That is a tough question. For me I made a 2" gain in length and a half inch gain in girth my first 6 months. Remainder of my gains came over 4 years after that (another 2" in length and an inch and a half of girth. I followed the newbie routine (or phase 1) for my first six months. If I can do it anyone can. I went 7 days on, no days off. Many days I would do double routines. I was very motivated and determined.
