I am still having issues with vacuum amount -vs-amount of tension. I have tried using the smallest glans chamber insert to give more of the positive locking fit that is talked about in their literature. I got injured in the begining of using the PMP , the sides behind the corona and the corona sides got rubbed raw. I think this was a result of not having it sucked in enough. The small insert is to small at lower tension but, at higher ones it is just snug. I am thinking of trying to use a Dremel or die grinder to take down a bit. They should have come out with more precise sizes so the locking fit was perfect and less suction is required to hold the glans. I have bothe the rods and the belt so 16 hours is do-able, I am just able to get through the metal detector at work with the belt. The company that makes the PMP wrote me that they would be designing larger diaphram to allow the glans to be sucked in a lower vacuum levels. They claim that swelling of the glans is wrong and should not happen if you are putting it on properly and with the comensurate amount of tension so as not to insight swelling. I think in the begining it will happen to most but, should abate after further familiarization. I still connot get past 3 hours without having to relieve pressure or myself.

hey guys ive been using the penis master pro for a little while and i get this burning sensation on my shaft, it has no effect on the glans or anything its jus that the pull makes it burn, so i was wondering if we could use numbing cream around our cock or any little are we miight find discomfort?
also people who get burn on the skin using vlc could use this too. ive got a cream which last up to 5 hours so affectively i can leave the pm on for that long and feel no pain and take of and do again.

I had the best stretch today because of my modified insert. Same premise as DLD's Bathmate stretches ,when you pull the pressure in the chamber seems to increase. Pumpers would call it milking the tube . The positive locking fit relieves extra pressure caused by tension . I got some swelling (if you read their literature it is extra blood in the head not lymph like I always assume people mean by fluid retention) , so its not ass bad as you might first think. Also it stopped when it reached the walls of the glans chamber , where as before it felt like it was continuing till I had to remove . If the fit is right the coronal ridge should catch at the entrance of the chamber and not inhibit but , relieve some extra pulling that would cause more pressure. Karmi I have to say anything that would dull what you should use as signals to judge your penile health and progress as bad thing not a plus like you might think . That is just a novice opinion others might not agree. I hope this helps others . I am considering throwing my two cents to the PMP people , different size inserts for all sizes would really make a difference to some . I also thought the should have their own product forum, god knows it has helped hangers with Bib's product. Onward and upward :cool:

Have any of you guys with the penismaster pro had experience with the VacExtender 3? I was originally going to purchase the VacExtender 3 until I saw this thread. I was also considering the Size Genetics with VLC attachment based on Supra's thread. PMP is a very expensive option which is why I'm asking for the pros and cons from guys that have used SG/VLC and PMP or VacExtender 3 and PMP.

For people who don't have an extender yet, it makes more sense to get one of these than to buy the whole PMP package. Even compared to the 18% discount, it's $13 more up front and a hell of a lot cheaper just to buy a second one when you need more rods than to get Penimaster rods. They have cheaper extenders that get good reviews if you don't want the slider option.

That is just about perfect advice , just rember to make sure everything has got a thin layer of lube especialy the glans , then that should work perfectly. I had the same trouble initialy , I also modified the small insert to accomdate my size. For the chamber insert it says in the manual to stretch the penis out and measure the diameter just behind the coronal ridge ( it should be a bit smaller than the diameter of the shaft) . I used digital calipers to get the most accurate measure and it was 23.59mm . That insert is for 19 to 24 mm I believe so I took a piece of 180 grit sandpaper and slimmed a little for comfort and growth. When you add tension but the head is not wedged in there just right the pressure increases exponetially . If one can talor the fit better les pressure means longer wear time , I went over 3 hours tonight without a problem and could have went longer but , I wanted to get a jelquing session in . Onward and upward .
Just finished 8 hours in this thing going 2hrs at a time then taking a little break and massaging inbetween. I'm going to start using the jims strapping method at all times not in the extender for now on and wrap as stretched out as possible. I love this thing already. I've owned the SG for over a year and never got close to this time logged in a day because it was such a pain in the ass. Off to get drunk now and celebrate my bigger cock to come lol !
