okay, so im starting a new progress thread as the old one sort of stagnated, i wasnt motivated enough and also didnt have enough time due to family issues. i also made little/ no gains and was getting a bit discouraged, but i think this was because i hadnt found exercises i actually like so haven't put enough effort in. now ive experimented a bit more i know what i should be doing.

okay so to start i'm 19, from the uk, and want an 8(nbpel)X6(mseg) dick. my current size is 6.75" NBPenis EnlargementL x 5" MSEG.
my short term goal (for 1 months time) is 7inches x 5.25+ inches. i've also got a leftward curve i want to correct. i have an upward curve but i want to keep that.

im also trying to increase height using an aromatase inhibitor. (low dose) currently im a tiny bit under 6ft, i want a permanent 6ft 2.

i go to the gym usually 5 days a week, currently bulking @ 185lbs, roughly 15% fat. i was 130lbs just over a year ago (bare in mind i was an inch or two shorter). my current goals are to reach 193lbs by the start of june, then spend 6 weeks cutting down to roughly 183lbs. i do a mixture of strength training and bodybuilding.
current lifts: deadlift: 320lbs x 5, OHP: 145lbs x 5, bench: 177lbs x 5 (i have shitty chest genetics, strength gains are slow),
ATG squat:200lbs x 4


i dont have loads of free time everyday so dont get a chance to wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for long amounts of time, so this will be my routine:

-mandingo stretches, 15minutes (usually 30 seconds before my hand starts hurting)
-3x stretch out, to the right, straight down, straight up, up and right, down and right
-20 minutes clamping, with alot of stimulation, some horse 440s, some jelqing and maybe some squeezes underneath the glans
-10 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], with 2x [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] stretches straight out, straight up, straight down, and to the left.
-300 erect jelqs against the curve

advice/ tips/ suggestions/ critcism all welcome!

You're doing this all at once or splitting it up? That's a lot just for one set. I would say get as much jelqing as you can. What's your work out plan? Have you tried FST-7 at all. Greatest pump up I ever got.
Make sure your warming up for both workouts.

i would be doing the length section, then a few hours later to the girth stuff, then a little after that get in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] when i have a shower before bed. i tried doing half my routine in the morning, but tbh im like a zombie in the morning so it didnt work! i will be currently doing 300 jelqs a day, this number may go up though. the only thing is i find them reallly boring.

my workout plan is: monday: back and bis, tuesday: chest and tris, wednesday: shoulders and traps, thursday: legs,
saturday: shoulders, forearms, abs. i dont do much in the way of programs regarding rep range and sets, i just do 4-8 reps on alot of my lifts (especially compounds) then usually add in a little higher rep range work (8-15) to stimulate both types of muscle growth and increase strength.

i havent heard of fst-7 but ill look into it thanks!

any criticisms on my routine/ am i doing enough? i want gains fast, im sick of waiting.
 
update:
the last 3 days ive done everything in that list, aswell as a little extra clamping and some extra stretching (not really thinking about it when on the laptop). im alot mroe motivated this time round, i have to get it done! im going on a lads holiday in a few months and i really want a big dick by then! i was sitting at my desk yesterday, it was late, and i was doing economics work, then i thought to myself, do i wanna do this work or have a big dick? so then i clamped for like 25 minutes...
for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] though, im only doing straight up, straight out, and straight down stretches, this is because when i try to do them to the left/ right its uncomfortable and i tend to lose suction. im doing 2-3 30 second stretches per direction. dicks feeling good, not really fatigued.

gym: ive started smolov jr. today to get my bench up as my chest has always been a weak point (i can BOR the same as my bench). im hoping to get some nice strength gains as its sort of stagnated. if i like the layout and results of smolov i might try the full version for my dead and/ or squat.

also the accutane is clearing my skin well, with the only side effect being dry skin/ lips but its not even bad. also as for the letro, i may up the dose as im feeling nothing from it and ive heard the liquid forms are sometimes underdosed. ill slowly taper it up to around 0.5mg EOD and see how i feel. worse comes to worse ill taper it back down again but even that is a very low dose. even being on both accutane and letro, ive got no joint pain, no loss of libido, no erection issues and no mood issues. things are going well!
 
