I would not suggest using in this way as it will not bring the best results and you will most likely retain a lot of water. The best way to use that 30 minutes would be to break the sets of jelqing and pumping into 5 minute mini-super-sets. So basically you will do a routine that looks like this:

5 minutes in the Bathmate
5 minutes of Jelqing or Slow Squash Jelqing
5 minutes in the Bathmate

DLD I tried to do the mini superset the other night. The 5 min. was actually better and helped me gauge the time and keep the flow going of the workout toward that second set which kept me more focused on doing my manuals longer. It was like I have to keep going with my edging session until that second Bathmate set and I went a long time and it got late lol. Starting with 5 min. and slowly working up to more time is the perfect way to train I saw it the other night! I was even doing Bathmate stretches with reverse kegels during the 5 min. Even though I didn't do more Bathmate sets afterward I was surprised what 5 min. can do. Just the thought of doing supersets gave me more solid structure to my training habits and mindset. It turned out to be one of my best girth sessions ever.

Also I emailed penimaster and they promptly responded giving me the fedex tracking (which doesn't work) and another German one that says my order is 60% completed so it sounds like it may be here faster than I thought and I chose standard shipping which didn't cost much considering. I'll post a update when I get it.

I tried the superset routine again when I came home from work. I'm usually tired after work that's one of the reasons why I got the penimaster so I can be lazy around the house and log in valuable SG hours.

Although today I was excited to try the girth superset routine again. So I went in the bathroom with my new space heater I got from Walmart for $43. I started off jumping in the shower and I took off my silicone sleeve.

I was surprised to see how thicker and healthier my regular non pumped erect penis was. The sudden change happened when I started doing the 5x5x3 method.

I only recently started doing it when DLD and others were mentioning it on this thread. This routine couldn't have come at a better time because now the training and gains are really starting to get serious and I haven't even started using the SG and penimaster yet or the LM which has also been out of commission until I get the penimaster.

I was realizing it before but these last few days have been a game changer thanks to the help of DLD once again saving the day with his methods. Today I saw the biggest expansion I've ever seen without FR. For the manuals I was just trying to stay erect with the clamps and experiment with exercises with the clamps on. If I lose erection in the clamp I take it off and get back erect and do manuals with the clamp off.

Then I put it on again at a different angle. I noticed the clamps are more powerful then the cock rings for heavy girth work. I also do Bathmate stretches for the 5 min. and I use the gator to perform a V stretch while pulling down and out or straight down. So now that I did that today for the first time to really experiment with it it's crazy because my inner penis is actually sore particularly the top base where the gator was digging into during the Bathmate stretches.

When I came out the second set of the Bathmate I was done from the Bathmate stretches and long time spent on manuals. And I'm now the biggest then I ever was and the serious training has only begun image a year from now I can't picture my self being a legit 8" Nbel which is actually clear on the horizon now!

Also I been following DLDs advice on just using pics and sound to use. I quit watching the video I might watch only very briefly not like before where I needed it. On top of this I use my fingertips to edge, focus on thinking very sexual, and I try not to cum for days or try to not cum a week. Today is when I started to see results more clearly.

I'm looking at pictures of girls with clothes on and I get hard just thinking about them and now the holes will actually give me pleasure cause I stopped the hard right handed masturbation. I only use my left hand hard if anything the rest fingertips. I feel myself fantasizing more and I realize I haven't did that I a long time.

Btw an update on the penimaster. I think it's going through customs right now cause it's stuck at 60% shipped for a couple days. I'm guessing It might come sometime next week. I'll keep you guys posted.

My penimaster arrived over the weekend so it took about 3 weeks to get here. I haven't gotten to try it yet lots of hours at work and I come home too tired to learn it. I'm going to pop in the cd it came with as soon as I get the chance I'll keep posting updates.

Yes DLD the kit says peni master pro on it so it's safe to call it PMP for short even though I'm not getting the device with it I'm using the SG.

