I went crazy on manuals in the evening.
Had a good session. Penis definitely felt more stretchy at the end of the routine.
I also thought about doing less different exercises and switch exercises after some time, kinda like bb. Less exercises and more sets.

3. Erect stretching (Bathmate or pump)
I will try to implement all those in my routine. I want to do DLD's hardcore [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] stretches with an air pump after my evening routine. I already tried it a while ago, but never put them seriously in my routine.

I was experimenting with reverse trap jelqs... In the end I found them too dangerous and gained the base girth with clamping.
Hanging seems to work for base girth according to a lot of people on [words=http://www.mattersofsize.com/join-now.html]MOS[/words].

True, I was aiming exclusively for length before.
I still want length though, but I can't use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] anymore because of my job and school. I spent way more time outside my place these days.
My current situation had me change my routine and my mindset about my Penis Enlargement goal. I decided to try to fill the [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]Bathmate[/words] [words=https://officialhydromaxpump.com/?uid=6&oid=2&affid=98 ]X-40[/words] up in a slow pace.
I will do manual stretches in the morning and girth in the evening.(this week I got up too late every day, lol). Aiming for a gaining-balance between length and girth.
I also take multivitamin now and increased my protein intake for Penis Enlargement and BB.

Yeah, I will try to do that for length gains. Tracking worked good for me, but I could't get the hours in. So, I hope this will bring more comfort to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words].

I have tried many different modifications to make the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] work. Various wrappings, straps, noose. I could wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] not long enough to make big gains, because there were always problems with choking the glans, slippage, discomfort, break and so on.
I emailed Ron about my size and he told me which RC-cone to order. I live in Europe and ordering to receiving it took 5 days, quite fast.

Putting it on
It’s really easy to use. Just press your glans against the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words] and roll/pull your fore skin all the way up. (I’m uncut btw, so I could easily position it to the top. I don’t know exactly how high up the foreskin should go, but this is how I use it.)
After that place the cone over the foreskin and you’re ready to go. There should be a good suction while stretched and proper positioned. Next, I put on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and adjust the device.

Wearing it

I try to do most of my schoolwork at home, this term is not that hard. Almost went crazy in beginning of this month, shit.

I used the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-tugger in combination with an elastic lace that was tied at the foot end. The idea here was to create a low tension stretch. I only did 1,5h with setting the alarm. I want to do this as controlled and safely as possible. Session went fine.

Added the 0.5” bars on the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words]. The penis is situated lower in the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-mod, so more bars are needed to get to the same tension of a normal setup. I’m currently using 3”+2”+1”+0.5” bars.
While extending, I switch between the up and down position. I padded the upper and downward part of the base with rolled up fabric towel material, which allows me to wear in longer in the desired position.

My current routine is basically wear the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] as much as possible. There are days that I can’t use the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] enough and days that I wear it quite long. Average was 4h in the 2 weeks from when I started with this.
To get more hours in, I use the [words=http://TLCTugger.com/MOS]VLC[/words]-tugger and strap myself in for about 2h in bed after my short manual stretching session. When I wake up and take a piss, I clean up ect. ect. I should go for the next session… but I find myself to be too sleepy/fucked up to re-strap. So, I’ll be working on this. Need more discipline :).

I start extending at max. tension that I can cope with. I wear this setup till the 3rd tension mark is visible, or simply when I gained about 0.4" FSL. If so, I add 0.5" bars to the [words=https://shop.mattersofsize.com/products/sizegenetics-penis-extender]extender[/words] and repeat the process described earlier. I vary tension so my body doesn't get used to the same tension and in order to cement to a certain degree.

I’ve been doing this routine for 2 weeks and gained 0.2”(5mm) FSL. I’m now at the 2nd tension mark when I start extending. When I gain another 0.2”, I add 0.5” bars. It’s nice to see some progress :cool:. I also noted better EQ.
This is not the full potential of my routine, I still need to get those hours at night!

When I stretch at higher tension my EQ is not as good.

How long did you stretch at low tension before adding the 0.5" bars?