okay so yesterday was feelin a little fatigue, so just did my stretches and left it there. today ill be going hard again and really wanna blast my girth. i want to focus on girth now as ive realised how important it is; if i only increase length by .25" i'll get a 4% increase in volume, but if i only increase girth by .25" ill get a 9% increase in volume! more than double. so girth will be the focus now as its gonna fill up a girl more than length. i will still be doing all the stetches mentioned in the OP but i will probably be spending more time on girth and be more intense, if anyone has some really intense exercises not already mentioned would love to hear them.

as for gym, todays leg day! hoping for some pb's
 
If your on the laptop at a desk, get a hanger and use that time. You can make one easily. Snake hanger or BIB hanger or any other ones available. I lay back in bed pushing the weight with my legs while reading or watching tv. Don't worry about the morning, I tried it and it bombed as well.
You sound good with the reps and weight. Try to spread out the shoulder interaction. You could tear your shoulder up bad if overtrained. Get your protein in whenever you can and don't forget your cardio. It helps pump all that blood and keeps your body moving. 30 min of light to medium jogging after workouts helps alot. That's what I do. Just be careful with your rotator cuff ok. Good luck man.

yeah i did use a lock hanger before, but tbh my main priority is girth as i dont think its big enough for my length so this will be my main focus, and the volume increase is alot greater, so when i can find good ways of increasing it i might add in the hanging.

my second shoulder day usually isnt as heavy, i also throw in some rotation cuff exercises on the cables aswell to keep everything strong and healthy and always do good form so my shoulders have no complaints. my diet is in check (as i do regular research on nutrition) with protein being around 180g a day, cals being at 3500~ and fat being fairly high as its important. however, i dont do alot of cardio! what can i say i just hate it, i do about 15-20 minutes of running a week on the treadmill but i just hate it its so monotonous and boring. untill about a month ago i never bothered with cardio whilst weight training. i used to do boxing, but was considering getting into mma to get my fitness and endurance up (as i dont like the style of boxing)

update: last two days havent been great for p.e. i got my stretches in but girth work has been lacking due to erection quality (fatigue). yesterday i tried to do a girth workout but couldnt get the necessary erection quality so decided to leave it to rest, then do a big session today. will be doing it soon so hopefully i get some nice expansion!
 
Yeah. Starting on girth work tends to be harsh. I used to be the same way trying to keep an erection, but now I do it after my length work. That seems to help keep me hard for a while. Now I use my phone to watch some adult entertainment videos when I begin my girth or jelqing routine. I stay on just women giving blowjobs so I don't become so desensitized to adult entertainment. I also stop after a while so my body and mind recuperate.
As long as you take very good care of your shoulders I'm all for it, you sound like you have it under good control. I still hate running to this day but by pushing myself to do it, it only makes me stronger in the end. Have you considered doing HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training I believe it's called. 30 sec. at medium then 30 sec. at fast and then some slow time in there. You burn the fat far easier after a hard workout since you removed the glycogen stores in the muscles and the body then switches to using the reserve fats instead of muscle tissue. I used to love reading the Muscular Development magazine. They have great training routines and new ideas from trainers all over the world. Out of all the magazines, I like that one the best. Kind of costly though, but worth it. Shouldn't your protein intake be higher than that, like around 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per bodyweight since your trying to gain mass?
Sometimes training to hard can exhaust you enough that your unable to stay hard for too long. I would say definitely invest in some type of hanger. The way your routine sounds, it would compliment it very well. You CAN gain length AND girth at the same time since your still pretty new at this. I was very happy when I got mine. I just got back on it and still love it. Great job so far man.

yeah i tried girth again tonight but im still fatigued as i tried to work through it the last couple of nights. im gonna have a day off completely tomorrow, no girth, no length and no gym. then on sunday i hope to hit all three hard. if all goes well that would mean i hit length 4 times this week and girth 3 and a half. not ideal, but im just getting used to the intensity of the girth work im doing, so maybe next week ill do 2 on, 1 off.

yeah im slowly increasing the amount i do cardio, but as i said i just find it so boring, would rather be lifting heavy weight! i did HIIT when i did boxing (2 hour sessions). it included tire flipping, running, pad work, sparring, bodyweight exercises etc. but that was about a year ago, i think i need to get into some sport to get my aerobic fitness levels up considerably, i wanted to do mma but there really isnt many in london. as for fat loss, this is doubtful due to the amount of calories im eating. i would read magazines like md but tbh i think theyre kinda expensive for what they are and alot of their facts seem to be based on flawed studies.
as for the protein intake, i used to reallyy try and get loads of protein, but after doing more research on it it seems that as little as 0.8g per lb/bw is enough, with somewhere around 1.25g being ideal. so yes i should probably be eating maybe 30-40 more grams of protein a day which im going to start doing.

