im using a diy hanger - its not that good. i feel i could hang alot more but it hurts my glans. soon i think ill invest in a proper hanger and step my game up.

so i measured today, and good news is ive gained! im now 7.1"NBP X 5.35"MSEG. my bp is 7.55.

3.5 weeks ago i was just barely 7 inches long and around 5.1-5.2 mseg, so ive gained 0.1inches in length and a quarter of an inch in girth. it isnt a massive gain i know, but for not even a full months of work im quite happy with it. ive also been building my program up so its not been too intense.

considering this i think i can get to my short term goal of 7.3 nbp x 5.5 in 1 month, but i have to step up my length work.
 
update for the weekend: didnt do any p.e. yesterday. today havent done anything, will just do my girth session later tonight.

im going to have a go att the DLD blasters, so moving forward this will be my routine, in the order i will do it:

am:
-DLD blasters (not sure how many yet, may start off with 25)
-hanging 1x20 minute set
-2x 30second stretches each (straight out, straight down, straight up, right, right/up, right btc)
-ujw

pm:
-3x 30 sec [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches (straight up, straight out, straight down, right)
-2-3x 5minute [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] sets, superset with 30sec-1min [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]

this is slightly more than ive been doing, but im slowly building the intensity and volume of my program. hopefully this is enough for my length to grow more. im very confident i can reach my short term goal by the end of this month :)

with the downwards straight its against the angle of erection, so i can 'leverage' the stretch better (sort of like hanging). it feels a much more intense stretch on my ligs

thanks! im so motivated right now, im so close to my short term goal it feels so good. by the end of this month im confident i can get to my girth goal of 5.5 inch ms, length may be a little trickier though given i didnt gain much last month. hopefully with the addition of DLD blasters that i will be trying today though, i can add 0.2 inch of length.

once i hit my short term goal, i think my next one will be 7.6nbp x 5.75 mseg. long term goal im still considering, i dont know what size i want tbh. im thinking 8.5x6.25 now, but ill have to see. hopefully there will be many more gains that will come my way and everyone else on here!

by that i mean literally just pushing down against the erection, stretching the ligs. right by the pelivc bone and down the shaft a little i feel the stretch. i do a little straight out erect stretching but not much.

for the clamping, i do it after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. when i get out of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] i can get up to about 6 inches temp girth (0.65 inch expansion), however some of that is fluid retention. i throw a clamp on and usually maintain this size for a good while, have even gotten up to about 6.2 after clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words]

today i tried DLD blasters and they felt very intense. i did 30 reps, then a few sets of manual stretches and one set of 20 mintes hanging. im cutting down on hanging a bit until i can buy a proper hanger and can actually get decent weight on it, but as im adding in blasters i should still have enough intensity.
 
last nights girth workout didnt go great. was feeling quite fatigued and sore deep inside the penis (despite taking 2 days off). i think masturbating is negatively affecting my workouts as well as my energy levels day to day, but i just have a massive sex drive and dont know why. i think i will try and limit it to once a week from now and on so i dont get into any bad habits which i feel may develop.

im cutting out most hanging work. im gonna add in a little more manual stretching to compensate. i feel like i need a device for length work (just as i have the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] for girth) but ill just have to wait.

i keep forgetting this is also a gym log. ive been injured lately (hip problem) so im cutting my diet short and pounding the calories as i need to recover. this may help me grow in p.e aswell

these last few [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] workouts ive been feeling strange. ive been feeling intense aches/ pain deep inside my penis while pumping, like the internal tissue. the feeling is all over but worst at the base, which i assume is also partly down to the gator biting the skin. i havent been getting quite as good expansion, but the difference is marginal, and i seem to be getting less fluid retention. now, i would assume this is one of 2 things: 1) im fatigued and havent recovered properly. i think this is unlikely thoguh as ive had a few days off recently. 2) im getting more internal expansion of tissue rather than fluid retention which is causing the aching/ pain. i think this is more likely considering ive had a couple days off recently aswell as the fact my fluid retention hasnt been as bad, but interested to hear anyone else thoughts.

today ive done my length work, which was 48 dld blasters, and then some manual stretches. i do the blasters in sets of 4 as my grip starts to go after 4. im gripping under the glans with my right hand for most sets, and using my left hand as the fulcrum. this means most of the stretches are to the right which is what i want as im also trying to correct a curve.

later on i will do some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches, then 3 sets of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] at max pressure with 3 short [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s between. this is what i normally do, but today i will likely add in some more clamping aftwerwards and a little jelqing - im going to aim for two 10-15 minute clamping sets. ill see how i go with this
 
Well u don't need to be aroused to pump, but must for manuals right? Do u guys think its a huge deal that of hormones, and shit?
 
Hey Jordey, I would say it is tissue expansion through the work you are doing. There may be some fatigue but this can be checked by simply getting erect and being sure your eq is good. If eq is straight then it is tissue expansion and this does not always feel comfortable, it can cause soreness and other odd feelings. I would stay steady with what you are doing and allow yourself to become used to the intensity. Intensity can mean soreness and fatigue but in the end that is what we need to do to make gains.

yeah i have no issues with EQ so youre right it must be expansion. its strange though, i usually got this feeling very lightly, but then after almost a month i took 2 days off from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] in a row (usually only have a day off here and there) and then bam, suddenly im getting this 'aching' alot worse. maybe some kind of supercompensation. its not a worrying pain though, its just uncomfortable and means i cant hold max pressure for too long but thats ok, aslong as it makes gains its fine!

ive cut down masturbation and adult entertainment alot aswell so i will see tonight if it has improved my girth work.

length workout today felt very good and im really liking the blasters, it will be interesting to see the gains i get from them at the end of the month.
 
only did a quick ten minute clamping set after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stuff yesterday, as it was really late. done length workout today, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ujw[/words]. now im going to workout and see how it goes. ive had an injured hip lately preventing me from doing any loewr body work. after working out i will be doing my girth stuff, but no clamping, then going out with some friends.

all in all p.e. workouts seem to be going well. workouts in the gym arent quite as good but in time i will be back on form

i find some level of arousal is good for pumping, but not much as the pump does alot of the work for me. between the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] sets i need to be more aroused though for the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s, as im looking for max expansion which means alot of blood into the penis. i agree that for manual girth exercises on their own arousal needs to be higher. hromones shouldnt matter much though unless you have a deficiency or medical condition.
