update:

did some hanging earlier on in the day, 2 sets of 15m with 3.75kg.
today: 2 sets hanging of 20m with 3.75kg. i did a few minutes or rotary stretches after.
ive been reading some of redzulus post recently and wanna doa bit more clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches. this evening i plan to do:
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]: warmup, then some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches, probably straight up, straight down, straight out and to the right (i have a leftward curve). im not sure how many i will be doing, but probably 2 or 3 of each. once ive done this, i should be adequately expanded and can then focus on girth. i will do 2-3 sets, with a minute of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s inbetween. straight after ive finished ill throw a clamp on (i use adjustable cable ties). i may do some clamped edging and a little jelqing aswell, but ill see how im feeling. if i remember i may also do some erect stretches.
post workout expansion has been great recently, and much more consistent. clamping should take it even further. ill try this out tonight and post back tomorrow with how it went!
quick question to anyone following, how long do you usually wait between a session and measuring?
