hanger, currently only using 2.5kg/5.5lbs though as i dont have a proper
hanging rig. i do 1 or 2 20+ minute sessions most days. after

hanging much more comfortable on the head than using an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words], and easier/ quicker to put on.
im fairly happy with my routine atm, even though it is fairly basic. im slowly adding things in as in my experience, when i do loads all at once i cant keep it up for long/ get bored then make no progress. soon i will likely add in 200 jelqs after my [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]
bathmate[/words] sessions. ive never been a fan of jelqing and find them incredibly boring which is why i wont be doing that many. i will probably also add a little manual stretching aswell but i will see.

hanging so im usually happy if i can atleast get those done. when i get a new job i will buy a proper
hanging rig and up the intensity.
my current short term goal is 7.3 x 5.5. my goal once i reach that will porbably 7.6 x 5.75 (all nbp and mseg). i will be measuring properly at the end of next week to see how far im away from my short term goal, hopefully im close! i hope to hit my mid term goal by the end of september. my original long term goal was 8x6, but now im not so sure. i may aim for something more like 8.25x6.25, but i guess i will just reassess as i get closer to those monstrous numbers!
