okay, so im starting a new progress thread as the old one sort of stagnated, i wasnt motivated enough and also didnt have enough time due to family issues. i also made little/ no gains and was getting a bit discouraged, but i think this was because i hadnt found exercises i actually like so haven't put enough effort in. now ive experimented a bit more i know what i should be doing.

okay so to start i'm 19, from the uk, and want an 8(nbpel)X6(mseg) dick. my current size is 6.75" NBPenis EnlargementL x 5" MSEG.
my short term goal (for 1 months time) is 7inches x 5.25+ inches. i've also got a leftward curve i want to correct. i have an upward curve but i want to keep that.

im also trying to increase height using an aromatase inhibitor. (low dose) currently im a tiny bit under 6ft, i want a permanent 6ft 2.

i go to the gym usually 5 days a week, currently bulking @ 185lbs, roughly 15% fat. i was 130lbs just over a year ago (bare in mind i was an inch or two shorter). my current goals are to reach 193lbs by the start of june, then spend 6 weeks cutting down to roughly 183lbs. i do a mixture of strength training and bodybuilding.
current lifts: deadlift: 320lbs x 5, OHP: 145lbs x 5, bench: 177lbs x 5 (i have shitty chest genetics, strength gains are slow),
ATG squat:200lbs x 4


i dont have loads of free time everyday so dont get a chance to wear an [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] for long amounts of time, so this will be my routine:

-mandingo stretches, 15minutes (usually 30 seconds before my hand starts hurting)
-3x stretch out, to the right, straight down, straight up, up and right, down and right
-20 minutes clamping, with alot of stimulation, some horse 440s, some jelqing and maybe some squeezes underneath the glans
-10 minutes in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words], with 2x [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] stretches straight out, straight up, straight down, and to the left.
-300 erect jelqs against the curve

advice/ tips/ suggestions/ critcism all welcome!

You're doing this all at once or splitting it up? That's a lot just for one set. I would say get as much jelqing as you can. One day just jelqing and the next [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] with [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/forum/penis-enlargement-forum/12539-slow-squash-jelq-nothing-give-me-better-expansion.html]SSJ[/words]. Or split it up in the morning and night.
What's your work out plan? Have you tried FST-7 at all. Greatest pump up I ever got.
Make sure your warming up for both workouts.

i would be doing the length section, then a few hours later to the girth stuff, then a little after that get in the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] when i have a shower before bed. i tried doing half my routine in the morning, but tbh im like a zombie in the morning so it didnt work! i will be currently doing 300 jelqs a day, this number may go up though. the only thing is i find them reallly boring.

my workout plan is: monday: back and bis, tuesday: chest and tris, wednesday: shoulders and traps, thursday: legs,
saturday: shoulders, forearms, abs. i dont do much in the way of programs regarding rep range and sets, i just do 4-8 reps on alot of my lifts (especially compounds) then usually add in a little higher rep range work (8-15) to stimulate both types of muscle growth and increase strength.

i havent heard of fst-7 but ill look into it thanks!

any criticisms on my routine/ am i doing enough? i want gains fast, im sick of waiting.
 
update:
the last 3 days ive done everything in that list, aswell as a little extra clamping and some extra stretching (not really thinking about it when on the laptop). im alot mroe motivated this time round, i have to get it done! im going on a lads holiday in a few months and i really want a big dick by then! i was sitting at my desk yesterday, it was late, and i was doing economics work, then i thought to myself, do i wanna do this work or have a big dick? so then i clamped for like 25 minutes...
for the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] though, im only doing straight up, straight out, and straight down stretches, this is because when i try to do them to the left/ right its uncomfortable and i tend to lose suction. im doing 2-3 30 second stretches per direction. dicks feeling good, not really fatigued.

gym: ive started smolov jr. today to get my bench up as my chest has always been a weak point (i can BOR the same as my bench). im hoping to get some nice strength gains as its sort of stagnated. if i like the layout and results of smolov i might try the full version for my dead and/ or squat.

also the accutane is clearing my skin well, with the only side effect being dry skin/ lips but its not even bad. also as for the letro, i may up the dose as im feeling nothing from it and ive heard the liquid forms are sometimes underdosed. ill slowly taper it up to around 0.5mg EOD and see how i feel. worse comes to worse ill taper it back down again but even that is a very low dose. even being on both accutane and letro, ive got no joint pain, no loss of libido, no erection issues and no mood issues. things are going well!
 
