I have been doing PE for a long time and honestly I am kind of lazy with it, I am sure I would have much more impressive gains if I actually dedicated time to doing it rather than sitting on my butt. The past year I have almost exclusively used my extender and some Jelqs here and there. Previously I did the basic stretches (straight out, down, behind the leg and behind the butt straight out and straight up) and of course Jelqing. I have also done the "around the wrist stretch" and I think that helps as well. I really do not pay close enough attention to all of the names and techniques, I am starting to get to the point where I am happy with where I am, yet I still want more.
