ok so i havent posted in about a week. mixture of life getting in the way, and me seeing blood again when stretching last week. this is the third time its happened, with weeks in between the incidences. i think manual stretching is just not for me. considering this, im going to start a new routine only focusing on girth. when im in a position to get some equipment for length (most likely hanger) i will start doing length again, but as of now i dont feel comfortable doing manual stretches with intensity. ill still do a little but really only for maintenance.
moving forward, as stated i will be doing a girth only routine, again measuring at 2 week intervals, the next being on the 27th. my routine will be 3 [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sets of varying length, [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s and cock ring for recovery. i may add in some clamping and jelqing but i will see how things go. current short term goal is 5.7 inches mid shaft, i will measure what my current girth is tomorrow.