yeah im not saying i dont want to gain length, but i want my routine sort of be like 70/30 girth:length as i want to gain girth quicker as i feel its seriously lagging. as it currently stands im pretty average for girth, but about an inch over average in length. if i get to 7NBPenis EnlargementL X 5.5 MSEG i will be soo much happier. i think what ill do is try the 2 days on 1 day off, then if thats working and im not fatigued ill add in a hanger of some sort and see how it goes. thanks for the input/ suggestions!
 
update: monday went good, tuesday went okay, got all length in but only about half of the girth. my problem with girth is that i have to masturbate a little to get fully erect for clamping and everything, but alot of the time watch too much adult entertainment and get carried away with the masturbation, end up coming, then the session is ruined... im aware of it and am trying to correct the problem. im only 19 so im horny as fuck!

theres a girl i really want to make progress with, but i want to be ATLEAST at 5.25 MSEG before she even sees my dick. i would be alot happier with 5.5 though. this is good motivation but i really want to go with her soon so need to make gains quickly..

todays a day off, i feel this is necessary for my girth work.

Fuck accutane. 25mg a day, for how long so far? Hows your liver values? When was your last labs done? Stick with B-5 powder to control acne, easy and water soluble.

What do your macros look like? Why bulk to only 193 and then spend 6 weeks getting to where you just started off? You can get there in 2 weeks easy, that is not a lot a weight to drop really.if your going to bulk, bulk. Break 200 at least, get up to 215, then cut to 195 or so.

there is a study that i know of that has been done on adolescents who had been predicted dhort heights and taken legtro with good results. i dont have it to hand i might find it later. there may be more im not sure. if you read the other posts im not going for complete estrogen suppression, just controlling it. im on less than o.5mg a day which if you know about letro, is low. my e levels are low but stable. i have my bloods done every month, last one done 5 days ago and everything perfectly fine.

as for accutane, its easy to say 'do this' if its worked for you. not everyones the same, ive tried pretty much everything there is and nothing has worked, ive had it for about 5 years. accutane id=s my only option. im on a low dose anyway so side effects are minimal.

as for the bulking, maybe i didnt make myself clear. i havent just started bulkingm ive been bulking for a while, starting at 130lbs. im going to finish my bulk in a months time, then start cutting for 6 weeks, before a holiday. if i try and lost 10lbs of fat in 2 weeks you can sure im going to lose alot of water weight, stregnth, and muscular size which is whhy i dont be doing that

my macros are `180-200g protein, 125g fat, the rest carbs

i stupidley didnt take height measurements from more than one day so cant get a very accurate pre height. i was 5ft 11.6~ when i started taking the letro, and i think im 5ft 11.85~ now (i round up to 6ft when asked my height). these are morning measurements. so gains havent been big and there is room for error with the way it was measured. a big part of it that i have yet to do something about is increasing pge1 levels. ive ordered some rosehip oil for this so should be using some of this soon. i should hopefully see smore more gains if i can get pge1 levels up, but bare in mind growth is slowed due to me being on accutane (catch 22 eyy?). i might also make a ROP if i can source the parts for cheap in the uk

Do you do some height exercises aside from taking that supplement?
 
I have to say that I love this thread title. I missed it on my first time through but it truly is a strong statement of manifestation! nope no supplements directly for growth, although i take some calcium, whey protein, and creatine sometimes. i will however shortly be taking rosehip oil to increase pge1 and will be researching other safe ways to do this aswell.

i totally agree with you, the title makes so much difference. i had another thread just called progress thread, and it was just so dull. i got kinda bored replying in it and just seemed like a chore. when i see this title though i just feel the need to comment about something im doing! i WILL be what this title says. i dont care how long it takes, i dont care what i have to do but i will have a massive dick, a perfect body, be taller, have clear skin and generally be the best i can. if not, im atleast gonna try!

UPDATE:

i measured today before girth, and i am happy to say i have made gains! they're small, but still gains, my size now is 6.9 NBPenis EnlargementL x 5.125 MSEG. im so close to 7 inches!
girth is where my focus is at though, as i dont think it matches my length. if i continue gaining at this rate, i should be at my short term goal of 5.5 MSEG in about 5 weeks.
i think i could gain quicker but i need to cut down on masturbation and do more jelqs as i sort of neglect them. i need to put more work in, but so far its been good. my current base girth is around 5.6".