I finally got around to watching the cd that came with the kit. It's pretty basic, it shows the pmp being worn upward under loose jeans and it does look stealthy I admit so that's a plus. It shows general assembly of how to assemble the sluice and diaphrams to the ball. Last is the instructions on how to apply the pump or hose.

I'm using the hose method which is better. The pointy thing on the ball is the valve and that's how it also connects to the faceplate that comes with the kit. The regular valve on top has to be unscrewed and replaced with the separate hose valve so you can use the PMP with the hose.

What happens is you have to suck out air with getting the best seal as possible in the ball by placing the glans close to the chamber while sucking in. The sluice and diaphram have to be changed because they undergo the tension by gripping the glans.

They say use your tongue on the hose if you need a brake to not let air out. A lot of stuff is to make sure you get a good seal. So as you could imagine it's going to have a learning curve but it's worth it. The kit also comes with a book with more details so it's better to use both. I'll keep every posted on my first hours logged and thoughts.

I tried to put on the PMP for the first time today. Let me say it's a tricky demon to put on. I tried using my lungs to suck in air to get my glans in the chamber and it didn't do anything at all. Luckily I had a hand pump laying around that I use for my air pump. The hose from the PMP kit fit perfectly into the tube of my hand pump and I just wrapped it with tape. Now I was starting to get real suction. The only problem is now is that it's tricky to make the glans go all the way into the chamber without leaving the top ridge of the glans sticking out and it gets painful to keep pumping air. You kinda have to very slowly pump with one hand while guiding the glans in but I haven't gotten it to go all the way in yet I gave up today I'm gunna try tomorrow. It looks like that's where the learning curve is it's very tricky to get the top ridge in there along with the rest of the glans. Maybe someone can give me a tip. I'll keep practicing and I'll let you guys know when I get in this thing.

I finally got on the PMP today and I'm wearing it now. This thing is EXTREMELY comfortable for what it does. It's like it's gently tugging at my glans and I don't feel any discomfort except for a very light pinch. But no real discomfort like with the other methods and it stays on indefinitly.

Putting it on wasn't too bad when I finally realized the trick. One thing is your def gunna need a hand pump unless you want to hyperventilate lol. And you need a good silicone based lube, the lube it comes with is kinda greasy but it works.

After you lube up your glands and the diaphram and sluice you place the tip of the glands firmly into the chamber as much as possible. With the pump in one hand and holding the chamber with the other you have to pull your foreskin back even if your circumcized. As you start pumping slowly you have to actually push the glans and guide it in while pumping and holding your skin back at the same time.

I know it sounds like a lot but it was really going in everytime no problem when I did it like that so I was surprised how easy it was when you learn the trick. I am astatic how comfortable this thing is cause I know what the SG can do if you combine it with other pe methods and the type of gains it leads to which are like DLD's gains! The pmp is like insurence so you know your going to be getting big results out of your workouts. I give the PMP a 9 out of 10 in my book I never imagined this kind of comfort with the SG I'm impressed.
 
Also I want to note that I don't think the chamber of the PMP is supposed to enclose 100% of your glans. With me there's a very minimal part of the frontal glands ridge that just would not fit but in know way did it seem to effect the performance. I also used the Bathmate before and clamped so I was more beefy and it still got me in and secure to where I'm almost 100% inside the chamber. People with big glands don't expect to fit into the ball chamber entirely. It kinda just sucks onto the glands whatever you can get you can get and it grabs on. It's a very pleasant stretch and could be worn hours on end with ease.

You can also use the hand pump release button to decrease the pressure if it gets too high while trying to put your glands into the ball.

You can ajust the pressure you want to feel when you wear it. When
I took off the pump and looked at the gage and it was comfortable at 15 hg.

Hi I'm back after a while, just want to mention that I was wrong when I said your glans won't fit all the way in the ball of the PMP. Mine wasn't before cause I was using the smallest adapter. When I use the medium my glans go all the way in easy with the hand pump only at 10 pressure and stays on for however long I want with extreme comfort this thing is wonderful. If you have really big glans like DLD it tells you to use no adapter just the ball which gives you the widest whole but less grip. The medium was perfect for me I slip right in with great grip.
 
