I want to apologise to Jordey because I'm not familiar with threads and forums and could not find a way to start my own, but am on a similar buzz to Jordey so here goes guys..
I'm 19, 6ft 3, and 84,4 kgs cutting hard. I'm a student but bodybuilding is my lifestyle. I count calories and am currently keto dieting. Been training for 1 year now and in that year gained 20 kgs in 7 months, 90% muscle - no steriods. My goal is to be 100kg's cut at 6% by 21. However, to the reason we are all here:
Penis enlargement! Yeah buddaayyy! I'm glad to say that I know it works, just havent joined up to a site with other bro's until now. DLD you've heard this before but you're legend who I one day (soon) aim to emulate. I first dabbled in Penis Enlargement years ago when I realised that i was going to be tall but my wang was max 6 inches at 110% BP. Went through loads of useless information and pills to no avail. However, started jelqing and stretching increasingly renecently and somehow the boy has grown to 7 inches bonepressed ruler in middle of shaft (8 inches ruler on side of shaft). Bear in mind I used elements of bodybuilding training and also am convinced i only got length gains in last 3 months. Definitely not genetic growth. Now I'm taking Penis Enlargement as serious as I take gym so I have a question for anybody who will answer..
Jelqing above 50% is great for increasing girth and vascularity while under 50% hits the ligs more and is meant to therefore give length. From what I can see I have gained great lig length (suspensory ligament) and overall girth with a huge head size increase, but want to actually increase shaft length. There's not point having huge ligs and a standard shaft. So.. given that I know how to stretch ligs, if I continue stretching the whole shaft and ligs will the shaft eventually elongate, or should I rather hold back the ligs and stretch the shaft alone (knowing that not holding back ligs puts more tension on ligs and less on shaft)?
Second question is: I am quite an experienced jelqer and am convinced that my length gains came from jelqing straight and down and stretching susp lig simultaneously. Can jelqing increase shaft length?