okay so yesterday was feelin a little fatigue, so just did my stretches and left it there. today ill be going hard again and really wanna blast my girth. i want to focus on girth now as ive realised how important it is; if i only increase length by .25" i'll get a 4% increase in volume, but if i only increase girth by .25" ill get a 9% increase in volume! more than double. so girth will be the focus now as its gonna fill up a girl more than length. i will still be doing all the stetches mentioned in the OP but i will probably be spending more time on girth and be more intense, if anyone has some really intense exercises not already mentioned would love to hear them.

as for gym, todays leg day! hoping for some pb's
 
If your on the laptop at a desk, get a hanger and use that time. You can make one easily. Snake hanger or BIB hanger or any other ones available. I lay back in bed pushing the weight with my legs while reading or watching tv. Don't worry about the morning, I tried it and it bombed as well.
You sound good with the reps and weight. Try to spread out the shoulder interaction. You could tear your shoulder up bad if overtrained. Get your protein in whenever you can and don't forget your cardio. It helps pump all that blood and keeps your body moving. 30 min of light to medium jogging after workouts helps alot. That's what I do. Just be careful with your rotator cuff ok. Good luck man.

yeah i did use a lock hanger before, but tbh my main priority is girth as i dont think its big enough for my length so this will be my main focus, and the volume increase is alot greater, so when i can find good ways of increasing it i might add in the hanging.

my second shoulder day usually isnt as heavy, i also throw in some rotation cuff exercises on the cables aswell to keep everything strong and healthy and always do good form so my shoulders have no complaints. my diet is in check (as i do regular research on nutrition) with protein being around 180g a day, cals being at 3500~ and fat being fairly high as its important. however, i dont do alot of cardio! what can i say i just hate it, i do about 15-20 minutes of running a week on the treadmill but i just hate it its so monotonous and boring. untill about a month ago i never bothered with cardio whilst weight training. i used to do boxing, but was considering getting into mma to get my fitness and endurance up (as i dont like the style of boxing)

update: last two days havent been great for p.e. i got my stretches in but girth work has been lacking due to erection quality (fatigue). yesterday i tried to do a girth workout but couldnt get the necessary erection quality so decided to leave it to rest, then do a big session today. will be doing it soon so hopefully i get some nice expansion!
 
Yeah. Starting on girth work tends to be harsh. I used to be the same way trying to keep an erection, but now I do it after my length work. That seems to help keep me hard for a while. Now I use my phone to watch some adult entertainment videos when I begin my girth or jelqing routine. I stay on just women giving blowjobs so I don't become so desensitized to adult entertainment. I also stop after a while so my body and mind recuperate.
As long as you take very good care of your shoulders I'm all for it, you sound like you have it under good control. I still hate running to this day but by pushing myself to do it, it only makes me stronger in the end. Have you considered doing HIIT, High Intensity Interval Training I believe it's called. 30 sec. at medium then 30 sec. at fast and then some slow time in there. You burn the fat far easier after a hard workout since you removed the glycogen stores in the muscles and the body then switches to using the reserve fats instead of muscle tissue. I used to love reading the Muscular Development magazine. They have great training routines and new ideas from trainers all over the world. Out of all the magazines, I like that one the best. Kind of costly though, but worth it. Shouldn't your protein intake be higher than that, like around 1.5 to 2 grams of protein per bodyweight since your trying to gain mass?
Sometimes training to hard can exhaust you enough that your unable to stay hard for too long. I would say definitely invest in some type of hanger. The way your routine sounds, it would compliment it very well. You CAN gain length AND girth at the same time since your still pretty new at this. I was very happy when I got mine. I just got back on it and still love it. Great job so far man.

yeah i tried girth again tonight but im still fatigued as i tried to work through it the last couple of nights. im gonna have a day off completely tomorrow, no girth, no length and no gym. then on sunday i hope to hit all three hard. if all goes well that would mean i hit length 4 times this week and girth 3 and a half. not ideal, but im just getting used to the intensity of the girth work im doing, so maybe next week ill do 2 on, 1 off.

