okay, so im starting a new progress thread as the old one sort of stagnated, i wasnt motivated enough and also didnt have enough time due to family issues. i also made little/ no gains and was getting a bit discouraged, but i think this was because i hadnt found exercises i actually like so haven't put enough effort in. now ive experimented a bit more i know what i should be doing.
okay so to start i'm 19, from the uk, and want an 8(nbpel)X6(mseg) dick. my current size is 6.75" NBPenis EnlargementL x 5" MSEG.
my short term goal (for 1 months time) is 7inches x 5.25+ inches. i've also got a leftward curve i want to correct. i have an upward curve but i want to keep that.
im also trying to increase height using an aromatase inhibitor. (low dose) currently im a tiny bit under 6ft, i want a permanent 6ft 2.
i go to the gym usually 5 days a week, currently bulking @ 185lbs, roughly 15% fat. i was 130lbs just over a year ago (bare in mind i was an inch or two shorter). my current goals are to reach 193lbs by the start of june, then spend 6 weeks cutting down to roughly 183lbs. i do a mixture of strength training and bodybuilding.
current lifts: deadlift: 320lbs x 5, OHP: 145lbs x 5, bench: 177lbs x 5 (i have shitty chest genetics, strength gains are slow),
ATG squat:200lbs x 4
i dont have loads of free time everyday so dont get a chance to wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for long amounts of time, so this will be my routine:
-mandingo stretches, 15minutes (usually 30 seconds before my hand starts hurting)
-3x stretch out, to the right, straight down, straight up, up and right, down and right
-20 minutes clamping, with alot of stimulation, some horse 440s, some jelqing and maybe some squeezes underneath the glans
-10 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], with 2x [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] stretches straight out, straight up, straight down, and to the left.
-300 erect jelqs against the curve
advice/ tips/ suggestions/ critcism all welcome!