I am just curious, which exercises do you give most credit- the jelqs, clamping or the pumping. I've been reading a lot about clamping, but it seems to be too dangerous and I am trying to convince myself that it is ineffective so that I don't get tempted to do it. rofl

tbh i think clamping is what has given me the firth increase. i have been doing jelqs and using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] for a while and seen little results, theyre just not as good for me. i plan on doing more clamping and adding [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]'s while im on the clamp and do more horse sqeezes while clamped. i also much prefer clamping to jelqing and using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. i need to up my girth workouts in terms of quantity and time but im fairly busy. i also think i need to be getting more sleep to help overall body recovery but its easier said than done!

update:
this week has been pretty bad, ive had alot of family stress and been very tired which has made my girth work very difficult. i had a good workout yesterday, and plan on doing a good session today and tomorrow as ive had enough rest with it being the weekend, so i will have atleast gotten in 3 good girth days (and about 5 length workouts) this week. not ideal, but better than nothing and i will be back on track next week.

as for gym:
i hit a 155kg (342lbs) deadlift 1RM, new PB. i also got 95kg (210lbs) x 2 on ATG squats.

my skin is going well, and ive currently been making diy topicals.

side effects of the accutane are only dry skin, thats it.

side effects of letro are non existant. im still looking for ways to increase pge 1.

im also making a serum for my stretch marks (on my bicep/ delt tie in area), which i plan to use with a dermaroller. ive dermarolled the area twice but have seen no results so adding in the topical. im also taking 1-2g of vitamin c a day to combat cortisol which is part of the cause.

That some good update there! Hope your issues are over and you never experience such stress. Do not worry- 3 girth sessions are still better than none. We all have issues, it is normal. As for the fitness- DAMN! 155 is a lot! Congratulations on your 1RM- that is awesome! Keep us in touch- hope you reach your goals soon :).

There is a "DIY B5 + HA Serum" & a "DIY Vitamin CE + Ferulic Serum" that are touted to be good for acne.
I have the ingredients+sourcing list, but haven't bothered with them yet.
They also have Frankincense/Carrot Seed/Rose Hip Oils that are also good for acne.
You might try a DMSO/Helichrysum/MSM or just Helichrysum/MSM for the stretcHydromaxarks. What size roller are you using?

It really depends on every man the intensity, duration and how many times he can train per day. But, with that said, I think it is wise for men, even if they suffer eq issues, to try to overcome and progressively increase all of the above to strength eq.

well im just trying to give the accutane a helping hand and improve skin tone. the mixture i made was 2% salicylic acid (dissolved in alcohol), 7.5% l ascorbic acid (dissolved in water), jojoba oil, aloe vera gel, store bought moisturiser (has preservatives and emulsifiers in it) and water. i think its working pretty well, but havent been using it for long so ill see how it goes.

for the rolling ive been using a 1.5mm, with the topical im using consisting of l ascorbic acid, jojoba oil, aloe vera gel and water.

im also taking 1-2g of vitamin c orally a day to control cortisol and prevent new stretcHydromaxarks

yeah last week was a just a bad week, not much i could of done about it. im back on track this week though so i dont think its too bad. i dont really have erection issues its just stress/ being busy that can sometimes disrupt things!

i got a decent session in yesterday and another one today. the only thing i feel im neglecting is jelqs so have to make a conscious effort to do more of them. the next measurements will be at the end of next week.

Brother I feel you on every level, today has been quite challenging in every way since I woke...Very frustrating. I have a choice to allow it to continue or stop it and reset my day....I choose to reset! Helping out on the forums always takes me out of my own despair and allows me to heal myself through altruism!

yeah ive been having a hard time recently, this thread has been on my mind though! alot of family issues and being busy because of it has meant i havent done any p.e. in months, hence the lack of replies. im starting to sort my shit out and get organised, so the p.e. will start again now. feel bad for having so many months off but it just wasnt possible to do anything, family stress and all! im getting back on it now, and plan to be very dedicated like i was before (but obviously without the big break).

as for gym, its going well, cut from 186 to 173 pounds. however, i then got ill for a couple weeks, lost about 4 or 5 pounds of muscle, and my strength was way down. strength is coming back now, but i went to bench on the smith machone a couple weeks ago and blew my shoulder out, so now my workouts are crap because of it, it hasnt been a good few months!

