Here are some pics from a morning clamping session. I warmed up with 100 jelqs, then took these after clamping for about 10 minutes (edging/jelqing throughout).

After this session, I wore a cockring around all day (I wore the Powerballs by Oxballs around my whole package, then had one donut ring around my balls, and another just around my shaft). I really am seeing the steady girth gains coming, and hopefully the pics show it!

Also, I am glad that I stopped pumping. I am seeing gains accumulate now, and more importantly, I'm seeing a better look on where my shaft meets my scrotum. The color looks better, and between the clamping and ball stretching, everything just looks nicer than when I was pumping, which would always pull my scrotum up my shaft.

Haha thanks. Never heard my cock described as "cool" before!

It varies. Somedays I only wear my cockrings, somedays I do 1 set of clamping for 10 minutes. Today I was horny, so after the gym I did another 3 sets of 12 minutes (so a total of 100 normal jelqs and 4 clamped sets where I edged/jelqed). I've said for a long time that you should listen to your body in determining how much PE to do every day. If you aren't horny or have bad EQ, take it as a [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]sign[/words] to take it easy. If you are horny, go to town. But don't completely exhaust your cock, and hold off on cumming for as long as you can!

2 questions - does ADC stand for all day cockring? Is there a reason you don't use the oxballs powerballs for the all day cockring?

And how does the jelqing while clamped work? I assume you're careful not to do it too hard?

Yeah, it's a great way to start a session. I use the Jergens w/Shea Butter (pictured in the photos above, haha) or Stroke 29 by Gun Oil.

Yes, ADC = all day cockring. I really think that is a HUGE reason I keep gaining girth--my cock stays fat all day after my sessions. I do use the Oxballs Powerballs for an all day cockring--it is WAY more comfortable than a cheap sex store cockring. I also will use the Thruster by Oxballs (they discontinued the Powerballs and this is the replacement--it's a huge cockring, the size of like 3 Powerballs). I vary my ADC setup. Sometimes I just wear one Powerballs behind my whole package, sometimes I wear two and set it up like an Arab strap, or sometimes I wear a Thruster around my package and a Powerballs around my shaft. Lately I've been experimenting with a Thruster around my package and a few of the sex store donut rings around my balls. I also just received some of the Donut-2 Atomic Jock rings from Oxballs. Going to mess around with them for ADC. The Donut-2 is tighter than the Powerballs and Thruster, so I'm thinking it'll be good for the first hour or so after a session, then I'll move on to a more comfortable ring.

Clamped jelqing is pretty self explanatory. I don't go too hard and mix it with edging--when I get too close to the edge, 10 or so jelqs helps me calm down and also moves the blood around nicely.

Thanks Zacky boi, I want to start on clamped jelqing but I haven't got the technique down yet. I wish you'd make a clip of it so that I have some perspective to go on. I already do normal jelqs between clamp sets which works wonders and seeking a adc too. I do a good part of my workout in the shower for heat (a noticeable advantage)
 
Hey Zac I really want to gain some girth. All ive done in my PE career is length and while i've made good gains, I really want some more girth. You seem to have gained a lot of girth, especially from clamping. What should I do as a beginner?

I can definitely make a clip of it. It's a pretty light jelq--just enough to move the blood around and give the clamping set some variety.

If you want more detail, let me know, but here's my basic advice: Jelq, then clamp, then wear an ADC and avoid cumming for as long as possible. 5 mg of daily Cialis has also helped me with this, but that's do your research on that (it's generally very safe and actually healthy for the prostate, but I'm no doctor).

For learning to clamp, check out the guide here and RedZulu's old guide (I'll see if I can dig it up). Start easy and gradually increase your set times and work sets. Clamping should feel good, and you can tell it is really working when your head gets full and shiny. After all these years, though, I still generally stick to 3-4 sets of 10-15 minutes and get great gains from that.

I started using these velcro straps as cockrings. They are comfortable and adjustable to any size of the penis and I can use the restroom without a problem. After a pump session in the morning and shower, I would apply some cocobutter on my unit, let it dry for a few minutes and then wrap a 6-8" piece of wrap at the base. Then I wrap the velcro strap around and tension it about 50-60%. It keeps my unit full and from shrinking throughout the day. Also, I do some quick pull, stretch, and pressing to get some blood flow in my penis so it keeps it continuously full. I've worn while sleeping and it makes my penis looking full and fat in the mornings before a pump session. Hope this helps.

Set 2: 10 minutes, after lunch
Wear ADC

Set 3: 15 minutes, around mid-afternoon
Wear ADC

I've noticed great results from this and seem to get nice and extra thick all day long. Busy lately, but I'll post a more detailed update about it soon.

I really like the idea of these shorter sets as I think they are safer and will reduce the risk of thrombosis and discoloration. Let us know if this be the case.
 
So when you do the clamped jelqs bra, do you feel like the clamps travel forward alot and need to find a way to keep it back? Or does it travel some but yolo you just do the jelqs anyhow?

I normally hold the clamp in place with my left hand, and do the jelqs with my right. Will get that video soon.
 
Ok bra thanks. I feel like clamped jelqs will be the most intense exercise I've ever done which is why I'm bugging you so much about it. I've been asking several people since last year but it just seems so advanced to me. I'm really looking forward to it though :D
 
I found my girth measurement tool and decided to take some measurements. These were taken without having done ANY PE all day, and having cum twice earlier in the day.

Base girth: 7.25"
Low shaft girth: 6.5"
Mid-shaft girth: 6.75"
Glans girth: 6.25"

Yep, just clamping. Well, some jelqing occasionally as well. It's hard to say which exact routine gave me the most gains, as I've been at it for a while. But I'd say one involving a shower warm up, 50-100 jelqs to begin, then 3 sets of 10-15 minutes of clamped kegels/edging/jelqing, followed by wearing an all-day cockring.

I used to pump a lot, but honestly I think that was all a waste, save the temporary size (both air pumping and [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98]Bathmate[/words] pumping). Jelqs and clamping have given me my permanent size gains.

Thanks for the congrats! It really is a crazy difference in girth--it's hard for me to believe sometimes. Before PE, I used to hear I had a big or long cock, but I never heard anything about the girth. Now, the first comment I always get is that it is fat or thick.

It should be tight enough that you can clearly feel the difference between it and a normal erection, and your head will get shinier than usual as the set goes on.