Hello my brothers, an update will be coming soon.

In the mean time I've been wearing the SG with PMP every day for almost a week.

So far I'm fully 110% satisfied with anything that has to do with the SG and PMP, and is in my opinion the top tool to date.

I'm wearing all the bars hours on end with mind blowing comfort and I'm seeing rapid flaccid gains.

Also I have on my absilicone sleeve. The older one I cut down to size I'm using with the SG for warmth and support and massages. I consider that sleeve short now that's how fast the results are.

The PMP is very easy to put on with the hand pump and silicone based lube. Get better silicone lube yourself instead of the stuff that comes with it. I got this stuff called Swissnavy it looked good.

I wear the SG under loose fleece pants and just take it off after a long period of time like I remember going over 4 hours straight one night. I take it off and still have the silicone sleeve on. If it's before bed I change into my longer new silicone sleeve but I think I still have to cut it just a lil cause it slipped off the one you wear with the PMP is going to have to be a lil below the cordal skin ridge so the ball can grab on good.

I even use the the smaller 3-packs sleeves from absilicone for the SG base. I just cut it so now it's like a rectangle cusion for the SG base.

The gains overall have been fascinating and I've been very confident I can reach my goals and it's actually possible with this.

Very sound advice. I used to wonder about water retention and if it would have that effect on your skin like when you stay in water too long. You know... when you get over-hydrated and start to wrinkle because of it.

Yeah this routine changed how I did girth it's great. Although I have been taking breaks from the Bathmate and girth when using the PMP and SG 7 days on and it always stays at low tension no matter what I do so I'm really benefiting from just that right now and reaping what I can.

I'm also interested in mikrshlorts article that says it's best to gain all you can in length before you move on to making any girth gains. It makes sense, just milk every length exercise you can to make your optimal length goal. You would even get girth from that length too then when you do girth your gains will explode.

It's also mentioned that the urologist said to do mini Jelqs at the base and that the Jelqs or and kind of manual would be ok with the length work so you can milk every possible gain from that too.
 
can anyone give me a list of all the acronyms for the routine at the top? haha im trying to look them all up at once, seems like allot of good information that I would like to work off of :) also for a begginer should I be jelquing fully erect?

Acronyms to DLDs superset routine? It's just a superset of the batmate and Jelqs. Or did you mean my actual post above your post?

My routine took a turn. I'm back into the foreskin restoration game. But I have tons of notes and products to show you guys I picked up when using my penis master pro and size genetics. My routine now is very passive, after coming off a stress injury from overtraining with the extender I'm on a long break do to my caution and I ordered the penilizer to massage and put pressure on the stressed area that is different from massaging with my hands. The area is below the glans which still does not feel right till this day after wearing too many bars and becoming too pulled and stressed in the SG and PMP but I don't know if I'm imagining it or not.

Right now I really want to restore my foreskin as quick as possible and get it out of the way so I can go on with regular length goal. I will probably dabble and ease my way into length training while doing foreskin work offcourse and

I'm very interested in the art of massaging the penis and preventing and treating injuries. That's why I got the penilizer to put pressure that I couldn't with my hands on weak spots like below the glans.

Watch that area when using too much stress in length work but ad least that's where I felt a mini tear of some sort when using all the bars plus one small bar for long periods of time I guess I wasn't used to it enough after a month of training with all bars the the size genetics and PMP.

If I were to do it all over again I take it easier cause its a powerful product and I saw gains from it but it can be so comfortable it can be deceiving sometimes.

It's just a learning experience such as with the Bathmate/clamping and burst blood vessl in the penis head the sensitive vessels at the tip burst twice for me because I overdid it and I didn't see that till later on because I was excited to see gains.

Now this led me to the penilizer and constantly massaging like giving my penis therapy, warmth, proper rest, ect. And now foreskin restoration which I really want to regrow so any opinions would be greatly appreciated.