ill get back on it though, and get everything sorted out and organised and make time for everything!

yeah im sorting everything out but ive got a lot on so im just really busy. just made a schedule for my days so i now should be able to fit all of my work in (pt course study and nutritional research) aswell as go to the gym, cook all my meals and fit p.e. in.

as for warming up, i did actually warm up before the smith machine bench, however it was my first chest and tris workout since being off from the gym for near three weeks due to being ill (had a reaction to some antibiotics) which i think had an effect on my joints and stabilising muscle. i think its my rotator cuff thats the problem, so ive been doing extra rotator cuff exercises. im leaving out chest work and shoulder work for this week as any pressing is painful, but its getting better so should be able to start doing them again soon, albeit with lighter weight.

as for p.e. im just gonna start off tonight with some jelqs, uli's and the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words]. ill be doing length in the morning. if my schedule isnt too difficult/ exhausting to do on a daily basis then i should be able to do p.e 6 days a week and get some good workouts. i REALLY want it, so am definitely going to stick with it this time as there doesnt seem to be any big obstacles in the way in the future that i wont be able to handle.

i'll post back soon with my current progress and realistic goals for both body composition and p.e

lift goals (by may), current 1rm's in bold:
-deadlift: 200kg (440lbs) 145
-ATG squat: 130kg (286.6lbs) 95
-bench: 125 (275.5lbs) 95
-Bent over row: 115kg (253.5lbs) 90
-OHP: 100kg (220lbs) 70

i also have to do rehab work on my shoulder if i want to get anywhere near that bench and ohp goal

I want to apologise to Jordey because I'm not familiar with threads and forums and could not find a way to start my own, but am on a similar buzz to Jordey so here goes guys..

I'm 19, 6ft 3, and 84,4 kgs cutting hard. I'm a student but bodybuilding is my lifestyle. I count calories and am currently keto dieting. Been training for 1 year now and in that year gained 20 kgs in 7 months, 90% muscle - no steriods. My goal is to be 100kg's cut at 6% by 21. However, to the reason we are all here:

Penis enlargement! Yeah buddaayyy! I'm glad to say that I know it works, just havent joined up to a site with other bro's until now. DLD you've heard this before but you're legend who I one day (soon) aim to emulate. I first dabbled in Penis Enlargement years ago when I realised that i was going to be tall but my wang was max 6 inches at 110% BP. Went through loads of useless information and pills to no avail. However, started jelqing and stretching increasingly renecently and somehow the boy has grown to 7 inches bonepressed ruler in middle of shaft (8 inches ruler on side of shaft). Bear in mind I used elements of bodybuilding training and also am convinced i only got length gains in last 3 months. Definitely not genetic growth. Now I'm taking Penis Enlargement as serious as I take gym so I have a question for anybody who will answer..

Jelqing above 50% is great for increasing girth and vascularity while under 50% hits the ligs more and is meant to therefore give length. From what I can see I have gained great lig length (suspensory ligament) and overall girth with a huge head size increase, but want to actually increase shaft length. There's not point having huge ligs and a standard shaft. So.. given that I know how to stretch ligs, if I continue stretching the whole shaft and ligs will the shaft eventually elongate, or should I rather hold back the ligs and stretch the shaft alone (knowing that not holding back ligs puts more tension on ligs and less on shaft)?

Second question is: I am quite an experienced jelqer and am convinced that my length gains came from jelqing straight and down and stretching susp lig simultaneously. Can jelqing increase shaft length?
 
ok so havent really had any activity on here for a while, reason being ive been very very busy, had to move house and sort out all the issues surrounding it aswell as help out. its not really an excuse i know as i probably could of made time, but ive just been trying to get on top of everything. ive done a little p.e. now and then but not a structured program. ive still been lifting though, with the aim of gaining weight and a new focus more geared toward powerlifting. ive been focusing on powerlifting and form on the big 3 for roughly the past 3 months. before then my goals were more aesthetic/ bodybuilding orientated (roughly for one year).

after getting ill and losing weight in the summer, aswell as damaging my shoulder and having to make drasric changes to form on some lifts im now back on track making good progress. i still want to be aesthetic, but also want to be athletic and train for performance.

