I just got mine in earlier today. Took a while for me to figure out how to get the gland in..but I eventually found out that the hose was much better than the bulb pump.

One thing I couldn't figure out is that when taking off the piece from the gland, it fucking hurts like hell. Did I not use enough lube?
 
Removal of Glans from the chamber, the feeling reported by a few can vary. I just grin & bear with it.
Too much lube & you will slip out, at least thats what I experience.
Some may have more of a sensitive Glans, than others.
 
i just allow the air to get in the chamber for like 10 seconds then slowly pull and allow it to slip out. you could try revers pressure with ball or tube.
 
As above, allow the pressure to release slowly, try angling the pump to the point the air releases more comfortably.
 
Well the glan doesn't fully come out once I release the suction. It seems to get stuck in between the narrow sluice and that's when I have to slowly pull it out.

Guess I'll have to experiment with it some more.
 
doest really bother me this is normal if you are getting pain then shorten time in extender as what your feeling is from lack of fresh blood causing numb feeling in the head kind of like when your foot sales asleep. or add more lube to the head each time you re attach the pro. i do this but it does still stop right before the tip. the only time it kind of hurt for a second was the time i wore it 3 hrs straight so now i take it off every hr or 2.
 
i don't get why everyone is having so much of an issue with the ball pump. i mean i know they say they improved the pump and the the latex pieces but i went on pegym and everyone is having the same issues with the ball. here is my question because i have the ball pump and the hose as well but i can use the pump ball just fine. are you guys just expecting the ball to suck in the head on the first pull for me it just pulls it in slightly. then i twist it off slightly the squeeze repeat quarter turn release push and it usually pulls it all the way in. then repeat this again just to make sure all the air is out and head is tight. then when i start to pull the ball off i stop once i can feel i can turn it to the left and turn it to the left to about 11 o'clock securing the valve release. found it was the easiest way to tighten but not over tighten. i mean on pe gym one guy said he felt like he needed 3 hands to get it on i just don't get why so many are having issues. maybe ill have my wife film me and stick it on red tube or some shit like that it literally takes me a min 30 seconds to put it on. i have had the thing for 4 days. i love this thing.

put in the stints that it comes with. once the head is sucked init will expand and the stints hold the head in place. by making the exit smaller.

hey man i just tried this released valve once air comes out grab the outside disk tilt it to the top of the head and then to the bottom and head just slid right out. no pulling. wow I'm super bored and my insomnia is getting out of hand.

I am right there with you my brother! My hypomania is slowly setting in, nights are becoming mornings, lack of a need to sleep. For me, right now, I can not have a manic episode so I am keeping it at bay using Serequel. Once I am in Florida (Sunday) I am sure I will be in full Hypomania. This will be very valuable in the work I have to do but we all know where it ends....I hope to get a lot of work done this year before mania sets in. My cycles are VERY long and if I do not take full advantage of the extra energy and the extra hours awake it would be a total waste. Anyway, insomnia desired or not should be dealt with by taking whatever medication you need to take to get sleep, period. In any mental illness the biggest trigger is ALWAYS lack of sleep. Believe me, I would love to have the hypomania come and party my ass off but I have to be strong right now, you guys are depending on me and this visit to Florida.

Off topic, with regards to the pmp, I'm feeling a bunch of pain on the area right before e ridge. It's specific to the top part (facing the belly). It feels like that's the area that's taking much of the load of the tension, and in fact I've got some discoloration right there from my skin stretching. Anyone have a similar issue or know of what I can do to resolve this issue? I think that if I can manage to somehow alleviate this pain, I can get a lot more hours in.

This is where it hurts me too, especailly when I'm taking it off, but it only starts to hurt after 2 hours of wearing the PMP. I take it off for anywhere from 2-30 minutes and it's fine. I find wearing the PMP all the time as much as possible, as well as doing manual stretches throughout the day, whenever you take off the PMP helps build your tolerance. When you have days off, that's when you get sensitive again.

Yea, mine starts to really hurt at the 2 hour mark also. Except that when I take a break, I can only put it on for shorter and shorter amounts of time. Even then, I don't want the tension to be directed at that area more than the entire length of my penis. It would be nice to know how to redirect the force throughout the shaft.

It's not that the force is on that point, that's just the point that is rubbing against the plastic ridge of the head piece. Try pushing your head into the headpiece as you suck on the hose. If you're using the hand ball pump, that could be your problem. I don't think it gives nearly enough suction to get in there good. I use the hose.

I have both and honestly, everything about the PMP is better quality than the SG, The main differences of course are the head piece, also the PMP rod attachment snaps onto the rods from the bottom when the SG you have to compress the rods and stretch your penis way out to get the rods into the attachment which can be a bit of a pain and hassle if you are trying to use more bars to get a better stretch in the extender, but on the PMP you cant lock down the screws to stay extended straight out like the SG can but I usually extend while sitting down to make sure I keep it in the position I want and I use the knee strap throughout the day for about 4 hours.

I have the pump ball and the hose but I prefer the pump much more. The hose just doesn't work for me. But I tried putting more of my shaft in and it seemed to make my glans go numb due to lack of blood. I'm thinking that I may have been overdoing it with the tension. Last night I tried with a lighter load and I felt much less pain. Slow and easy.
I'm curious...have you tried twisting your shaft and putting the headpiece into the extender with the bottom of your glans facing up? I think I'm gonna try that and see how it works and if it reduces some of the pain in that area.
