Had an intense girth day today. I decided to log my routine:
Hot Shower
20 jelqs w/Jergens (Shea Butter)
10 minutes pumping at 5" hG w/heating pad (no sleeve or cockring) - Sitting up in bed
5 minutes clamping - Standing - Vibrate w/Hitachi
20 jelqs w/Jergens (Shea Butter)
10 minutes pumping at 7-8" hG w/heating pad (no sleeve or cockring) - Sitting up in bed
5 minutes clamping - Standing - Vibrate w/Hitachi
11 minutes pumping at 8" hG w/cockring at base and around balls - Standing, milking the tube
4 minutes pumping at 5" hG w/cockring at base and around balls - Standing
Break -- Left the house for some meetings. Back in about 3 hours.
10 minutes pumping at 5" hG w/heating pad (no sleeve or cockring) - Sitting up in bed
15 minutes pumping at 5-8" hG w/heating pad (no sleeve or cockring) - Sitting up in bed, lowering pressure to 5" and raising back to 8"
15 minutes pumping at 5-10" hG w/cockring - milking the tube, lowering pressure to 5" and raising back to 10"
