After that I was ready to feel it out into anything. I guess I mean I had learned what increments of change I can handle without injury. I don't think I'll do that asian hanging above the ball sack. Lately squashes seem like the best thing, keeping up with hanging at maintenance level.

I had been lousy when it came to the routine. I plan on sticking to this as its easier and takes less time and I can definitely see some results over a period of time. I have created myown hanger of sorts - I wrap a thick sock around the shaft and then wind a nice belt around the penis all over except for the head and secure it with a knot (secure enough that it never loosens even when I walk) and then the rope has 2 hooks that latch on to each other and I hang weights from them. will post a pic soon.
