My history of routines is earlier in this thread. I would extend as far as I could possibly go (within reason). I used to do a stretch in the shower every day that was basically what Big Al calls the "Oriental Massage".

I checked out your thread Zartan, and it looks like you've made awesome gains. I feel like an exercise that works well and might be good for you is clamped erect stretches-- kegel, grab below the head and stretch out with one hand while holding the clamp in place with the other. Don't pull too hard, but use enough force to generate a little visual length stretch.
As girth increases, length seems to be harder to add. Personally, I don't do much to maintain my length anymore. When I pump and clamp and get to 100+% hard, I think it helps my length maintain/grow as well as my girth. I did have the random urge to buy a new [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (threw my old one out when I moved) and see if I could gain a bit more length. Still debating it though.
