I am now up to 33 pounds hanging for 20 minutes each day and 6 days per week. I believe that more weight and shorter hang periods are the ticket for me after extensive time working up to the heavier weights. I usually hang straight down and sometimes straight out.

Then:
October 23, 2002 - 5 5/8" BPenis EnlargementL and 4 15/16" erect girth

Now - 8" BPenis EnlargementL and 5 7/8" erect girth

That is 2 3/8" length gain in just over 15 months and 15/16" erect girth gain.

My routine is to hang 20 minutes and then dry jelk 500 to 800 strokes. I occassional use an ADS for a few hours each day.

Sounds like this is working really well for you so far. What weight did you start with?
 
Only 20 min a day and thats it? How long did it take you to work up to that?
 
I started at 8 pounds about 15 months ago and then moved up to 24 with-in 12 months. I hust recently moved up to 33 pounds so it will be several months before I move up more.

Yes, just 20 minutes although I have added a second 20 minutes several times per month. I believe heavy is the key for me!
 
This sounds interesting I need to try. Also did you just do one eset a day for those twelve months?

I have designed and constructed my owm hanger and yes you should take extreme caution and plenty of time to condition your penis.

Yes, I only did one 20 minute set for the duration and will most likely stay with the 20 minutes but continue to increase the weight.

Yes, this is pretty much my routine the whole time. I have thrown in some pumping at times but not as a rule.
 
Wow, I've gotta admit that this makes me want to try this out. Any advice on how much max weight I should hang? I currently hang 15 lbs. Will it feel extremely stressful?

I tried this today and love it. I had to tighten my hanger more than usual of course, but I got a great work out with fewer sets. I did a total of 3 sets today, and with 25lbs my first set, 27.5lbs the next set and back to 25lbs my last set. All done BTC. I like this a lot better than 9 sets+ with 17.5 to 20lbs. I do not under any circumstances advocate that guys just go ahead and make drastic jumps in the level of weight they are using. This has to be done with extreme care. It has taken me several months....more like over a year, combined time of off and on hanging to work up to using 20lbs. So, in reality, I'm 'only' hanging 5 to 7.5lbs over my usual weight level.

I would personally advise only going a few pounds higher in weight than you might normally...at least at first to see how it feels. If things dont feel right, try changing your hanger settings or the amount of wrap you use. This may seem more than obvious to some of us, but the heavier you hang, the tighter your hanger should be.
 
NO. Why would it defeat the purpose of hanging?? The purpose...or more aptly, the POINT of hanging is to get a stretch for much longer than you could ever get with your hands doing manual stretching...with a set level of resistance. If you use your hands...you 'may' be able to get a stretch at 20lbs++, but only for a few minutes at most before your hands get tired and your grip fails. With hanging...you dont need your hands, and you can hold the stretch for 15 to 20 minutes.

I can hold a hard stretch for a good 5 minutes, and anyone could work up to that with practice. So all I have to do is switch hands 3 times to mimic a 20 minute hanging set.

But with my hands I can vary the resistance to get a maximum stretch the entire 20 minutes, wheras with a constant weight the first 10 minutes or so isn't max, but it gets harder as the set goes on. (I may be wrong, thats after 1 month hanging experience)
Also, its a hell of alot more comfortable (and safe) with your hand rather than a hanger, especially with a heavy weight which you plan on using.

So looks to me like manual is the way to go if you want heavy weight and short duration.

I would certainly agree with you that if you have any reservations at all you should not hang. Do what you feel comfortable doing. I must say though that this has worked for me so far because my penis is much longer now. Like many things, there is more than one road that can be traveled to get there. I went through a short period where I switched to manual work but I just wasn't seeing results at the pace I wanted and I also did not have extra time to commit to stretching.

I would also like to add that I will do this until the numbers tell me to hit the stretching again and then I will switch it up.

Believe me though, hanging heavy will make your dick bigger and, for some reason, it makes me away hornier to boot.

Your mileage may vary so be careful gentlemen!
 
Has anyone else tried and seen results or felt the results?

I have been thinking of doing this, and now my schedule is so busy I rarely have time to Penis Enlargement. This seems like a great way to get a good workout in a very short amount of time. And it seems perfect for the working man of the 2000's :gluedtosc
 
Dash ya proof that short workouts really work.
20 mins per-day and great gians...I have always said short intense sessions are as good/better than long medium assed or intense sessions.

Way to go.
 
Did my first routine in a while this morning with this method. I used 20lbs, but felt like I could do more. I'm trying 25lbs tomorrow to see how it feels since I don't have any 2.5lb weights. I've calculated that I only need about .22" a month to get to my goal in 6 months. Tonight is my girth session, and tomorrow morning is my hanging session again. Any last words of advice you could give me? :)
