Yes, I believe that clamping is the number 1 method for cementing girth gains. Supersetting pumping and clamping is awesome! The pump brings the quick girth, and the clamp helps turn that into a real gain.

I recommend the Cable Clamp brand, medium clamp. I just use the theraband as a wrap between the skin and the clamp.

I use a 10" LA Pump (Cylinders | LA Pump). Vacu-Tech is another respected brand. I'm sure the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MoS[/words] pump is quality too. I'd recommend just the basic air pump to begin with, and make sure to get a pump with a pressure gauge and a silicone sleeve to make it softer against your base and keep scrotum skin out. Might want to grab a few spare connector pieces too.

Totally agree. Tigerpumping has a really great guide for pumping that I still go back and reference. Basically you should stick to the 3"-5" hG range. I normally end my sets with some slightly higher pressure, but I've been pumping for years. Still would NEVER go above 9" hG, and that's after years. And always use heat! I put a heating pad around my cylinder. Not only is it safer this way, but your gains will come quicker.

I still have quite a way to go! My current girth is about 6" at the head, 6.5" mid-shaft, and 7" at the base. Still working on cementing those temporary girth pumps to permanent gains.

I see you do clamping, pumping and keep a light constriction device to stay engorged. What's your complete routine meaning how many sets and that how much vacuum pressure and things of that nature?

I don't have a set routine, but here's a routine I've been using lately if I want to get really thick.

Warm up with heating pad
Pump: 10 minutes, ~5 hG, heating pad around pump, silicone sleeve around base of pump, water based lube on cock
Clamp: 8 minutes, Bio Oil as lube, hitachi under shaft for vibration/stamina work, kegel throughout, maybe cockring under glans
1 minute break, maybe some light jelqs for bloodflow
Pump: 10 minutes, ~6 hG, heating pad around pump, silicone sleeve around base of pump, water based lube on cock
Clamp: 8 minutes, Bio Oil as lube, hitachi under shaft for vibration/stamina work, kegel throughout, maybe cockring under glans
1 minute break, maybe some light jelqs for bloodflow
Pump: 10 minutes, ~3-8 hG (slowly raise pressure, then lower, repeat), heating pad around pump, no silicone sleeve around base of pump, water based lube on cock

Clamp: 5 minutes, kegel/ use bio oil to lube cock up
30 second rest, then throw on cockring (Powerballs by Oxballs)
Avoid cumming for as long as possible

Today I warmed up in the shower, then did about 100 semi-erect jelqs, then alternated 5 minute sets of clamping and pumping. The results were less temporary size, but more solid overall size. I used a cockring under my head to work on accentuating the mushroom shape.

Here I am after about 10 minutes into today's session.
