From what I've read through on this forum the difference varies person to person. But as long as you stay consistent and vary your workout here and there you will make gains in both flaccid and erect.

I find when I'm more consistent here in the forums it translates to more consistency in my PE routines.

I think that's why so many martial arts have belt systems that take decades to advance through. Jiu Jitsu or BJJ take years to advance through no matter how natural it comes to a person. There's a degree of athletic ability and a degree of age/maturity that contributes to the mastery of a sport.

Yes, with age I have learned to fight smarter. I have trained myself to learn the pattern of my opponent and attack from a smarter point. I can go north or south seamlessly and this allows me many options over my North paw opponents. When I was younger I just threw punches as fast as I could, today I know one punch can do the job if placed right.

Keep the gains up in practice and they will soon become permanent. You could also practice erect stretching, one particular style really seems to be the best and this is laying down, with a complete erection and using both hands stretch the penis downward against the erection angle and so as you ar stretching toward your feet. 5-10 minutes of these every 3 days will truly help in cementing the gains. I also offer some of the heeling techniques in [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words], very smart practices.

for most people yes. BJ Penn - 3 years...Mike Fowler - 3 years...Jonathan Torres - 3-5 years. It is possible. These guys were extrememly successful competitively. BJ Penn was the first non brazilian to win at the worlds only weeks after getting his black belt.
 
update:
things are going well. i measured properly this morning, 24 hours after any girth work and 20 hours after any length work so i assume its accurate. i measured at 5.2 MSEG x 7 NBP. - pretty happy! my previous short term goal was 7 x 5.25, so im very close, after a week and a half of consistency. once i reach this goal my next one will be 7.25 x 5.5.

just a little question to those replying here, and im sure its been asked many times over, but what size do you have to be to be considered big, and what size to be huge?

im back here again, feeling better than ever. im getting better temp gains in girth so i assume this will eventually translate to a permanent gain.

my current short term goal is 7.3 x 5.5. my goal once i reach that will porbably 7.6 x 5.75 (all nbp and mseg). i will be measuring properly at the end of next week to see how far im away from my short term goal, hopefully im close! i hope to hit my mid term goal by the end of september. my original long term goal was 8x6, but now im not so sure. i may aim for something more like 8.25x6.25, but i guess i will just reassess as i get closer to those monstrous numbers!
 
It is better to be progressive in your training than take on too much too fast. Doing a bunch of different exercises with no real focus will prove to be frustrating especially when you try to narrow down where the gains are coming from. Learn and master proven exercises and keep a close watch. Only add more as you need, once gains start slowing. thank you for the encouragement! i feel sticking to a few core exercises, whatever they may be (for me its hanging and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]) result in better focus when working out as things arent as jumbled, as well as better gauges of progress due to the simplicity.

ive been doing pe. on and off for a few years now, never lasting that long each time. this time round though i feel the most confident i ever have that i will reach my goals! ive been going solid for a few weeks now, slowly adding in either a new exercise or more time/ volume/ intensity. im going to hit it hard from monday to friday next week and take the intensity as far as it will go, then take saturday off to let me heal, and on sunday take a proper measurement so i have clear idea of where my progress is at without temporary gains skewing it
 
i bought some new deoderant today, and realised that the size of it was near perfect. i measure it and it turned out to be 8.25" x 6.2" - it looks monstrous! i have no doubt in my mind now that 8 inches nbp and 6 inches mseg will look very very big, but i think i may change my goal to the same dimensions to that of the can as i now have it as a reminder. as ive said i dont have a concrete long term goal in mind so its subject to change, and will likely keep changing the larger i get!

It is good to see our goal size on an inanimate object, it brings things into a greater perspective. I have done the same through all my stages of PE, with every desire for an increase in size I find an object that reflects that size. I have gone through many objects in my 12 years training. Today I look back on some of those things and the reality sets in that I actually accomplished this. Very inspiring.

definitely. i had another bottle on my desk that was a slightly bigger size than me, but i have now replaced it with a bigger one. seeing it there is a constant reminder of what i could have between my legs if i put the work in

You could get some hand stretching in. The two newest and I think very powerful exercises I have come out with would be great to add in. The Double Rotary Stretch and [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?64036-My-Best-Work-Ever-Penis-Enlargement-will-Be-Changed-Forever-gt-gt-Gain%20inches%20with%20SRT-Theory-and-Routine]SRT[/words] Size Blasters, both exercises focus on all parts of length gaining. I think they will greatly compliment your routine. Also, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]BathMate[/words] Hardcore Stretches are incredible as a Expressive Exercise. Lastly, I suggest 5 minutes of erect stretching everyday.

i actually tried the double rotaries the other day after i saw your thread but i just couldnt get the hang of it. i will have to practice the mvoement more. i havent heard of the size blasters so ill look them up and see what theyre about.

ive done a couple of [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches, but i think ill start doing some more. how many should i do/ for how long?

as for erect stretches, would i be right in thinking this is just when you push downwards against your erection to stretch out the ligs? if so i did these today and my ligs were definitely aching.
 
