It's interesting as even after there is blood, if i continue to SSJ i get more blood, but if i clamp to max intensity afterwards the clamping produces no blood whatsoever.

I'm taking today off for girth, and when I go back tomorrow i am either going to go minimal on the SSJs or leave them out completely. Seems there is a small tear internally that keeps reopening, no real pain from it though.

EQ hasn't been as good as i would like the last few days, but i did reach another PB clamped at 14.8cm so maybe it is in my head. Really hoping when I measure on Sunday this translates to actual gains

If you feel the SSJ is causing it I would retreat from that exercise. But in all honesty I’ve never heard it happening from the SSJ. 7 weeks ago i measured in at 19.5 x 13, but in this time i had a week and a half off for holiday, a week off getting back in to it after that, and half a week off for injury. Therefore, this is only really about 4 weeks worth of progress, with a gain of 0.5cm in girth, which I am very happy with. I haven't gained any length as I have barely done anything for it. I've been trying to get back in to hanging but I just can't get the wrap that comfortable, and I also have a bit of a turkey neck that i feel the hanging will make worse.

Anyway, i plan to measure again in another 3 weeks, hoping for a similar gain again! I will be very happy once i get past 5.5inch mseg

Sweet, your back at it again. Its all about finding your own sweet spot, and sounds like you have it now.

Yeah it's all the little things like how best to wrap, warming up, combinations of exercises etc. Feel like im in a good groove now


General update:
Girth workout have been going well. Have changed things slightly for simplicity, i just do 3 sets of 3x1 minute SSJ's then 10-15 clamping. I've been trying to hang but i cant get it that comfortable, working on it so hopefully wont be too much longer before i get the wrapping down.

I hit 14.9cm while clamped yesterday on my final set, so close to 15cm. This is a good insight in to what 6 inch girth will look and feel like, which im starting to think may not be enough...

Very good, i've been more consistent now than i ever have been. Few little blips but overall going well. I think the issue before was I mainly wanted girth (which is still the case), so i used the bathmate on and off for years and never really got much of an increase from it (maybe MAX like 0.2inch). Im not pumping at all this time round, just clamping and SSJs and it seems to be doing a lot more for me.


Last week wasn't so good, missed a couple of workouts, but in general things are going well. Reached 15.1cm while clamped yesterday so it's going up. I haven't been doing any length work as i've never gotten much out of manual stretches, and i cannot get hanging comfortable with any weight, so I need to work on this
 
I think I've got hanging down now, I seem to be able to get some fatigue now which i couldn't get before, it was just discomfort at the head. I've done 5 sets of 10-15 minutes this week, will get another few days in before the week is done. Currently up to 4.5kg.

EQ hasn't been great lately but I managed to get a good girth workout in today and up to 15.2cm when clamped. I did my SSJs for a little longer so I think that has helped. Going to add an additional 1.5m of SSJ per round and see how that goes, so it will be: 3 x 1.5 minute SSJ, 10-15 mins clamped, all repeated 3x.
