im gonna continue using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] as im doing now, 5 days on 2 days off a week. i wont be doing much manual stretching as i havent had great experiences in the past what with injury and lack of results. my routine like before will revolve around the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words], [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and a cock ring. instead of stretching this time however i will likely by a hanger and just get a heavy set in every day. i also again like before want to do some curvature correction.

current short term goal is 5.75 MSEG X 8.25 BPEL. Long term goal im not too sure of, but will be atleast 6 mseg x 8.5.

thanks! yeah i was making good progress at the beginning of this year and it was the most consistent i had ever been. unfortunately moving job twice in a short period of time messed up my schedule and made me rearrange my priorities. i dont plan on moving from my current job for a while as it suits my lifestyle, so that should help rekindle my routine.

ive just been doing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] this week and already feeling good. flaccid is bigger and im more full. i plan on getting a hanger, probably the malehanger as ive seen some good reviews on here and its quite cheap. from there my routine will be predominantly [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] and hanging, with a few manuals. hopefully this will net me good results but i will have to see

I'm looking now to get a device for length (as manuals are fairly ineffective for me) . i was thinking of getting the Malehanger as its cheap and seems effective, anyone have any experience with it?

I am happy to hear there was no real loss of gains, this is very encouraging to know you have made permanent gains. yeah about the red spots i dont even think it was an adjustment issue. ive been using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] on and off for a while and was still getting them. i think my issue was going in to the first set and by the end of it (roughly 5 minutes) trying to hit max pressure of around 19cm (in the tube). instead now ive been going a lot slower. so in the first set ill pump up about 50% pressure, leave it for a minute, then go a little more, leave it, then go up to around 18cm. this seems to get me a very small pump but makes me plumper when i get out of the tube. then when i go in to the second set, im a little expanded, and it actually feels like more blood can be pulled in and expand the tissue. before i was going to fast and it just felt like my dick was too tight when pumping, likely because the blood couldnt properly expand the tissue.

ive switched things up recently and am taking 5 minutes extra in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. this extra warmup affects my expansion massively. I've also now figured out how to wear the hanger without too much pain - ive been trying to use it for a couple of weeks but it was just too painful. these last couple of sessions i've been working up to a couple of short sets with 3.75kg (~8lbs) and its feling good. basically thats what my program will be from now on, the same [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] routine as before, but now hanging as well.

As for frequency, im basically trying to do it whenver i have time rather than on set days. the aim is to get at least 5 hanging workouts and 5 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] workouts in a week.

As for my stats now, im currently at 19.3cm (bpel) x 13.3 (mseg) or 7.6 inches x 5.24. Theses numbers are lower than my last measurements for a couple of reasons. i dont have any pump so thats why the girth is slightly smaller (only about 0.1 inch). As for length, I used to measure with a fabric tape measure, which as i have an upward curve meant the measurement was a little larger. i now am measuring with a ruler as i dont want to cheat myself and think it will be more accurate.

I will probably measure in a month, really want to get past 5.5 inch mseg and 8.25 BPEL, not too sure how long this will take me with the new routine

I have read through [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words], and because of it i now wear a cockring more often and also [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]UJW[/words] after length work. Although i am close to 8.25 x 5.5, its only a short term goal, i want to get to around 9 x 6.25. i still have a long way to go!
