im using a diy hanger - its not that good. i feel i could hang alot more but it hurts my glans. soon i think ill invest in a proper hanger and step my game up.

so i measured today, and good news is ive gained! im now 7.1"NBP X 5.35"MSEG. my bp is 7.55.

3.5 weeks ago i was just barely 7 inches long and around 5.1-5.2 mseg, so ive gained 0.1inches in length and a quarter of an inch in girth. it isnt a massive gain i know, but for not even a full months of work im quite happy with it. ive also been building my program up so its not been too intense.

considering this i think i can get to my short term goal of 7.3 nbp x 5.5 in 1 month, but i have to step up my length work.
 
update for the weekend: didnt do any p.e. yesterday. today havent done anything, will just do my girth session later tonight.

im going to have a go att the DLD blasters, so moving forward this will be my routine, in the order i will do it:

am:
-DLD blasters (not sure how many yet, may start off with 25)
-hanging 1x20 minute set
-2x 30second stretches each (straight out, straight down, straight up, right, right/up, right btc)
-ujw

pm:

with the downwards straight its against the angle of erection, so i can 'leverage' the stretch better (sort of like hanging). it feels a much more intense stretch on my ligs

thanks! im so motivated right now, im so close to my short term goal it feels so good. by the end of this month im confident i can get to my girth goal of 5.5 inch ms, length may be a little trickier though given i didnt gain much last month. hopefully with the addition of DLD blasters that i will be trying today though, i can add 0.2 inch of length.

once i hit my short term goal, i think my next one will be 7.6nbp x 5.75 mseg. long term goal im still considering, i dont know what size i want tbh. im thinking 8.5x6.25 now, but ill have to see. hopefully there will be many more gains that will come my way and everyone else on here!

by that i mean literally just pushing down against the erection, stretching the ligs. right by the pelivc bone and down the shaft a little i feel the stretch. i do a little straight out erect stretching but not much.

today i tried DLD blasters and they felt very intense. i did 30 reps, then a few sets of manual stretches and one set of 20 mintes hanging. im cutting down on hanging a bit until i can buy a proper hanger and can actually get decent weight on it, but as im adding in blasters i should still have enough intensity.
 
last nights girth workout didnt go great. was feeling quite fatigued and sore deep inside the penis (despite taking 2 days off). i think masturbating is negatively affecting my workouts as well as my energy levels day to day, but i just have a massive sex drive and dont know why. i think i will try and limit it to once a week from now and on so i dont get into any bad habits which i feel may develop.

today ive done my length work, which was 48 dld blasters, and then some manual stretches. i do the blasters in sets of 4 as my grip starts to go after 4. im gripping under the glans with my right hand for most sets, and using my left hand as the fulcrum. this means most of the stretches are to the right which is what i want as im also trying to correct a curve.

Hey Jordey, I would say it is tissue expansion through the work you are doing. There may be some fatigue but this can be checked by simply getting erect and being sure your eq is good. If eq is straight then it is tissue expansion and this does not always feel comfortable, it can cause soreness and other odd feelings. I would stay steady with what you are doing and allow yourself to become used to the intensity. Intensity can mean soreness and fatigue but in the end that is what we need to do to make gains.

yeah i have no issues with EQ so youre right it must be expansion. its strange though, i usually got this feeling very lightly, but then after almost a month i took 2 days off from the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] in a row (usually only have a day off here and there) and then bam, suddenly im getting this 'aching' alot worse. maybe some kind of supercompensation. its not a worrying pain though, its just uncomfortable and means i cant hold max pressure for too long but thats ok, aslong as it makes gains its fine!

ive cut down masturbation and adult entertainment alot aswell so i will see tonight if it has improved my girth work.

length workout today felt very good and im really liking the blasters, it will be interesting to see the gains i get from them at the end of the month.

