Yeah, I think 90 minutes is a bit too long for pumping. I think 3-5 10 minute sets at 10" hG is plenty, and then rest/ADC/clamping to cement.
Unfortunately, I'm only able to pump about once a week due to lack of privacy. Nonetheless, the weekly "BaddJack" pumping mixed with daily SSJs is paying off so far. I think you're deserving of the title BaddJack--you advocate for a higher intensity style pumping, and have great results to pack it up.
Btw, I have been pumping after taking my daily 5 mg Cialis. I think that keeps my EQ up and reduces fluid retention.
