Today was the first time I did Slow Squash Jelqs. The intensity of these bad boys even topped the uli#3. The worked area is a little smaller, but the intensity makes up for it. I could feel my shaft expanding even more. From what I'm feeling, I think it also increases girth of the glans. Great exercise. I will use them in combination with uli#3’s.
Erection quality was good and had some nice nocturnal erections.

It got kind of late, could not finish it off with some high intensity girth work.

*I switch between normal jelqing to tunica jelqing when my erection percentage drops. I did tunica jelqing before, but I didn’t know it had already been invented by DLD(props). When I do these I try to press my suspensory ligament down. One jelq repetition is between 5-10 seconds.

Very difficult to build because they are so used to your own bodyweight and walking eachday. I found very heavy intense training worked the best. You really have to push the calves hard. Use really heavy weight and is why standing calve raises worked well for me. Its my bodyweight plus weight on the bar. Each to their own though and everyone is an expert right!

* I’m doing the snake choker these days while using my non-stretching hand as “the choker” (pressing directly the suspensory ligament down) instead of the weight.
I think they’re more easy to perform in this manner and you don’t need anything extra only your two hands. It mostly depends how hard you can push down and still maintain proper grip.
I you do them good, it should be pretty intense and could be felt afterwards.
Having a strong grip is a pro. Reverse kegels and twisting the stretching-hand can use for further intensity increase.

I still have a fat pad of 2.5-3.0cm (little over an inch), shit. Meaning my fat is hiding over an inch of my penis. Experimented a little with the order of exercises. I think "stretching --> uli/ssj --> jelqing" would be most efficient.
I'm aiming mainly for length right now, to get that BPenis EnlargementL 22.5 cm (~9"). I will measure on 01-07-'11.

Got more control over my erections that occurred when I was stretching. I takes the right mind set and some time for the body to get used to the feeling again.
Quality of stretching as well as the feeling the stretch is improving. Getting some soreness.

Added "squated" to the BTC stretches, because I've been doing them like that whenever I mentioned BTC stretches.
 
I'm planning sticking to this routine(generally) for at least 1 month.
1. Do you think my routine has potential for length gains?

Tunica jelqing is like normal jelqing. It differs in being semi-erect and pushing down at the base with the non-jelqing hand while performing the jelq. I try to push the suspensory ligament down with the thumb.

There is some more to it:
1. I use gauze first to wrap the penis behind the glans.
2. Then I use another piece of gauze folded one time horizontal and one time vertical, which is knotted underneath. This replaces the strap.
3. The sweatpants lace is use in the noose holes and is knotted underneath.
4. With the left over lace I wrap the entire noose piece twice behind #3.

Very cheap and easy to get items, just a thick lace and gauze.
