haha i wish i was already massive! im nowhere near where i want to be.
I stopped for a few weeks again, combination of frustration with the hanger, lack of time, lack of privacy and lack of laptop.
I am a little strapped for time - i am usually out of the house for around 14 hours on week days so i dont have a lot of free time. these past couple of weeks ive not done any girth work. ive just been trying a few things with the hanger and i think ive finally found something that works with it. ive been able to get at least 1 ten minute set in almost every day. i can comfortably hang 6kg (13lb), and have been trying to hang 7.5kg. although im able to do 7.5kg, it usually only lasts a few minutes due to slippage and/ or pain around the glans. once i can get up to 15 minute sets with 7.5kg i will add some weight weight again. current goal is to get up to 10kg (22lb).
once i am fully comfortable with my hanging routine, i will start adding in some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and a little clamping. i will measure at the end of this month. im not expecting much if any increase in girth, but hopefully length will have gone up.
goals are still currently the same, really hoping i can reach that short term goal soon as ive been stagnating
