been a few inconsistent days but it should be fine now. ill be going with no breaks till thursday or friday, then measure a day after.

As long as you recognize this and get back on track you will be just fine. For me, if too many inconsistent days pile up it becomes harder and harder to return to the goal routine. I am happy you are getting back on track, you have done way to much work to slack now.

yeah just some stuff came up and i was out of the house, i still got a little bit of work in just not my normal routine. im still being consistent so its all good!

update: measured today and im now 7.3nbp (7.85 bp) x 5.3 mseg. this is a gain of 0.1 x 0.1 in 2 weeks.

i was drinking last night so i feel this may have affected my eq a little, but its still a gain. was hoping for a little more in the way of girth but oh well. im hoping to gain more than this over the next two weeks. and should hopefully get to my own month [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] target. im very close to 8 inches bone pressed which is exciting!

im just gonna carry on as ive been doing, if it aint broke dont fix it and all. only thing im gonna do is make sure i dont miss as many days. ive taken 3 or 4 days off in the last 2 and a bit weeks, i want to cut that down to once a week if possible. gains are coming along though. i also get good temp expansion from my girth work which lasts for hours with no fluid retention, giving me around a 5.6 inch temp girth

Congrats man, .1 gained in both girth and length in 2 weeks is nothing to be made about, that is a pretty quick gain. It is also great to see you have such a limited fat pad. My question though is are you able to reduce your fat pad any more then it already is or are you pretty cut or thin as it is? I have a huge fat pad personally so I have begun to wonder how low I can eventually get mine.

Fat pad reduces with major fat loss. For me it took a very healthy diet and lots of aerobic activity. It was hard to lose it but seeing all that penis appear as the fat disappeared was unreal, it was the biggest gain I made without gaining:)

yeah i wasnt mad about it, quite happy actually, obviously we always want to gain more quicker though!

my fat pad is around 0.6 inch. i wouldnt say im cut, and im definitely not thin (200+ lbs), but im by no means fat. im probably around 15% bodyfat. if i went on a diet for a little while i could probably get it down to around 0.3 inches, however i dont think its worth it given the difference is small and it would negatively affect my gym training. where im at now in terms of fat percentage is pretty comfortable to maintain. i would say its pretty easy to get to and maintain a fat pad similar to mine

update: took the last 3 days off. wasnt intentional, but with it being christmas and all things just kinda got in the way. started back today, did my normal length routine and later will do my normal girth routine with possibly some clamping after to kick start gains. i want to start messing around with [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] set times to see what is most effective, i also need to bring some kind of timer in with me as i find it hard to gauge how long im doing a set for

Yeah I guess you don't have much of a fat pad to be worried about. My fat pad is no less than 1.5 inches since I am slightly over 300 lbs at the moment, so I plan to lose quite a bit of fat over the coming year and hopefully be over 8 NBPEL by the end of 2015.

Based on your comment I assume you are more into the power lifting or training for strength sort of thing than body building where you would focus on body fat a lot more.

Try to see the weight loss as a major penis victory. I too was close to your weight and when I lost all of the fat I ended up going from a fat pad of about 2" to one that was less than .25" so I automatically saw an increase of 1.75" of length, it was an incredible accomplishment. The thing is you have to be consistent with exercise and diet even after you lose the weight because it can come back pretty quickly. Today I am overweight again and have a fat pad of about 1", which equates to about 60 pounds overweight in my case. What works best for me to lose this is keeping myself active, walking over driving, jogging, stair climbing, pretty much anything that keeps me active. And of course easting right. Easy for me to write this, the hard part is doing it.

Yeah I just measured and my fat pad is at least 2 inches at this point. I am going to get on a solid exercise and diet routine and hopefully get that fat pad below .5 inches during the coming year.

That would be a massive 1.75" gain without any PE involved. If you are training for PE during the fat loss you can end up seeing a gain of more than 2"! I hope that inspires you to lose that weight and to gain as much penis size as possible. You will end up becoming a brand new man!
 
What's the procedure for measuring fat pad? I'm like 20-25% bf, with an inordinately large fat pad. When I was like 150lbs with low bf I looked much bigger, but I know I'm like 1.25 in larger now. Plus, I'm hyper muscular at 230 now. My legs are 26" so that probably makes my dick look tiny around two mountains of thigh.

Very inspired btw OP.

yeah i train for powerlifting, i still have to keep my body fat from going too high as that would worsen my wilks score unnecessarily

as DLD has said theres alot of gains to be made for you in terms of nbp length! im not sure how much you know about diet or training, but ive lost weight in the past and have done a fair amount of research on diet and training over the last few years so if theres any advice you need that i can give i'd be more than happy to!

for measuring fat pad you would just measure your non bone pressed length and bone pressed length. the difference between the two is how big your fat pad is.

thanks for the encouragement! i feel your pain as well, my thighs are 28 inches so even though i have a fairly small fat pad, the comparison with my legs makes my unit look smaller!


update: last week and a bit has been a bit inconsistent. what with christmas and the new year, and socialising and family etc, things have been a bit all over the place. now the holidays are over im back into it, and my next two week measure block started from the second (so i will measure on the 16th).

ive had a little breakthrough with my girth work. i was doing 5x2x3 but wasnt timing my sets, i was just relying on me feeling when 5 minutes was up. on friday i brought my phone into the bathroom and timed each set, this time going for 6-7 minute sets, and a little longer on the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]ssj[/words]'s. the expansion was incredible! so much better than what i was doing before, and im still plump the next day. i did the same yesterday and again really good expansion. im gonna start timing each set now so im sure im getting the desired time in the tube.

02/01/15 - normal length routine (50 dld blasters, 3 sets basic stretches), normal girth routine (bathmate session) but as mentioned, this time with a bit longer in the tube and timed. edging with a cock ring after for ~20 minutes

03/01/15 - normal length routine, slightly longer girth routine. i wore a cockring after for about 4 hours

things are looking good and im excited to see what timing the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] sessions can do for my gains! i think its gonna be very good going by the temp expansion. should be many gains in 2015!