actually those erect stretches have made me think... can you do them weighted? not sure if this has been done before but it would be a more intense erect stretch

did some hanging earlier on in the day, 2 sets of 15m with 3.75kg.

today: 2 sets hanging of 20m with 3.75kg. i did a few minutes or rotary stretches after.


ive been reading some of redzulus post recently and wanna doa bit more clamping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] stretches. this evening i plan to do:
[words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]: warmup, then some [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches, probably straight up, straight down, straight out and to the right (i have a leftward curve). im not sure how many i will be doing, but probably 2 or 3 of each. once ive done this, i should be adequately expanded and can then focus on girth. i will do 2-3 sets, with a minute of [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s inbetween. straight after ive finished ill throw a clamp on (i use adjustable cable ties). i may do some clamped edging and a little jelqing aswell, but ill see how im feeling. if i remember i may also do some erect stretches.

post workout expansion has been great recently, and much more consistent. clamping should take it even further. ill try this out tonight and post back tomorrow with how it went!

so yesterday i did the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches as i said, 3 sets straight out, to the right, and straight up. i dont want to stretch to the left as i have a leftward curve, and downards hurts, so i leave it at those 3. then i did 2 sets at max pressure for girth, was very large afterwards! i did 30 seconds [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words] between sets. after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] i threw on a cable clamp and wore it for about 25 minute, at this stage i was semi hard, so it was just to keep the plumpness. i did a little edging then called it a night.

today, i had the house free for a few hours so decided to take a bath as i always get a little bit better expansion in the bath. i think this is a combination of the water around the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] providing a better seal, aswell as the constant submersion of warm water loosening up tissue a bit better allowing for more expansion with as much pinching pain. despite this only being about 13 hours after my last girth session, i got crazy expansion. i also did the same stretches as last night. i got a little further inside the tube than last night, and was only about 0.6 inches away from the top of the tube! i think this means that inside the tube i was about 8 inches bone pressed which is great. my girth was filling out the tube very nicely aswell. a fair amount of fluid retention after but thats ok.

later tonight i will do some hanging, and i may also do some manual stretches. if i have enough time ill add some jelqing in to reduce the fr.

cant wait till i measure on sunday!
 
update for gym, as this is also partly a workout/ body log:

ive been dieting for 4 weeks. i wanted to cut down the fat a little before i start a very long bulk - with the aim of packing on A LOT of strength in the process. however, the cutting has been pretty bad as i have a minor hip injury and it meant i couldnt do any lower body work. im rehabbing it back and its getting better, so hopefully in a week or so i can hit some squats and deadlifts hard. bench has been ok, i got 100kg for 3x3 fairly easily, not trying to push it too hard as i know my body finds it hard to recover on lower calories.

this week ive gone up to maintenance calories to help my body repair a bit better. 5 weeks ago i was 207 pounds. as of today, im around 199 pounds, so its going well. i will likely only diet for another week or two, as my aim was to get down to around 197 pounds. from there i will bulk up to around 230 over the next year/ year and a half.

yeah i feel similar if i cum too much. ive been trying to cum less recently, managing once every two or three days. i get hard quite often so this isnt that much.

maybe if you cut out some edging and/ or cumming it might be alright? as of yet i havent had any problems. it will probably be 36 hours before my next proper girth session aswell so i should be good
 
ive also been reading up more on redzulu. i may try out the boa constrictors, but next week as i dont want to do too much at once. i figure if i want good girth i should look at the guy with the huge girth!

There isn't anything wrong with measuring too often that only gets you better approximate progression stats.

yeah but i dont wanna measure whilst still riding the temp gains from a workout. i wanna get an honest measurement so i know where im really at, and have a basis to progress further! hopefully i dont disapoint.

i know my length hasnt improved much because i havent been hitting it too hard, but girth has definitely nudged up a little. my short term goal was 7.3nbp x 5.5mseg. now i know that when i measure i wont be at these numbers but it will be very interesting to see how close i am! hopefully i can get there with another month of hard work. i think once i reach 7.5nbp x 5.75mseg i will consider myself pretty big
 
reading back a few posts, i dont think this will be a months worth of progress! i think its only going to be about 3 and a half weeks of progress when i measure, but it still should give me an indicator of whether what im doing is working or not.

the past 3 weeks:

week two: 3 sets of 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words], 3 [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s, 1-2x20minute hanging w/ 2.5kg

week 3: 3 sets of 5 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words], 3ssj's, 2x20 minutes hanging w/3.75kg, [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] stretches.

ive done a little manual stretching here and there but nothing much. soon i will be adding in a little more manual stertching and size blasters. ive also been doing a bit of clamping and edging, i may start doing some more. i usually [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/showthread.php?44-Ace-Strapped-Jims-Joint]ujw[/words] after hanging, and wear a light- medium clamp or cock ring for a little while after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words].

feels like its going well so far but we will see if ive actually gained anything on sunday.
