I don't like cutting body fat. I like food, I like gains in the gym and i like beer. Getting cut is a pain in the ass. I look more like a weightlifter/powerlifter, than a bodybuilder and that's fine with me. Cuts are for sluts and I am in a comitted relationship. Basically, those are all my excuses. Dropping bodyfat is fucking hard as fuck. I'll work on my extra inch outside of the kitchen and maybe some day I'll diet down and gain another. Hahaha.

it doesnt have to be hard. ive cut a few times just to keep my weight in check after a few long bulks. if you do it right its not hard at all!

I'm more about the gains right now. Maybe when my legs are 28 inches I'll think about a cut.

update: 04/05/15 normal girth and length routine, cock ring edging afterwards.

moving forward i think i will cut out most of the edging. it usually leads to me ejaculating at the end of it and i think ive been doing it too often. im probably gonna cut it out for a while, and instead just put a cockring on straight after the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words]. i may also do 2-3 clamping sessions a week, and limit ejaculation to those times.

things are looking good though, timing my sets has been helping massively. it will be interesting to see how consistent my gains can be
 
Forever bulking... May go on a leaner mass phase with high protein, moderate carbs and low fat in March and April to shed a little weight for summer. Seems the best way for me to keep engery high.

yeah this year i have big strength goals so i will probably bulk for most of it. not to mention the fact that when i diet and lift heavy i tend to get injured more so i try and stay away from it. as for yourself, a recomp will likely not be worth it if its only for 2 months. if i were you i would start a recomp now (or very slight bulk) with the aim of gaining or maintaining more muscle mass in relation to body fat (and thus reducing body fat percentage), or just go on a 2 month cut before summer
 
06/01/15 - no length routine, was feeling fatigued/ beat up. normal girth routine later which went very well, and i got some very good expansion from it with a little fluid retention. i still have some of the plumpness today but all of the fr has gone
 
07/01/15 - normal routine. [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] sessions went very well, getting good expansion earlier on into the session than usual.

girth work is going very well lately, im getting up to 5.8 + inches of temp girth, and fluid retention is fairly minimal (mainly in foreskin). some temp girth is lasting till the next day so im always slightly expanded. another week of my routine and i will measure. i think measuring in 2 week training blocks gives me good idea of whether im gaining with what im doing or not. i dont have very high hopes for length as i feel i may need to step up my length routine (doesnt feel too intense to me) but the measurements will tell me what i need to know
 
I personally measure officially once a month as I feel like that way I can avoid smaller differences that could just be erection quality issues. 2 weeks might be a solid way to evaluate how things are going, but personally if I don't gain at least .25 inches of length I don't truly consider myself to have gained anything at all.

Also, what are you strength goals and current numbers? Just curious...

i measure once every two weeks as i feel that if im not seeing results after 2 consistent weeks (however small they may be) then it will be a sign that what im doing isnt working and that i need to change things up (and not waste more time when i could be working more efficiently). when i gain more and gains slow down i will likely have to give things longer to see results, but right now im still fairly beginner in terms of how far into gains i am


as for strength. well, this has been a bit shakey. i injured a couple of my hip flexors a few months back and it has been a nightmare trying to rehab it. i havent really been able to work legs for months, and only now i am getting back into things but with some restrictions. i cant do my normal squat stance as it puts too much stress on my hip flexors (which arent 100% healed), so i have to squat a very narrow stance and atg. i also have to be careful with adding weight on deadlift aswell, baby steps and all, as i dont want to aggravate the injury and have to wait months for it to heal again. right now im good for a 155kg/ 342lb olympic atg squat (which would correlate to a 170-180kg normal squat), and a 190-205kg (418-452lb) deadlift. my bench has been unaffected by injury so has ben improving, and now is right around 125kg/ 275lb paused. my goals for this year are to spend the next few weeks continuing my rehab and making sure weight is feeling alright on hip, and do some form improvement (as the time off has messed my deadlift form up a bit). after i feel confident, i will up the intensity and volume on squats and deadlift but keep the squats to olympic until i know for certain my hip can handle my normal squat style. strength goals for this year are roughly a 5 plate squat, 5 and a half plate deadlift, and 3 plate bench. i plan on only gaining 10-20 pounds, bringing my weight up to 210-220.
 
Wow man, you already have great stats when it comes to the dead, squats, and bench, but if you hit your goals you will be a beast. 315 on the bench has always been the mark of a truly strong upper body in my mind, so I hope you get there. Do you supplement?

thanks! they dont seem very impressive to me, but maybe thats because i have fairly big goals. im still young so ive got a long way to go. i think another good measure of upper body strength is the strict overhead press. im hoping to get that past two plates this year, its currently at 90kg/ 198lbs.

as for 'supplements', if you mean things like steroids/ PED's, then no im completely natural. if you mean just regular sports/ dietary supplements, then i have whey protein (convenience really), and on workout days i take a preworkout for energy (much cheaper and cleaner than buying energy drinks)

It is definitely coming from a nick or cut on your urethra wall, inside the penis. You will need to take a few days off for it to heal completely or it will continue to open and bleed. Last time I had this issue I took a solid 5 days off and things cleared up and never happened again.

It's good that you don't take any PED's as I'm sure you know they have horrendous side effects. I used to supplement with whey, glutamine, BCAA's, and NO. That combination did wonders for my goals early on, but after a while I switched to just taking whey.

I'm truly impressed by your maxes on each of those lifts. I know when someone is motivated they don't see themselves as being good enough, but I bet any gym you walk into you would be considered strong. Good luck with your future goals, I'll be checking in on you!

if you work during an injury it will take longer to heal and you break will keep getting longer....its better to solve it before it gets worse....
a simple lump that i had could have been healed in a week but i continued training and now i am on a months break.....
try applying some healing ointment of cuts on penis for faster recovery

its happened once before (a couple of months ago) but both this time and the last time, theres been absolutely no pain. it happened both times while stretching, and as i am uncircumcised i have the foreskin around the head when i stretch. because of this, i just noticed blood around the head and foreskin which made it harder to see where it came from. i couldnt see after a lot of looking where the blood came from, there was no pain both times it happened (i only noticed when i looked down) and theres no pain after. considering theres no pain and no damage i can see, im just gonna carry on as normal, with maybe a little less stretching

im too young anyway to be taking peds (im 19). i may be open to in the future but i doubt i will ever take anything, not worth it unless i planned on being a record breaker.

for my numbers i suppose they could be good for the average person, but in terms of what i plan to get to in the future its only the start! and i work out at home so i dont really experience what other peoples numbers are :P and thanks! if things go right this year should be pretty good for me
 
If you are only 19 and you are already posting those numbers I would highly consider taking up body building and eventually entering competitions. With your strength background it should be easy to add the size that you would need onto your frame, and then you would just have to focus on cutting.

I'm sure you could make some cash if you work really hard at it, and you have at least 10 years before you begin to peak athletically. You are putting in the work anyway, so why not get the rewards?
