ok so my current stats are 6.95 NBPenis EnlargementL x just over 5 MSEG (5.5 at base, 4.8 under head).i think my length went up a tiny bit due to me cutting and reducing fat pad a little.
my short term/ long term goals:
-7.25 X 5.3 by 1st october (0.3 X 0.3)
-7.45 X 5.5 by 1st November (0.2 X 0.2)
-Long term goal of 8 X 6
i think these goals are realistic if im consistently training with consistency 6x a week
i'll be splitting length and girth up, length am and girth pm.
length: 3x 30 sec stretches (up, out, down,up right, out right, down right)
2x 20 minute sets of hanging
10x mandingo stretches

as for body/ gym, current stats are 6ft, 170 pounds, ~10%. my weight is fairly low but ive always been really light, which i think is due to small bone structure.

-174 by october
-182 by january
-190 by march
-198 by may
im aiming for these weight goals whilst staying under 10%
lift goals (by may), current 1rm's in bold:
-deadlift: 200kg (440lbs)

-ATG squat: 130kg (286.6lbs)

i also have to do rehab work on my shoulder if i want to get anywhere near that bench and ohp goal
