I need to explain my last post. I understand that everyone should have a way to measure. A ruler is all it takes. My question had more to do with timing. I was wondering how long do you take before you measure your gains or lack thereof. I ask because I'm thinking that 7 months is a long way to go without knowing whether something needs to be tweaked or not.

i agree you could be on to something here, been over three years now I've been extending, pumping, or hanging weights with little to no rest inbetween, thats been my winning formula for the first couple of years

now in the last year its ground to a halt, not through lack off effort, just damn stubborn dick not doing what its told anymore ha ill research the plateau breaks and see whats going to suit me and what

makes sense, its hard getting your head around the fact if extending its all about cell growth, so why would that need rest, colour me puzzled!

Some hangers simply use the extender, to just hold the penis stretched out, ADS, and still rely on hanging. I have not followed their progress in regards to plateaus/increasing weight loads. I'd guess it become more difficult to adjust the routine, more moving pieces to tweek.

You may have built up some scar tissue from too much micro tears and the break makes sense.
Deep massage and heat /vibrator would break up the scar tissue so for a month that could be ur routine.

The scar tissue is exactly what Irspow explains what happens from too much force over a long period of time...the gains grind to a halt.

i'm actually quite intrigued to see when i come back if this whole decon break works and kickstarts newbie gains again.

any ideas for a hobby in the meantime, and btw LMAO where will i get a vibrator from don't exactly have one lying around, a could use a makeshift one though a got in the monkey spanker!
 
So Dangler, given how you tend to measure monthly, have you seen any gains using the pmp? I think Tue only person I've heard of who's actually had some results from this device is Dickleaker. It would be nice to know there's more out there.

not yet, only at the 2 month mark, but I like the flaccid increase.
 
OK, so I take rest days.

I thought while resting the penis shaft, I could still do something with the Glans.
So, I just put myself into the chamber, mild to light vacuum, and leave out the extender/straps.
I get a decent "head swell", and on a day off, I get to let the rest of the penis have a rest day !

I had toyed with a special cylinder/fixture for glans pumping, but this will do the job nicely !

Do you guys use the belt system??? It looks like you can just go out and buy something similar that will hold the suction cup in place instead of paying for it.
 
8incyclops ,I thought about buying a 1 1/2" or 2" heavy duty elastic bands and using suspenders clippers. Then making something to attach it to the suction cup. This would bring the cost down by alot. I dont own the device as yet. Just a theory.
Or keep it simple and use a leg strap and some rubber bands. I did this in the past with my captn wench.
