actually those erect stretches have made me think... can you do them weighted? not sure if this has been done before but it would be a more intense erect stretch

did some hanging earlier on in the day, 2 sets of 15m with 3.75kg.

today: 2 sets hanging of 20m with 3.75kg. i did a few minutes or rotary stretches after.


ive been reading some of redzulus post recently and wanna doa bit more clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches. this evening i plan to do:
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]: warmup, then some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches, probably straight up, straight down, straight out and to the right (i have a leftward curve). im not sure how many i will be doing, but probably 2 or 3 of each. once ive done this, i should be adequately expanded and can then focus on girth. i will do 2-3 sets, with a minute of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s inbetween. straight after ive finished ill throw a clamp on (i use adjustable cable ties). i may do some clamped edging and a little jelqing aswell, but ill see how im feeling. if i remember i may also do some erect stretches.

post workout expansion has been great recently, and much more consistent. clamping should take it even further. ill try this out tonight and post back tomorrow with how it went!

quick question to anyone following, how long do you usually wait between a session and measuring?
 
so yesterday i did the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches as i said, 3 sets straight out, to the right, and straight up. i dont want to stretch to the left as i have a leftward curve, and downards hurts, so i leave it at those 3. then i did 2 sets at max pressure for girth, was very large afterwards! i did 30 seconds [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] between sets. after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] i threw on a cable clamp and wore it for about 25 minute, at this stage i was semi hard, so it was just to keep the plumpness. i did a little edging then called it a night.

today, i had the house free for a few hours so decided to take a bath as i always get a little bit better expansion in the bath. i think this is a combination of the water around the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] providing a better seal, aswell as the constant submersion of warm water loosening up tissue a bit better allowing for more expansion with as much pinching pain. despite this only being about 13 hours after my last girth session, i got crazy expansion. i also did the same stretches as last night. i got a little further inside the tube than last night, and was only about 0.6 inches away from the top of the tube! i think this means that inside the tube i was about 8 inches bone pressed which is great. my girth was filling out the tube very nicely aswell. a fair amount of fluid retention after but thats ok.

later tonight i will do some hanging, and i may also do some manual stretches. if i have enough time ill add some jelqing in to reduce the fr.

cant wait till i measure on sunday!
 
update for gym, as this is also partly a workout/ body log:

ive been dieting for 4 weeks. i wanted to cut down the fat a little before i start a very long bulk - with the aim of packing on A LOT of strength in the process. however, the cutting has been pretty bad as i have a minor hip injury and it meant i couldnt do any lower body work. im rehabbing it back and its getting better, so hopefully in a week or so i can hit some squats and deadlifts hard. bench has been ok, i got 100kg for 3x3 fairly easily, not trying to push it too hard as i know my body finds it hard to recover on lower calories.

this week ive gone up to maintenance calories to help my body repair a bit better. 5 weeks ago i was 207 pounds. as of today, im around 199 pounds, so its going well. i will likely only diet for another week or two, as my aim was to get down to around 197 pounds. from there i will bulk up to around 230 over the next year/ year and a half.

Word? I also expand that way by I think its detrimental for greater expansion next session. Like the other day I did a ton of edgeing then came, went to bed. Awaken a few hours later got a painfully sore feeling as I was becoming erect and my guy was all weak.
That's why I try not to over do it with girth; also gonna try cumming less to see if that keeps my homeboy valiant.

yeah i feel similar if i cum too much. ive been trying to cum less recently, managing once every two or three days. i get hard quite often so this isnt that much.

maybe if you cut out some edging and/ or cumming it might be alright? as of yet i havent had any problems. it will probably be 36 hours before my next proper girth session aswell so i should be good
 
ive also been reading up more on redzulu. i may try out the boa constrictors, but next week as i dont want to do too much at once. i figure if i want good girth i should look at the guy with the huge girth!
 
I was planning on doing boas too but I tried size blasters; got awesome expansion. Real excited to do them exclusively for a while

it will be about a months worht of progress, but this month started off with just the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words], then i later added some hanging, then later some [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s now some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches and rotaries. im slowly building things up so that i can stay consistent, see what works the best, and build up intensity.

im going to do a normal pe. day tomorrow, then take saturday completely off, then measure on sunday. do you think thats long enough to wait between a session to measure?
 
There isn't anything wrong with measuring too often that only gets you better approximate progression stats.

yeah but i dont wanna measure whilst still riding the temp gains from a workout. i wanna get an honest measurement so i know where im really at, and have a basis to progress further! hopefully i dont disapoint.

i know my length hasnt improved much because i havent been hitting it too hard, but girth has definitely nudged up a little. my short term goal was 7.3nbp x 5.5mseg. now i know that when i measure i wont be at these numbers but it will be very interesting to see how close i am! hopefully i can get there with another month of hard work. i think once i reach 7.5nbp x 5.75mseg i will consider myself pretty big

ive done a little manual stretching here and there but nothing much. soon i will be adding in a little more manual stertching and size blasters. ive also been doing a bit of clamping and edging, i may start doing some more. i usually [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ujw[/words] after hanging, and wear a light- medium clamp or cock ring for a little while after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words].

feels like its going well so far but we will see if ive actually gained anything on sunday.
