Personally, I don't do much to maintain my length anymore. When I pump and clamp and get to 100+% hard, I think it helps my length maintain/grow as well as my girth. I did have the random urge to buy a new [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] (threw my old one out when I moved) and see if I could gain a bit more length. Still debating it though.

You can play around see what works for you. Normally one of my routines would go something like:

Warm Shower with Oriental Stretch
Jelq
Clamp for 15 minutes (do a lot of 5 second kegels, then rest up and do some erect stretches and repeat until 15 minutes is up)
Exit clamp, allow erection to subside and do some helicopters or slaps to restore bloodflow to normal
20 A-stretches
Jelq
Clamp (same as above)
etc. until you feel that you've gotten a good workout -- could be 2 sets, could be 4. I have always done Penis Enlargement by feel, so I can't really recommend a set number of reps and sets. I think flaccid stretching should be done first, but I think you can mix it up otherwise. I tend to think about overall size growth rather than length or girth alone. I don't have one anymore, but when I did have one, it would be fine as long as I was flaccid. If I got hard in it, I'd be stuck and have to calm myself down

Yeah. I use a variety of things depending on the resistance I want. For that session, I wanted to have just enough slide to go up the shaft-- the resistance really helped me work the girth. I used body moisturizer there. For a more length-oriented session, I might use Olive Oil or actual lubricant like Gun Oil.

I don't think the brand would make a difference. I use a lot of different ones-- Neutragena, Body Works, etc. The slicker the glide, the more it seems to work length, but that's just my theory. Can't really explain it anymore than that.

It's a tight fit, but the site said it could accommodate 10" length and 7" girth so I went with that rather than risking the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X40[/words] being too big. I only used it for about 10 minutes today and got an amazing swell. Had gator bite, but hopefully my long sleeve will arrive soon and prevent that.
