Hey Dash If you like hanging straight (i do) out I have found that using a [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] as a fulcrum will really increase the stretch intensity to the inner penis. I show this in the video above.

Although the fulcrum is used to stretch the particular area it's not really expressive,expressive would be removing the fulcrum and hanging that way even at a lower point in the penis would be really expressive

I use the [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]PA[/words] as a fulcrum to stretch the internal penis and not the particular area I place it. It hits my inner penis with greater intensity then just hanging alone.

Don't worry about it. It is all good. Drawing from my engineering years I would only comment that the total force is not appreciably increased because of the use of a fulcrum device in this case, however, leverage is applied at a specific point and some amount of force is concentrated on a smaller area of tissue. If one were to imagine amplifying the scenario by bending a steel pipe that is under a fixed tension over a fixed object (fulcrum) then you would see strain increase on the now lengthened area and a slightly compressed area at the point of the fulcrum. Mathematically this is so. The net tension would remain the same while to localized forces have a net balance. The theoretical gain, therefore, is localized in the long area at the greatest distance from the fulcrum at the top of the pipe. That plastic deformation IS why fulcrum hanging may have an advantage. Of course there are imperfections in the application because of frictional forces and other variables revolving around moment arms and some related ratios. Do you guys follow what I am saying here or maybe I should just shut the fuck up?

Hi brothers, i bought the bib hanger around 2 months ago because i wanted to get into heavy hanging. I started at 4lbs and slowly went up to 12 lbs in 2 months, the results i got were decent, but i didnt like the hanging experience at all(pinching, uncomfortable, no bloodflow in glans, feels like its bad for my glans) and yes i tried different wraps etc but it still felt quite uncomfortable in my glans-area
So i read some reviews on the LG hanger and they sounded pretty solid, so i want to give it a try. But i have 2 questions and hope someone here knows the answers:

1) Up to how heavy can u hang comfortably with the LG hanger?

2) Since its a vacuum hanger around the glans, will that permanently increase the size of my glans with the time? I dont really want to increase the size of my glans to be honest, kinda feel like big penis"torso" and medium or small sized head looks more aesthetic(just my opinion), so im worried about this

My plan is to do 20 mins per day of heavy hanging(right before bed) and then use a overnight stretcher while sleeping(phallosan).
Im posting here because most ppl here are into heavy hanging too and i was hoping maybe they tried the LG hanger or actually use it

If you get your taping down I think you can hang as heavy as you want and as much as the sleeves will allow. The owner got up to 25 lbs. With proper taping or even stronger sleeves, which might happen in the future or you can learn to make your own, I can see it getting up higher. But 25 pounds should take a new hanger quite a while to work up to

Hanging heavy is all about the wrap, when I first started hanging I could not go past 15-20 pounds without unreal pain and pinching, it was only after I mastered wrapping that I was able to go as heavy as I wanted with complete comfort.

Dash I'm hanging SO 2X 30 minutes with the LG hanger started with 2.5 kgs but moved up to 5 kgs now should I do it 7 days a week? Or do you think we need rest?

Everyone responds differently but I personally go 5 days on and 2 days off as long as my EQ does not suffer. You do need to work up to this if you are hanging heavy. I also tend to lay off the weekend so I can have sex more times throughout the weekend after the gig. Since I have stopped consuming alcohol I am able to really push the limits for hanging. Use good judgement and avoid personal injury. Don't let PE rule your life and remove you from social contact. Take time off and enjoy yourself as you go. Balance and moderation are key points in my life. I recommend this approach for everyone. Dig?

Thanks a lot best post I've read in a while so true don't let PE control your life I'm currently on my 5th day straight EQ is still at normal and my penis is hanging thicker and a longer flaccid pull and I can feel it tougher so maybe I need more weight soon.

Very true. A lot of guys get so caught up that they feel they have to do PE 24/7. PE should enhance your life not take it over.

Wow I think me and you are on the same path brother and have come to some of the same conclusions. I quit drugs and alcohol a year ago tomorrow. PE just doesn't consume my life anymore but like working out it is something I enjoy making progress in and still do regularly but everything in life must be pursued with balance. Wow I think me and you are on the same path brother and have come to some of the same conclusions. I quit drugs and alcohol a year ago tomorrow. Since then I have a more active social and family life. PE just doesn't consume my life anymore but like working out it is something I enjoy making progress in and still do regularly but everything in life must be pursued with balance. I think this thread is great because it shows that you can make great gains and have a life too.