As long as the soreness goes away quickly (within 24 hours) I think you will be just fine. As we reach new levels in PE there will be new feeling to have to get through and sore of this may be soreness. It should be expected since we are breaking down tissue and lengthening ligaments.

today did length workout in the morning (blasters and manuals). no girth as i cant use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words].

tonight ill do a little more length work to make up for not being able to do my girth work, and then maybe a little edging and light clamping.
 
when this sleeve comes im gonna hit girth hard. length has been going well so no worries there. ive got about 2 weeks now to add about 0.2x0.2 if im to reach my short term goal. if i can hit girth hard then i think its possible. dld blasters i think are doing fine for length with just a little extra manuals. im looking for something else to add for length as im no longer hanging, but i think i might just have to wait till i can get some equipment (lm or pf). overall its going well apart from the time off ive had to take from girth. ill be measuring properly at the end of this month.
 
ok so the sleeve came and i tried out a girth session today. ill be honest, i was expecting it to be a bit better. it was very hard for me getting into the sleeve as the hole is pretty small. next time ill use lube, but its tricky as it just gets washed away with the water. i think in a month or two, if ive gained enough, im just gonna buy the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] as it should make [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] workouts easier. my base girth being bigger than my mseg is what is causing the problems. i did however, after a lot of fiddling, get a decent [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] session in today. i then did 20 minutes of clamping/ edging, and then a very light clamp just to keep the plumpness for a few hours.

length will be done as usually later tonight. im working towards my short term goals and should be there soon. i havent really set a mid term goal as im not sure of what my long term goal is. im thinking my mid term goal will be about 7.75nbpel X 5.75. hopefully i can get there in 4 months.

as far as gym goes, hip is still injured. not really sure what to do about it. because of this injury though i have been able to focus more on my bench press, which is progressing well.
 
Cut small slits on the opening. You want 4 small cuts equidistant to each other. Then use vaseline as water doesn't wash it away as easily.

thanks for the suggestions. by slits, do you mean cut slits between the 4 slits that are already there?
 
i didnt do any length yesterday. i was planning on doing it before bed but didnt time things well, and ended up just having to go to bed as i was getting up very early.

i did my length for today, now 50 blasters and some basic stretches. what i like to do is watch a series program in my bedroom while i do my length work, which usually takes about 40 minutes.

this evening i will be doing my normal [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stuff, this time with lube. hopefully it helps. after instead of clamping (as i did some yesterday) i will be trying out some supra slammers
 
ok so didnt end up doing the slammers yesterday. i had crazy fluid retention and just couldnt grip it right to do the exercise, the fluid (especially on the foreskin) was getting in the way. im not sure how to prevent this but it is what it is. today i still had some temp gain, 12 hours after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] session i was able to get 5.6 mseg, with minimal fluid retention as most of it had gone. this is a good sign, so im hopeful for gains this month.

i have to cram all my p.e. in together today as tbh, i was too lazy to do it earlier. so tonight its gonna be pretty much 2 hours of non stop. im gonna do what i normally do plus a little extra. 50 blasters, some basic stretching, then straight into some slammers (probably 5-10) and some edging, then into the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] for some stretches, then my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] supersets, then just finish it off with a little clamping.

this will be the first time i do slammers, and im doing them before the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] so i dont have to deal with fluid retention. tonight is gonna be intense so tomorrow i wont be doing much so i can recover.

forgot to mention im also getting rid of my ppp atm, and its going well. im also doing a little curve correction as stated in the op, but i will go into a little more detail later
 
the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] is proving to still be very difficult to use. its really hard to get my dick through the pump sleeve as the hole is so small, and when it does get through its all contorted and air gets in. if i use it without the sleeve it just dicks into my dick. getting very annoyed as the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] was the cornerstone of my program. ive cut the top off of the sleeve, aswell as made the slits a bit longer. ill try the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] again tonight, hopefully this will help. i cant wait till i get a new job - when i do i will be buying the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] and hopefully get much better and easier workouts.

because of the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] issues, girth work recently hasnt been so good. i also tried slammers the other day, but ended up coming after the fourth one which i really didnt want to do, so i probably wont be doing these.

length will have to be done fairly close to girth tonight again. hopefully the pump sleeve works better now though!
