Is 25 pounds pretty hardcore. It feels like the heavier you go the more it hits everything. At 2.5-10 pounds it was like blah penis stretched out some kinda heavy but damn at 25 I feel the interior pulling hard. My goal is to hang 50 pounds for an hour someday. Divided into sets of course. How fast did YALL go up once getting heavy?

hardcore is gonna depend on the person. whats heavy to you may not be heavy to someone else and vice versa

Once I got my wrapping technique down I went from 20 pounds to 50 pounds very quickly, maybe 2 months time. Prior to mastering wrapping I was not even able to hang 10 pounds without pinching and pain.

Well you have a tunica and a lig exercise. Any type of hanging should target base girth and the tunica workouts will target actual length in the shaft.
Both will be targeted though. Bends/twist are the tier 1 I believe of stretching/hanging. There is a lot of tunica stress w/ these.

That's why the only thing that is working is described tech., but it's almost impossible to go over 6 to 7 for now...

what is the described technique you are using? have you watched my vids yet? how much weight are you trying to hang? you have to start off at a low weight and add weight slowly to building up the strength to hang heavier weights

This type of hanging can be painful and even dangerous. I suggest getting a decent hanger. The [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?83577-Length-master-official-order-thread-now-shipping-06-16-2014!!!]LengthMaster[/words] is a great hanger but if cost is an issue there are some home made hangers that would be good. The Captain's Wench is one of the best in the way of home made and inexpensive.
 
This is my second week of hanging. I'm doing 10 sets of 15 minutes and am currently at 20lbs. I'm frustrated because I'm not feeling anything in the ligs. I thought at this weight, I'd feel some serious lig stretching.
 
Move the hanger to where it is about 1 1/2" from the coronal ridge of your penis head. Reduce the weight as needed because you will not be able to hang as much weight in this position as you would with the clamp near the base. This position will allow all of the ligs to come into play and not be choked off by the hanger. Give this a try and look at and feel the actual ligs for tautness. If you no not feel them in a tight condition in the SD position then you may not have ligs that can or need stretching and then you would need to focus on tunica stretching. I was thinking a bib hanger but I'm not sure...? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated so l know which one to buy... Thanks for the response Ben I went and checked out your website and just placed an order for the malehanger 2! It definitely will make things a lot easier having the detailed step by step how-to guide with pictures and videos of everything I need to know. Do you know how long it takes approximately to ship to Sydney, Australia? And does it have any warranty on it?

i think you can make a hanger and put the weights in a drawer and push your self back by using ur legs against the table or drawer..lol
for up you can try a pulley system.......likewise u can tie your dick with a rope..lol..then through it over a pullup bar kind of thing and pull the rope down.....

personaly i think main penis growth is more downwards...

I have done pulley systems. Effective but can be a pain in the ass. Using resistant bands allows me to hit various angles easily and not have to take the time and effort to set up a pulley system.

Yeah I know about the resistance bands and your right it does make it easier to do but I guess I dont know the exact amount I'm hanging with resistance bands but with the weights I can adjust by the smallest increments if I want to which is the advantage in that aspect...
Can you explain or do you have any pictures of how you set up the pulley systems for straight out and straight up hanging?

i think when your penis is all ready when the theraband and everything that has to be done on penis is ready then ...only one thing is left...using the pulley system to get started.....
so the easiest way i thought was to use your pushup bars.....throw the rope or string or band or whatever you wann use over the pushup bar and pull from the other side........simplest way i think

All you need is one of these scales and you can measure the tension of the band while using it. I don't use this everytime. With the RB's it is very easy to increase tension very slightly just by moving back.

I don't have any pics for pulley systems. Just need rope. Carabiners. And a pulley or 2
 
You can get your scale in the sporting good section with the fishing equipment at any Walmart. Pulleys and rope you can grab from Lowes or Home Depot.

Yeah I think the homemade bib can be skipped altogether, not comfortable and just not worth it. Probably vacuum hangers can be skipped too, never tried them but I assume they will be outgrown when you get to the higher weights.

The glans cant handle too much intensity from the weights either so malehanger probably best option

I started my journey of hanging yesterday for the 1st time, although I've been in PE for over 18 months I've never hung before.
My length gains have been painfully slow!

I plan on following the Hardcore Hanging model. I did 1 20min set yesterday in the morning and 1 more before bed. I'm going to get at least 1 set in a day, more if time allows.

I am starting with a modest 5lbs and will work up to the big weight safely over time.
Surprisingly with just 5lbs I felt a good stretch and some mild lig soreness today. For wrapping I used the black sleeve that came with the Stealth and on top of that I place 2 cotton pads(the oval ones to remove make up) on the top and bottom of my shaft. I place the hanger about .75" above ridge of glan.

My routine is going to be solely for length and after I'll work on girth.

At work i wear my stealth to stay extended. Once I get home and workout I'll put on my PF for a few hours, then I'll get in at least 1 20min set hanging then put my PF rig on for the night.

I haven't measures myself in a few months, but my last stats were:
Bpel: 7"
Nbpel: 6.25"
Bpsfl: 7.75"
Beg: 6.125
Mseg: 5.5"

I figure if I post this and follow up with my progress it will keep me on track. Also help any brothers with there journey.

You should only add weight when you feel comfortable with your current weight. This is something you got to find out for yourself, because what do comfortable mean to you? To me it just means no pain, but I would be lying to you if I didn't feel a heavy strain on my dick on my 20 min sets. By the time I reach the 5 min mark I am dying to take it off, just be careful and get to know your body.

Also start a journal in the Routines/Progress section, its better for you to track your progress and better for us to give you accurate feedback.
