Just wanted to post a few helpful tips here regarding troubleshooting of
Penimaster Pro. I won't be coming back on and replying or posting a video - too busy. But I thought I'd put this out there for others.
I initially ordered the Andropenis and wore it for 4 weeks. Initial results were good (.5 in length gain likely just from ligament stretching). But there were a few times the noose cut off circulation to my glans and this is frightening. It isn't always easy to tell if it's falling asleep and I had to keep checking. I wanted to continue the program but wanted a different
extender. The
Penimaster Pro seemed to have a better way of attaching, so I went ahead and ordered it along with some replacements of the diaphragm and sluice rings (all different sizes - they aren't that expensive).
I hated the
PMP for the first few days because I could not get the suction concept to work for me. I'm not an idiot when it comes to mechanical things, but the video they send makes it look so easy when it really is not. After a few days of struggling I figured out how to make it work. Here is what I learned for the benefit of others:
There are
three different sizes of diaphragms and rings. The book does not really make it clear that
you may need to mix and match them to get the best results.
In my case, I was having trouble to get the glans to draw all the way in using the average ring and diaphragm together. (Have read on here that others have had the same problem)
To solve the issue, think of the diaphragm and rings in this way:
The diaphragm controls the amount of suction draw you can get. It has nothing to do with creating a seal around the circumference of your unit.
The sluice ring controls the suction and seal around your unit - so this is really the most critical piece to match to your size.
Too tight and you can't get it in, or will cut off circulation if you do.
Too loose and you won't get a good seal and you will slip out after tension is applied.
So pick the sluice ring according to your girth (I was 4.5 inches average)
As for the diaphragm, I ended up using the large diaphragm because it stretches the most and will draw further into the piece and create more suction.
I think the large diaphragm would work well even for smaller guys.
Also, note that the bulb used to draw in air does not have very strong suction to begin with (I was able to get things working with this but it probably would be easier with the tube option)
Using this setup, I followed this procedure to get it to mount correctly:
1. Apply the large diaphragm and average sluice ring using instructions as provided in the manual (It takes a bit to get the hang of it, but it isn't too difficult)
2. Squeeze the suction bulb, then twist the gate open and release the ball - this will pull the diaphragm in as much as the bulb can do alone - then close the gate.
3. Squeeze the ball again, then twist to open the gate a second time - this time use your mouth to blow air into the diaphragm (yes your dick goes there, get over it!)
This will expand the diaphragm all the way to the wall of the chamber. Close the gate so the diaphragm stays all the way in.
4. Apply a very small amount of the lube to just the opening where you will have to pass through.
5. Stuff your glans into the chamber. You will need to use your finger to depress the glans so that air can pass OUT of the chamber around you as your glans goes in.
6. Once the entire glans is in - including a little of the shaft - squeeze the bulb halfway, open the gate, then squeeze just a little so the diaphragm releases and just starts pushing you back out.
You will need to use a finger to depress the shaft a bit so air can escape out around you as the diaphragm releases - otherwise it will just push you out of the chamber.
7. Once the diaphragm is touching the glans, remove your finger which is letting air out, then release the bulb so it draws you back in the rest of the way
8. Squeeze the bulb at the base, working it so it pulls as much air back in as possible - it probably will not return to its normal shape fully - which means you have a good suction.
9. Close the gate and remove the bulb.
You should now have a good application of the glans chamber and can use the
extender or band.
Using this method, I have found the
PMP to be very comfortable in comparison to the noose
extender. Additionally, the way tension is controlled with the
PMP is superior to the others I think.
Hope this helps others not get too frustrated. Wouldn't have taken time to post, if I didn't think this would really be helpful to others. Happy steady gains, guys.
