I can hang any amount its very versatile. I am currentlyhanging 7.5 pounds but I have just for instance tried hanging about 15 pounds and it takes it like a champ. Money is not an issue its more of the privacy issue. My wife is not into me doing this or any Penis Enlargement but I want to (you know the feeling).

Will be eager to know how things go for you :) and I will definitely explore more on the site about snake hangers etc...

I'm interested to know what kind of wrap or band you are using. That's great that it can take the weight.

Having my wife know about it has made hanging so great - I never have to worry about her busting in and me explaining why weights are hanging off my dick or how it magically grew.

I will say this: I notice my flaccid hang is better from standing than from seated BTC. My EQ is also WAY better.

I'm currently following the hardcore hanging method. Been at it for 4 months and have seen an inch in BPenis EnlargementL. Up to 17 lbs and only hung 20 minutes a day, but I'm thinking about throwing in a couple of more sets a day to maximize my gains.

I liked the part in this thread where a physical therapist discussed multiple sessions in a day, broken up. I follow that routine, hoping it keeps my tissues broken down and unable to retract and heal. Hoping to measure a gain soon.

I'm actually going to start doing that too. One session in the morning or afternoon, and one at night. I am sitting on a high chair resting my feet up on a table while playing some video games.

If I still worked from home, I could do my morning set. As it is, I do a mid afternoon and a late night, but if love to do 3 sets a day. So far two a day has been working good at keeping everything in a weakened state.

I find BTC hard to move up in weights, so I'm standing now. I like the pull this way.
 
You will be surprised that Its just an old sock but it works wonders never had any pain etc but once I hang the pull and stretch is great... I then sometimes work on some office stuff etc while I wait not always... My hanging has always been standing. its great to vary angles I semi squat it gives a pull from in side (Stretching) feels amazing.. just been less than a week now will keep you posted on how it goes...

I wonder if at some point to hit the higher weights you'll have to get a hanger. Glad you're making due with what you have. I've read where others have said that seated BTC is a more extreme angle and really targets the inner penis, but I never really experienced that. Most of my gains came from simple lower angle hanging. I would sit back in my office chair and my feet were planted on the floor and I would swing my weights back and forth. Every now and then I would stand and jump for added effect.

Well, what I initially did was 6-9 20 minute sets a day, all in a row. Now I do 1-20 minute set around 6 PM and then another 1-20 minute set at 11 PM. I tend to believe that several sets at different times will bring good results. The OP, Dash Deming started at only 1-20 set a day and met with great success.
 
I just wish I had that kind of time - will definitely be able to put in 2 - 3 20 min sets a day but thats the max I can get to now.
 
2 sets of 20 mins is really ideal to me. I want to eventually work myself up to a total of 3 sets everyday and also keep progressing in weight.

Great to hear from you Dash! Are you still doing the HC hanging? If so, how much weight are you up to? What do you feel gave the greatest gains - sitting or standing?

There's definitely something to this, as others have also reported their EQ is through the roof now, as compared to losing EQ from the traditional long periods of hanging.
 
Still hanging bro and my hardcore method only. I am just using 30 pounds seated and straight out these days. I do about 5 minutes standing and straight down for the last 5 minutes of the final hanging period. Be safe bro,

I love the concept since I only have to do it one set at a time, twice daily. I do it 7 days a week to keep it weakened. Sometimes it feels like my dick is broken - literally.

Thanks for the tip bro! I'm trying to keep the processed crap out of my diet too. Been hitting the gym and getting in shape. Shame I didn't do this 20 years ago!

You obviously have the gains to speak as an authority, so I'll take your advice on the rest day(s). Congrats on the gains. I'm pissed I can't break free from 7.25".

Each person is different. I noticed gains after 4 weeks. I knew nothing about hanging - made what I thought was a Bib knockoff and filled a gallon milk jug with water. Hung that with no prior conditioning - that was roughly 10 pounds and I added to it. I usually hung 13 pounds. I would swing my "weights" front to back and did other stuff in conjunction like bouncing when I would stand. I did a lot of rotaries and hung up to 3 hours a day, 20 minute sets.

THanks Bro :) its nice to know what others felt. I think I am gaining and will keep you guys updated on it. I wish I could hang 3 - 4 hrs a day (25 - 30) minute sets. But my schedule is so bad that I am happy to atleast do the 2 to 3 sets I get to do most of the days.

What kind of hanger are you using? If you're using a compression hanger like a Bib, you shouldn't do more than 20 minutes to avoid tissue death.

If you can only do 2-3 sets, consider doing them spaced out by a few hours. By doing this, you're keeping your unit in a weakened state and continually adding stress to it.

Not at all. I believe the 2 day break allows my body to catch up a bit for the restoration process. Don't forget that you are not simply stretching the original tissue. Your body is actually adding tissue. I have gained a huge amount of penis in the last 15 years and there is a lot of new tissue there not that was not there before. You have to read your body and adjust. It helps to have a clean diet too in my opinion. - Dash

I use a rope and pulley setup. I can vary the angle of the rope and/or the angle of my body to get any angle I want. I am using kettle bells for weights these days. Dig?

I wish I could fully fathom this in my mind. You're not the guy who is using his old gym set for this are you? Kettle bells get pricey! I still stick with weight plates since they're cheap enough to build on. Is SO as painful as the RSDT method?

There are many correlation's with PE and Body Building....I created super sets based on my experience in body building that have helped many men in PE make their goals happen. A sort of circuit training. I also believe healing is similar and just as important.
