Could you also please compare LenghtMaster product to Bib Hanger... I know it's two different stuff but Im more thinking about what would be good for someone that already had gained we say 2 inches in lenght, they need abit harder methods I quess.

There is also posibility of hanging with LenghtMaster, what do you think about that compared to hanging tools like BIB?

Inching the hanger back, I never thought of that. I noticed that the qui gongers are tying above the ball sack. I assumed, wrongly I guess, that they would not get length gains that way other than pulling inner p out. After that I was ready to feel it out into anything. I guess I mean I had learned what increments of change I can handle without injury. I don't think I'll do that asian hanging above the ball sack. Lately squashes seem like the best thing, keeping up with hanging at maintenance level.

i just finished reading all theses pages over the last few day. i would read a coupe pages during each set of hanging and one thing i think that should beaddressed is the build of of hard core hanging. I believe that somebody who starts at say 5 or 7.5 pounds will not reach the heavier weights if they were to only do a couple sets. I have moved from 5 pounds to 10 pounds in something like 6 weeks. I remember being scared to hang 10 pounds and it being unbearable. now i feel as though i can use an extra pound or two. that being said somebody hanging low weights should have a maximum number of sets to strengthen their penis. as you increase in weight lower the sets. Im on my third set at 10 pounds and feel like i can hit 6 sets easily. though in the coming months when i get up to the 15-20 pound range i would ony be able to do around 4 sets of 20 mins per session. doing 4 in the AM and 4 in the PM would be possible. Just what i can see above me looking form below.

How long have you been hanging buddy? That's a hell of a weight you're hanging.

Good stuff. I will now be hanging 2-3 sets/day rather than 6 sets/day, with focus on attaching as far down as possible and steadily moving up in weight. Great thread, thanks. Hopefully I have as much luck as you have, since I have no had any luck since I switched to straight down standing from BTC.

hey Shlort, just wanted to point out, Dash says he hangs either straight out or straight down in the middle of the first post here. I'm hanging straight down at this point and I'm loving it. I started on 5/1/13 and I've worked up to 12.5 lbs so far. going for 15 this next week. cheers and good luck!

I felt like I got a better hang because the hanger wasn't resting/rubbing against anything that might lessen the tension on the actual structures of my penis. I also go more sore this way, yet the set was more comfortable while it was going on. I don't know if you play into the LOT theory, but I have a relatively high LOT (around 8:30-9), so standing up probably suits me better (it's closer to my LOT, and I should probably switch to straight out or over-the-shoulder eventually. I'm seeing how this first month goes with SD). I'd say try both, and pick the one that makes your internal structures more sore (in a good way!).

anyone have any other suggestions for reducing glans pressure from blood during the set, besides squeezing the head before tightening your hanger? it's killing me and the only thing that is really bothering me during sets.

You're aware SD standing and SD seated are different angles?

I do SD standing because anything else fucks up my back. Otherwise I'd continue hanging BTC. I have not gained yet with SD standing, but was gaining with BTC. Had to stop due to back problems, which I still have nearly two months later.

yeah, I'm aware of that. I figure I'd spend more time hanging if I was more comfortable, that's why I switched, instead of keep doing something I would eventually shy away from.
 
I do have pictures but when I have shared them the idiots come out of the woodwork and start attacking them as fake or even that I was always that big. It seems that many people just can't handle and accept the success of others. I know you would not be this way but it is those 500 other idiots that make it not worth the sharing. I have watched what many of these same idiots have done with DLD and his pictures. I just don't have DLD's patience nor do I have anything to gain by sharing... So I don't do that anymore. You shouldn't be concerned with people wanting to see pictures, just people wanting to ask you questions on how to improve their own chances of gaining.

Did you hang straight down standing or straight down seated?

How often did you increase weight? Each week, like Bib recommends, or did you play it by ear (penis)?

What increments did you increase by? 15% of your current weight, or did you also play that by ear ?

You need to offer no proof, your word has been proven like Gold in the Furnace! We are the elders of a very old Brotherhood and our words are the reason so many come. I have been trying to hang off and on - but after reading thru this post(s) I am convinced that I have so little time on hand that Hanging is the way to go and when I did it for a short period of time it started to show signs... I had been lousy when it came to the routine. I plan on sticking to this as its easier and takes less time and I can definitely see some results over a period of time. Treating myself as a newbie can anyone of you please advice how much should I star hanging? I have hung about 5 pounds may be I should start there and build my capacity :)

5 pounds is the perfect place to start. Depending on your hanger, you will want to progress slowly. What hanger are you using? Reading through this entire thread, Dash has said on numerous occasions: BE CAREFUL!
 
Thank you spyoung. I think I am ok with 5lbs to start with. I have created myown hanger of sorts :) - I wrap a thick sock around the shaft and then wind a nice belt around the penis all over except for the head and secure it with a knot (secure enough that it never loosens even when I walk) and then the rope has 2 hooks that latch on to each other and I hang weights from them. will post a pic soon.

Sounds good, as long as it's not a noose style hanger. It's always best to start light so you get used to it and don't tear something. Try increasing by a pound a week.
 
I started with 6lbs, and I'm not saying this is correct.

Also, I've been doing P.E. for a bit, so I'm fairly conditioned. Just be careful, if you feel pain during hanging stop and change the weight or amount of sets.
 
Thank you will keep that in mind - its more of a wrap kinda hanger that I make. I tie my penis like a mummy (Egyptian) and then the ends of the band have hooks to hand weights will post pic soon
