Once I got my wrapping technique down I went from 20 pounds to 50 pounds very quickly, maybe 2 months time. Prior to mastering wrapping I was not even able to hang 10 pounds without pinching and pain.
Well you have a tunica and a lig exercise. Any type of hanging should target base girth and the tunica workouts will target actual length in the shaft.
Both will be targeted though. Bends/twist are the tier 1 I believe of stretching/hanging. There is a lot of tunica stress w/ these.

Mastering the LengthMaster is all about wrapping style. Have you grid the various methods offered around the forum? Youknowme has some great directions in video as well as others who have posted their wrapping styles in the Hanging, SizeGenetics and LengthMaster forum.

That's why the only thing that is working is described tech., but it's almost impossible to go over 6 to 7 for now...

what is the described technique you are using? have you watched my vids yet? how much weight are you trying to hang? you have to start off at a low weight and add weight slowly to building up the strength to hang heavier weights

Well it's quite simple, I wrap few times around with band and than tie around head with a rope; grip is same as one in one hand stretch.

This type of hanging can be painful and even dangerous. I suggest getting a decent hanger. The LengthMaster is a great hanger but if cost is an issue there are some home made hangers that would be good. The Captain's Wench is one of the best in the way of home made and inexpensive.
This is my second week of hanging. I'm doing 10 sets of 15 minutes and am currently at 20lbs. I'm frustrated because I'm not feeling anything in the ligs. I put the LM near the base and do SD stretches while sitting in a chair.
I thought at this weight, I'd feel some serious lig stretching.
Move the hanger to where it is about 1 1/2" from the coronal ridge of your penis head. Reduce the weight as needed because you will not be able to hang as much weight in this position as you would with the clamp near the base. This position will allow all of the ligs to come into play and not be choked off by the hanger. Give this a try and look at and feel the actual ligs for tautness. If you no not feel them in a tight condition in the SD position then you may not have ligs that can or need stretching and then you would need to focus on tunica stretching. See how this does. - Dash

Hey MOS brothers I would like to start hanging and I'd like to know what are everyone's thoughts when it comes to hangers and which ones are the best? I was thinking a bib hanger but I'm not sure...? Any feedback would be greatly appreciated so l know which one to buy... And also are there any videos on here for wrapping if someone could link me so I can check it out to learn whats the best way to wrap thanks.
