My length routine is multiple sets of 15min manual stretching each day(3 or more) and BathmateG on occasion. I know this works for me and have seen it from temporary gains. Do your best!

Added base padding to increase comfort. I will saw 5 cm off tomorrow to decrease the size to 45cm. I do basic manual stretching during the daytime and will do [words=http://www.phallosan.com/shop/catalog/default.php?z=eNortjIxtVKyL0pNszWxMFcrSSxKTy2JL0hMT7U1UisoykyxtbBQSy4tLsnPjS8uKcrMS7dVsgZcMMpbEbo%2C]ANS[/words] extending(low tension) when I sleep. I finally found cable clamps in my country and ordered some of them. I want to do go heavy on girth for 1 day per week and the rest of the week will be length only.

My next goal will be 22.5cm (~9”) length, before 2013. My 10” goal was asking too much of my dick too fast :P!

A while ago I did a measurement after a 2 week Penis Enlargement break. My measurements were 8.2” x >6.0”and gains are stable over a long time( multiple measurement over larger time span).

I still have the same gf, whom is somewhat small and already fears my penis(lol). It made me realize that I was thinking way too extreme. I mean 4real, what do I do with a monster penis if I can only penetrate with half of my length. adult entertainment and other bs, fucks us up pretty bad… want I want is still extreme :S.
I finally decided what I want as final goal size: 9.4” x 7.5”. This means that I need 1.2” length and 1.5” girth to reach my final goal. I don’t have a time period set for my goal. I just Penis Enlargement with the workout-intensity to grow. Again the most important thing is keeping discipline, motivation and consistency at the highest level.

-Summary of Gains-
Pre Penis Enlargement: 6.4” x 5.5”
So far I gained: 1.8” x 0.5”
Current: 8.2” x >6.0”
Need to gain: 1.2” x 1.5”
Final goal: 9.4” x 7.5”

Notice that I’m not the perfect Penis Enlargement-textbook example. I could always say… I would have more gains if I did this, that and more. Again saying these things and talking shit does not grow your dick.
I enjoy my Penis Enlargement journey and I will get there!!!

That's how you should be thinking. Gotta be comfortable with your body, if someone isn't comfortable with you than that's their own problem.
Same thing goes for working out, how you groom yourself, and how you dress. Good job on your progress, you can reach your goal.

I did some base attached hanging with a BIB and felt that it works. I don't have the privacy to do hanging.

Had a real good BathmateG session of 20 min. The suction was perfect and the expansion was nice.
While sitting and leaning back, I felt the BathmateG pulling on my suspensory ligament.
I finished it off with 2x20 min clamped edging and some nice visuals ;)

You know when you stretch out your penis fully, as hard as you can, and you can feel it firmly stop, like it won't go out any further, like it is "at the end of it's rope", so to speak... Are you able to get past this point? Like will it eventually stretch farther from this point in time? Have you encountered this? Where you pull out as hard as you can and it feels like its fully extended to it's max, and there is no way it will stretch any further no matter how hard you pull. Does this just happen and you can overcome it by consistency? Let me know if you know what I'm trying to describe, thanks!

I do not feel a real stop. It is more like a soft stop, which gives me a nice stretching sensation.

When busy it is best to keep even the smallest routine going. For me, anyway, if I am too busy to train and don't get anything in it can become a long time off. Even when I am not actively trying to gain I still get some work it daily to keep in touch.

My roommate wasn’t home, so I had more privacy. When entering the BathmateG I sometimes get an air bubble inside… Because I was the only one home, I laid down flat on my bed and pumped the air out. I worked pretty good and got better suction and length inside.

I really think that this could raise to our motivation/consistancy, which is IMHO the most important factor in Penis Enlargement.