my lifts 3/4 months ago:

bench: 70 kg (154) x 5
squat: 87.5 kg (193lb) x 5
deadlift: 135 kg (298lb) x5

my current gym p.r's are:

deadlift: 155 kg (342lb) x 5 (deadlift hasnt improved much as i had to improve/ change form which forced me to lower weight)
squat: 116 kg (256lb) x 3 (hybrid style)
bench: 93.5 kg (206lb) x 3 (paused)
OHP: 70 kg (155lb) x 5
pendlay row: 90kg (199lb) x 3


im currently doing madcow 5x5, which i plan on ending in 4 weeks, then testing my one rep maxes, which SHOULD net me around a 410lb deadlift, 308lb squat and a 235lb paused bench

bodyweight is currently around 190/192lb

ok, just measured, im 6.9 inch NBPenis EnlargementL and 5 inch MSEG. current short term goals are 7.25 inch NBPenis EnlargementL and 5.25 MSEG. long term goal is 8x6, but possibly more.
 
update:
squat is going well, 134kg x3, will be testing my max in 3 weeks to hopefully break 150kg.
deadlift progress is slow, but getting there.
bench has stalled so need to re think weight and rep ranges or just re set my programme.

as for p.e, ive been very inconsistent which is why i havent really made gains. reason being is i dont think i want it THAT bad; if i had started off below average i think i would have a bigger drive to spend more time on it. i also feel kinda 'dirty' when im watching adult entertainment or whatever. i have recently figured out though that i will likely make better gains if i dont cum/ dont masturbate much. this is because if i dont, ill get more spontaneous erections and a greater desire to tug... meaning i will be more likely to do some exercises, rather than cumming then forgetting about my dick for a few days. it also seems that if i dont cum then i seem to maintain a pump for longer after the work, and feel more achy, i also get longer harder erections during the night. all of these i feel would net me better gains. also not cumming is helping to teach me self control; most p.e sessions are ruined in the past from my 'warm up' going a bit too far as i didnt have the control to stop, fight the urge, and get the work done. if i can learn better self control of those urges i will likely get better workouts in (and have done this past week) and i think it may carry over to other aspects in life that require self control.

By the way, a little 5 day var cycle never hurt anyone and made for some nice plateau breakers.... just a thought.

If MADCOW doesn't work for you, you may want to try Wendler's 5/3/1. I've been doing a specific variation and my lifts are going through the roof.

im only just getting into consistent p.e. now, so im back and can now update my progress thread as its been a little while.
in terms of lifting, i dont actually do much atg squats anymore as im planning on competing in powerlifting soon so obviously that style isnt optimal.

my current best lifts are (last week): 158kg x 3 squat
165kg x 5 deadlifts (this was after 5x5 bench and deadlift)
108kg x 3 bench (paused)

i would say my total is around 500kg now, hoping for about 520kg by the time i do my meet. current bodyweight is 93kg/ 205lb.

about the var, ive never taken any drugs and dont plan to, especially as i will be competing in a drug tested federation. im on a new program though and training is going well. thanks for the advice anyway :cool:

im 6ft. i actually measured my proportions the other week, and i have slightly longer legs and a short torso. the only reason my deadlift numbers (above) are low is because they were done after volume squats and bench. i reckon i would be good for around 178 for 5 fresh, and i would assume my maxes (based on past experience) for my lifts would be 170/118/200, s/b/d respectively, so i would say theyre pretty proportionate. im aiming for 125/190/215 in a couple months time but ill see how it goes, i will also be dieting down a bit aswell.

im now on a new program now which starts off with fairly high volume so ill see how i progress. im competing in the junior category which is under 23, so i have a few years to bring up my numbers and improve my total. i have big goals so this is only the start!

thanks for the encouragement! my biggest obstacle in the past for p.e. has been consistency. now though i feel its the hardest and most consistent ive been going at it, so i feel like gains will come.

for the past few days ive been seperating the jelqing and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bm[/words], using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bm[/words] in the morning and doing jelqs later on. i feel i get alot better expansion, as using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bm[/words] after jelqs is usually painful from fatigue, and expansion isnt as good. i can only get to just under 190, and cant hold it for long as it hurts. however when i separate it and use the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bm[/words] at a different time, i can get up to 195 comfortably, and get some temporary girth gain after.

quick question, how does stretched length (in an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]) translate to erect length gain? and how does temporary girth (from [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]bathmate[/words]) translate to girth gains?
