I think the
PMP is probably better. Seems to me the
VLC would give you skin stretch as well, which would take away from lig stretch. The
PMP is pulling the whole penis directly by the head, no skin stretch.
I can't say for sure because I've never tried the
VLC. But the
PMP is good if you can afford to spend 200 bucks on something for your penis.
The downsides to the
PMP is it's very bulky so it'll be more difficult to conceal in your clothes in public and also will affect your maneuverability compared to the
SG, because with the
PMP head, the
extender is much longer. Not sure how much longer the
VLC attachment makes the
extender.
I use the
PMP at work and other than pinching of the scrotum (which I hear can be solved by putting a sock over the
extender) I have no real problems. I get back pain from favouring one leg (as penis is down one leg when
extender is on, can't really bend that leg), but I also get that pain when using the classic
SG piece.
The thing I like about the
PMP is it's easy on the pecker. Unless you have a problem with your glans where it is in pain, this is much safer than the
SG attachments (although I have not tried the velcro). My penis is ready to go for a stretch immediately when coming out of the
extender. And it gets me in that great jelly state. The classic
SG piece gets me in the jelly state too, but the glans is usually shrunken and in pain after hours of extending.
PMP is ideal for sitting and extending or doing minimal movement. Very nice because most of your shaft is exposed, so you can heating pad it while extending.
I had a glans injury so I'm taking it easy on the
PMP and
extenders for the moment, but I'm happy with my investment.
I am a hard gainer and have only seen FSL gains through extending, which were minimal, but I believe extending to be a good addition to manual stretching (immediately after a stretch, stretching between extending sets)
