no stretching. normal [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] routine. got pretty good expansion, hitting just over 7.5 inches inside the tube. i noticed im filling up the tube a bit better now that im getting used to it and getting reconditioned to pumping. in a couple days i should hit 7.75, and in not long i will get the pressure up to 8. after this i did a little edging with a cock ring.

yeah im about 7.75 inches bone pressed, however my original goal was to get to 8 inches non bone pressed. im about 7.2 inches non bone pressed, so im looking at a 0.8 inch gain to get to my long term goal. its not set in stone though, when i get there i may aim for higher, im thinking 8.25-8.5 inch non bone pressed would be better


as for the height thing, i didnt do too much for it. i am very slightly taller than when i started this thread, but this could just be down to natural growth. it seemed that after alot of research, the methods that would work required alot of hormone type drugs which have the potential for many side effects, which i wasnt prepared for. the potential risk for me outweighed the potential benefits

Ah I see. Yeah I was thinking maybe there was some way to gain height by natural methods. There was one thread in the picture progress forum where the guy said something about how stretching and hanging from a pull up bar can increase height, but the last time I remember posting in his thread he never answered and if I remember correctly he has been inactive here for over a year.

You're lucky to be so close to your length goal, but I'm sure you worked hard for it. My personal goal is around 10 inches BPEL before I transition into gaining at least an inch in girth, so I will be at this for at least a few years to come. Keep it up!

is it fedora youre thinking of? if so, hes mentioned at the start of this thread. his methods dont really help you to grow, only stretch out what you already have.

and my goals. well, my original goal was 8 inches non bone pressed, (around 8.5 bp) which i guess im not far from, only about 3/4 of an inch. however, im not sure if that will be enough. i want to be a size that is big enough to bottom out pretty much all women, looks menacing, but also doesnt leave too much out in the cold. given that, for me 9 inches would be the absolute limit. im not sure how much length i will want, i will just have to wait and see, but it will be somewhere between 8 and 9 inches non bone pressed (so 8.5-9.5 bp). same goes for girth. original girth goal was 6 inches mid shaft, but ive gotten the feel of that from temp gains, and i think ill probably want more. somewhere between 6 and 7 inch is what im aiming for, again im not too sure, ill just have to see how it goes as im gaining. hopefully in not too long though ill be at the milestone 8x 6 mark :D im aiming to get that in around 3 or 4 months but who knows how long it'll take.

getting to 10 inches is not gonna be easy. good luck to you on getting there as that is a massive goal!

Yes, it was fedora now that you mention it. I didn't read what he wrote thoroughly, but it seemed like a nice idea.

As for my goal of 10 inches, I am willing to work years solely on length if I need to to get there. I am really in no huge rush as long as I continue to make incremental gains.

what fedora wrote about seemed to be mainly stretching and decompressing cartilage. this may give a little increase for some, but wont be as effective for those who already have good posture, and will be pointless for those who lift heavy.

why work on solely length? why not both length and girth at the same time?
 
update:

10/12/14: no p.e. i forgot about my length work, decided just to take the day off.

11/12/14: normal routine- blasters, basic stretching, and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bm[/words] routine. did a bit of clamping afterwards but didnt feel the hardness i should have. i may do another clamping session today

Some men find it easier to tackle one at a time. In my opinion it is smart to do both as they each compliment one another in growth. Expansion leads to elongation and elongation leads to expansion.

hmm. for me anyway, my regular girth routine is shorter than my length routine. i dont do a particularly intense length routine, yet it takes me 40 minutes. if i was gonna focus more on length it would probably take me an hour plus a day, yet my girth normal girth routine takes only 20-30 minutes (i sometimes do more but only because i enjoy it). the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]bathmate[/words] atleast is fairly time efficient as you use it while you have your daily shower, two birds one stone and all. as dld has mentioned, girth and length work can compliment eachother, so imo its worth implementing a bit to cover all bases. i reckon even just 10-15 minutes of girth work a day will make a difference.

as for visuals, is this purely how you would like it to look? or also visuals in the perspective of women aswell? if its only for yourself and you would like alot of length and not that much girth, then fair enough i completely understand. if its also for women aswell though, you may want to consider girth more as many women will say a girthy penis with decent length rather than a really long penis with not much girth is much more visually imposing and appealing.

I am not saying I will not work on girth at all, in fact I will switch to a routine that is primarily girth based once I get far enough with my length goals. Also, I do agree that most women prefer girth more so than length. I am currently about 5.5 inches in girth, so while I am by no means very thick, I also am not thin.

While I also do agree that a thick dick is visually very appealing, I personally care about being long more than I care about being thick, at least as of now.

As far as sex positions go, there are several positions that require a great deal of length or else the more length one has the better the position is. I, just talking about my individual preferences, prefer women with big round butts. This makes it difficult to do many positions, such as when the girl is laying flat on her stomach and I am on top. I was 7 BPEL the last time I did that, and even though the girl that I was with was thin and had a small butt I didn't have too much length to go in and out with. I basically was moving just an inch or at most two or else I would fall out. Now imagine that with a girl that has a Kim Kardashian type ass (which I would die for).

thats fair enough, some good points. i personally like petite women so dont really have the issues you will face (i think kim k's arse is gross, so we have very different tastes). for wanting a long stroke, this is gonna really depend on your non bone pressed length. i know you mentioned in your progress thread that you have a fair amount of fat pad, which may have been why you could only do 1-2 inch strokes? just a thought. if stroke length is very important to you it may be worth putting alot of focus on fat pad reduction aswell.
 
update:

At the time I was with the chick that I could only do 1-2 inch strokes my fat pad was much smaller than it is now, so i was probably around 6.5 inches NBPEL and she was a thin girl with a smaller ass.

The funny thing is I enjoy women of all shapes except for the extremes of too fat or too thin, it is all just about my mood and how that individual girl looks. I am not black so I probably shouldn't like Kim K as much as I do, but she is one of the hottest women I have ever seen in my life : ), sorry, but it just sucks if you don't think she looks good. i just think her body looks weird... its all out of proportion. each ass cheek is bigger than her head, and just looks like its made out of plastic, her body in general seems to be shaped by surgery rather than the natural look (e.g. going to the gym). shes got weirdly skinny arms and then thighs like a donkey, with fake boobs and then a real thin waist. just doesnt look right, its like body parts of random women stuck on one body. i dont think her face is anything special either, i dunno she just doesnt do it for me! but yeah as you said to each their own. someone like elisha cuthbert or jessica alba does it for me..

its been over a week since i started using the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words], and im getting the hang of it. really liking it now, and getting some good expansion and more consistency with it. compared to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]herc[/words], ive noticed much less fluid retention, aswell as less red dots which is interesting. i dont get as far in the tube compared to the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]herc[/words]. i think this may be because i filled the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]herc[/words] up in girth alot better, so there may have been more of a pulling action, whereas the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]x40[/words] will probably expand my girth more, but i'll have to see

Microwave a jug of water + mix in some cold water after heating to balance temperature? Don't know your living situation/privacy & whether it would look suspicious though?