yeah im slowly increasing the amount i do cardio, but as i said i just find it so boring, would rather be lifting heavy weight! i did HIIT when i did boxing (2 hour sessions). it included tire flipping, running, pad work, sparring, bodyweight exercises etc. but that was about a year ago, i think i need to get into some sport to get my aerobic fitness levels up considerably, i wanted to do mma but there really isnt many in london. as for fat loss, this is doubtful due to the amount of calories im eating. i would read magazines like md but tbh i think theyre kinda expensive for what they are and alot of their facts seem to be based on flawed studies.
as for the protein intake, i used to reallyy try and get loads of protein, but after doing more research on it it seems that as little as 0.8g per lb/bw is enough, with somewhere around 1.25g being ideal. so yes i should probably be eating maybe 30-40 more grams of protein a day which im going to start doing.

yeah im not saying i dont want to gain length, but i want my routine sort of be like 70/30 girth:length as i want to gain girth quicker as i feel its seriously lagging. as it currently stands im pretty average for girth, but about an inch over average in length. if i get to 7NBPenis EnlargementL X 5.5 MSEG i will be soo much happier. i think what ill do is try the 2 days on 1 day off, then if thats working and im not fatigued ill add in a hanger of some sort and see how it goes. thanks for the input/ suggestions!
 
update: monday went good, tuesday went okay, got all length in but only about half of the girth. my problem with girth is that i have to masturbate a little to get fully erect for clamping and everything, but alot of the time watch too much adult entertainment and get carried away with the masturbation, end up coming, then the session is ruined... im aware of it and am trying to correct the problem. im only 19 so im horny as fuck!

theres a girl i really want to make progress with, but i want to be ATLEAST at 5.25 MSEG before she even sees my dick. i would be alot happier with 5.5 though. this is good motivation but i really want to go with her soon so need to make gains quickly..

todays a day off, i feel this is necessary for my girth work.

gyms going well, smolov jr for my bench is going well aswell depsite me being ill over the weekend. ive gotta focus on getting enough sleep!

Fuck accutane. 25mg a day, for how long so far? Hows your liver values? When was your last labs done? Stick with B-5 powder to control acne, easy and water soluble.

What do your macros look like? Why bulk to only 193 and then spend 6 weeks getting to where you just started off? You can get there in 2 weeks easy, that is not a lot a weight to drop really.if your going to bulk, bulk. Break 200 at least, get up to 215, then cut to 195 or so.

there is a study that i know of that has been done on adolescents who had been predicted dhort heights and taken legtro with good results. i dont have it to hand i might find it later. there may be more im not sure. if you read the other posts im not going for complete estrogen suppression, just controlling it. im on less than o.5mg a day which if you know about letro, is low. my e levels are low but stable. i have my bloods done every month, last one done 5 days ago and everything perfectly fine.

as for accutane, its easy to say 'do this' if its worked for you. not everyones the same, ive tried pretty much everything there is and nothing has worked, ive had it for about 5 years. accutane id=s my only option. im on a low dose anyway so side effects are minimal.

as for the bulking, maybe i didnt make myself clear. i havent just started bulkingm ive been bulking for a while, starting at 130lbs. im going to finish my bulk in a months time, then start cutting for 6 weeks, before a holiday. if i try and lost 10lbs of fat in 2 weeks you can sure im going to lose alot of water weight, stregnth, and muscular size which is whhy i dont be doing that

my macros are `180-200g protein, 125g fat, the rest carbs

i stupidley didnt take height measurements from more than one day so cant get a very accurate pre height. i was 5ft 11.6~ when i started taking the letro, and i think im 5ft 11.85~ now (i round up to 6ft when asked my height). these are morning measurements. so gains havent been big and there is room for error with the way it was measured. a big part of it that i have yet to do something about is increasing pge1 levels. ive ordered some rosehip oil for this so should be using some of this soon. i should hopefully see smore more gains if i can get pge1 levels up, but bare in mind growth is slowed due to me being on accutane (catch 22 eyy?). i might also make a ROP if i can source the parts for cheap in the uk

yeah ive had a look at fedoras stuff but tbh dont think it'll do anything for me. his stuff is about decompressing the spine but i have good posture so dont think thats an issue for me. i have tried a couple of his exercises but had no luck...

Do you do some height exercises aside from taking that supplement?
 
I have to say that I love this thread title. I missed it on my first time through but it truly is a strong statement of manifestation! The title alone will serve to inspire you on a subconscious level which will constantly be reinforcing the commitment you are making! Bravo! And to other men listening, words are so important! The words we use to speak on ourselves should be very well thought through before declaring a statement of self! Whenever speaking of yourself, always do so with the way you want things to be, ALWAYS! If you are always seeing yourself as what you want to be it will happen so much quicker!
